Previously known as: ER-G 842 Lyra Rallis, codename “Titi”; MR-P 236 “Lyra Rallis”; LR-P 479 “Rallis”. Z-949-PUN-O, henceforth referred to as “949”, was demoted to medium rank prisoner following theft of several full clearance copies of various extremely classified files. Such copies are only available to Overseers. 949’s previous relationship with Overseer Axington provides possible connection, although they deny any connection to the event. Stolen files include: Experiment Z-13-A, Anti-Personnel Doorstopper schematics, NaVi AI Personnel Guidance Mechanism Code, and pieces of Z-779-PROD. 949’s motivation in acquiring these files is currently unknown, due to its refusal to speak on the subject, even with enticement. Further behavioral incidents led to 949’s further demotion to LR-P 479.
