Tommy has no idea how he ended up in this place.
One moment he’s having a nice lunch at a random restaurant that Tubbo insisted they should try - he doesn’t even think he remembers the name of the place anymore-, he only excused himself to go use the bathroom and as soon as he steps out of the restroom he finds himself in a chain of randomly displayed rooms with the most horrendous shade of yellow wallpaper and wet carpet for miles on end.
Completely different from what he expected it to be.
Whoever designed this place wants to see the world burn and crumble before their eyes.

another nurse came in holding a crying baby in her arms- actually, it seemed as though the kid was just screaming rather than crying, either way, the hatchling was quit loud for something that small, it was amusing.
the other nurse grimaced is she approached Phil and her other colleague holding the screeching child in her arms, she spoke first
" his name is Tommy he's your younger brother."

or the world is going downhill, and Phil is trying to escape with his younger brother and a bunch of other kids
