Summary
There was a carefully maintained misconception that the Argentums only had one son.
Prompto Argentum, a slightly shy if wholly unremarkable man. He was perfectly average in every way.
Or, at least, so everyone was led to believe. Including Prompto. Including his twin brother, Vivum.
Vivum Argentum, nearly identical to Prompto, barring some minor differences. Where Prompto was known and embraced by the world around him, Vivum was hidden away.
Vivum Argentum was the first to experience a second, daemonic puberty.
They had hoped Prompto wouldn't meet the same fate. And for the last couple years, it seemed that they would get their wish.
Then, of course, Prompto started getting sick.
or, vs13 prompto (Vivum) and XV prompto are twin incubi, porn, fluff and angst ensue

Summary
The crisp snap of the blade onto the chopping block is unbecoming for a chef of Ignis’ caliber. “Leave Prompto out of this.”
“He’d be the perfect little specimen for the bet.”
Ignis places the knife down with more care than he thinks himself capable of in the moment, all things considered. When he turns to face Ardyn, the campfire sends a fiery glare across his glasses. “If I win, I’ll never hear of this again, and you’ll fend for yourself at every meal even if you must hunt, skin, and gut it yourself.”
“And if I win, well--” Ardyn smirks, the curl of his lip like a page begging to be turned, “winning is savory enough for me.”

Summary
Prompto couldn’t tell you where everything went wrong. He couldn’t pinpoint on a map of events where things had soured and turned upside down within the past few days. He had only known there were two triggers to the recent events that had changed, well, everything: an arranged marriage, and an order.
Not that he knew the exact wording, but given how people tiptoed around the entire subject, he could gather enough information from that. Noctis had been told he would marry someone he didn’t love and/or know—and he had been ordered to stay away from Prompto as a result.
Somehow, it had caused the end of a theocratic government . . . and turned into one of tyranny.

Summary
Luna always made fun of him for being possessive of the smaller boy, but he didn’t really think he was. He just never wanted Prompto hurt. That was different, Ignis agreed with him. Gladio called it being ‘overprotective’ and it stuck for years.
That’s why, when college started and they had less time to spend together and Noctis couldn’t monitor who came into and out of Prompto’s life, he could still figure out that something went wrong.
--
Prompto has a shitty boyfriend and Noctis just doesn't want to see him hurt.

Summary
"Please?"
It feels as though the air had been sucked out of the room. Prompto straightens, eyes wide as he stares ever so slightly down at the prince.
He wants to ask. He has to be sure. They're definitely going too fast. They really shouldn't be doing this.
Noctis looks up, searching, "Do you not want to?"
"I do."
The words leave his lips before he can ever consider not speaking them.
