Summary
While on a secret late night patrol Raph stumbles upon a supposedly abandoned warehouse where he discovers Fugitoid and the other Neutrinos trying to escape earth using an interdimensional portal. During the confrontation that ensues the portal hits Raph, sending him to the outer reaches of Dimension X where he finds the last of the Triceratons after their extermination by the Krang. The Triceraton mistakes Raph for an infant, and is willing to do anything to protect him.

Gene got badly hurt in the invasion, but thankfully, she has good friends to nurse her back to health. As she heals in more ways than one, she starts realizing she is catching feelings and must learn how to deal with those emotions.
Meanwhile, Raphael starts having these funny feelings around Gene, and it'll take Dr. Feelings, Dr. Delicate Touch, and Savage Raph for him to come to terms with those feelings.
Both come together to take care of an orphaned yokai, causing them to grow much closer to one another

Raph and Gene have mutual pining and adopt a kid.
