I am not a fic writer myself, but I've read a lot.
A note about my bookmarks:
I bookmark all works I've read.
The works I've read that I would recommend to other people are in my recs list
And even then, if the work is part of a series of continuous works, I will only rec the first work and the entire series (so if people go through my rec list don't start in the middle of a series)
