Summary
Nobody close to him would suspect that Mycroft would be the one to suffer a heart attack, not with his strict diet and exercise regimen. The news comes as a bit of an incomprehensible shock to Sherlock who has never known his brother to be the 'vulnerable one'. Needless to say, he doesn't cope as well as he would like, and Greg isn't doing so well, either. Thankfully John is there to keep Sherlock right.
