Summary
Set after the epilogue of The Bronzed Beasts.
Laila has returned to the land of the living, and she and Séverin have settled into a life together. One day Séverin bumps into a stranger outside a coffee shop - except this stranger bears the face of Séverin's long-dead friend Enrique. The only problem is that Enrique doesn't recognize Séverin, so he and Laila sets out on a mission to make Enrique remember them. Along the way they might just find other familiar faces.
