I.e. Third-year Midoriya Izuku goes out of town for a week. Class A wants him to have a bodyguard, which he agrees to after much pressure. The one who gets this well paying gig is the new underground pro Shinsou Hitoshi!

He looked at Shinsou nervously (bright doe eyes) like a chastised middle schooler, saying, “The cigarettes?”
“No,” Shinsou said, “The mission.”
I.e Shinsou used his quirk on Midoriya for an undercover mission and feel really guilty about it.

Yet, as he searched for the soul, he found something else. Someone else. The only Demon Weapon he'd seen in half a century, even if the boy didn't know it himself.
For Izuku's part, he'd unknowingly stumbled past the Grim Reaper on his rush to school. He certainly wasn't prepared for the turn his life was about to take.

Shinsou doesn’t know who Kacchan really is to him. Izuku has spent so much time looking at Shinsou and relating to him, that he forgot that Shinsou wasn’t looking back at him with that same recognition.
Izuku takes a deep breath, and starts, “Kacchan and I aren’t really childhood friends. Not really.”
