The emperor is dead. Such unexpected news leaves the Boiling Isles in a state of panic and shock. Coven Heads are uncertain, and so is the newly crowned emperor. Laid with the burden of running an entire coven and keeping an empire intact, Hunter isn't fairing as well as he'd like to be. With a multitude of assassins and rebels set on taking him down, he's not quite sure how he'll be able to finish his uncle's plans before he falls to the same fate.

A pool of golden light started from below his chest, enveloping the array before anyone had time to react. The three rebels, as if roused from a trance, leapt back, but the spell had already touched them. He couldn’t see anything beyond the gold... that vanished just as quickly as it appeared a second later. Hunter was left lying on the bare cobblestone, alone, with a stained breastplate and a quickly developing headache.The CATTs want to invade the Emperor's mind. Hunter wants to bust them and earn his Uncle's approval. Luz wants to interview Hunter to get proof Belos is evil. Things don't quite go according to plan for any of them, and now Luz and three rebels are stuck in the wrong mindscape. But determined to make the best of the situation, they decide to look through the Golden Guard's memories for information on the Day of Unity. They find more than they bargained for.

The flashing neon sign over the roof read Twin Bed Motel. The building leaned slightly to the left, and Tom hesitated at the door until a loud peal of thunder made him turn the knob and step inside.
The bored teenager behind the desk didn’t look up from her phone. “Welcome to the Twin Bed Motel, your home away from home here in Gravity Falls,” she said, monotone.
Tom set his duffel bag on the counter. “Can I get a room?”
“How long are you staying?” she asked.
Tom shrugged. “A while, I guess.”

The Bifrost fucked with the accuracy of the docs portals.. and I was flying straight into an unknown area.. I didn't even get enough time to try and get back, the portal closing mere moments after I was shoved through.
Fortunately or unfortunately, I landed on the rooftop of a tall building, not quite a skyscraper, but not a small building either. Everything hurt like hell, and the air got knocked outta me..
I took to hard of a hit to the head upon landing, that much was obvious as I now struggled to gather any information on the area around me and even struggled to stay conscious. As my vision began to fade to black, i let my head fall back and rest against the concrete floor the last thing I was barely able to see was this large tower in the shape of a T in the far distance on a.. private island..?
