Peeta, with the help of Prim and Rye has the perfect day planned for he and Katniss. This is the day they will finally have their toasting. Will everything go as perfectly as Peeta planned it?

Mockingjay reimagined. (Sequel to Burning Bright & Blazing Free.)
There's a rebellion stirring, President Snow is out for blood, and everyone wants our heroes to choose sides. Katniss and a number of other victors are captives in the Captiol while Peeta & co. work to free them from District 13. Tough decisions lie ahead. (Eventual Everlark, but it will be a difficult journey. Warnings for forced relationships, sexual situations between some of the captured victors in some chapters. This entails multipartner couplings, f/f and m/m, etc. **Trigger warning for violence, torture, forced prostitution, forced drug use, forced drinking, sexual harassment, attempted rape, etc.** Mind the tags please.

Peeta has always loved Katniss, even though he feels she's way out of his league. Katniss has always loved Peeta, even though she thinks she's not good enough for him, and that he only sees her as a friend. When Katniss is discovered by a modeling agency and whisked away to the Capitol, Peeta feels his whole world crashing down, especially considering he's just worked up the courage to tell her how he's felt all these years, his mother's opinion be damned. What will happen when she comes back as the 'Darling of the Capitol?' Did she mean what she said in her interview? She had to be talking about him, right?
