Summary
Vegas was fourteen when Pete, the twenty seven year old bodyguard was transferred to be in charge of minor family son. It was just his duty but after the worst things he came to know happens to the teenager, has swore his loyalty to protect him.
Vegas has grown to like him, has developed a crush on him when he was sixteen, has confessed when he was seventeen, gotten rejected and sent out of country.
They meet when Vegas is nineteen, but how Pete had noticed Vegas is nowhere like the seventeen year old boy who would follow him around everywhere..
....Essentially, it's based on idea if Vegas had one good adult by his side, how he would turn out.
Or it's more like Mafia Prince Vegas and his knight in shining armor bodyguard, Pete. But this is not a fairy tale.
