“I mean,” Galinda started, “if they say so…”

Galinda is famous and people start shipping her and her best friend. She starts 'feeding' the fans by flirting with Elphaba, thinking they both know she's only trying to get more famous. Elphaba, however, is very much unaware it's only for pretend.

I know a lot of people hate reading unfinished fics, specifically slow-updating ones bc they forget. Or maybe that's just me either way I'll always summarize the previous chapter in the beginning notes so you remember what happened, I need the motivation to finish writing this. -

Elphaba simply blinks at him, obviously confused by the whole situation.
Once. Then twice.
“…Don't you have a girlfriend?” she asks, perhaps wishing he just drops the subject. She's not looking for a relationship with her best friend's boyfriend. Or a relationship with any boy for that matter.
Fiyero laughs, a bit nervously so. “Well. Yes. I was thinking we could all be together. Like, the three of us.”

I hate bad endings so had to write this. Convinced this or at least something similar happens, you guys have to think so too because it cures Gelphie depression!!

Elphaba wasn't stupid.
She knew that friends were usually able to let go of each other for at least few seconds. Her friend, now named Glinda, however, was not.
And it was so very confusifying.

How the meeting with the Wizard and after should have gone. (Basically he's actually nice and Glinda is really affectionate and it's driving Elphaba insane.)
I love this idea so much because I was going insane over one short day and how badly the day ended so I had to go and fix that real quick (:
