Hello! I'm Minna (she/her). By day, I'm a 30-something office worker with a degree in history and literature, and by night I do fandom and TTRPG.
I've been writing under the handle minnabird since 2009; I got my start on the MNFF archive and beta forums before drifting over here as I got into Sherlock and from there other fandoms. I was pretty solidly Star Wars 2018-2021; fall of '21 I got sucked into CQL and SHL and from there other cdramas. In 2020, I got into podficcing and filk; I separate out those works under my minnapods pseud.
There are a few events and communities I come back to. Voiceteam was a fantastic launching point into podfic, and pod_together has been a source of extremely fun fan projects. I helped mod Star Wars Big Bang first as a server mod and then as beta coordinator for a few years starting in 2020. I joined as co-mod for pod_together 2021 and as of 2025 still am part of the mod team there.

Go ham! Please credit me, and I would love to see a link, but consider this blanket permission to transform my work (incl. podfic, fanbinding/typesets, etc.) or create works inspired by it. I do not give permission to repost the text of my work without transformation or incorporate it into an AI dataset (or otherwise use it in an AI setting). The only exception would be if I were no longer reachable in fandom and you wanted to archive my works. Do not make commercial use of my work.
