Hello! My name is Hydrangea Wine! You can call me Hydrangea!

I first got into the world of fan-fiction years ago reading Harry Potter romance and Snape redemption fics (please don't judge).

I have respect for people who publish their fan-fictions online for the world to see. Generally, as a show of gratitude for those who have put in the time to write and publish stories, I try my best to write well thought out comments for every chapter of a story I read.

I am a stickler for grammar and the proper use of English (I love English so much that I have taken linguistic classes in university), but I understand that mistakes are natural.

I also favour stories that aren’t afraid of diverging from canon plots – the butterfly effect is a marvellous thing. Moreover (and somewhat contradictory to this), I favour when authors accurately depict the personality and powers of characters. I recognize the interpretation of these attributes are subjective, however I believe there is a limit to the divergence between rational interpretations.
