Summary
The ginger tabby looks up just as Ducktail approaches, and there's a soft sort of smile on his face. "Hey, Q," he says, voice ragged but warm, and the dilute calico tom flusters at the nickname.
"Birdstar," he greets, padding forwards to sit beside the tom. "What are you doing here?"
"I should ask you the same," Birdstar says, turning his gaze back to the bluejay. It's already dead when he sniffs at it. "You're a deputy now, right? Shouldn't you be in a meeting with those other fucks?"
"And you know Jaystar wants you dead, right? I should be dragging your corpse back to camp."

Xiao Hei tsks. Its a familiar sound, though it hasn't been used in a long time. "Patience is for losers."
"Patience is for winners," Wu Xian corrects, turning over one of the birds. Its getting delightfully brown and Xiao Hei's stomach growls louder at the sight. "Do you think the tiger catches its prey without patience? If it runs for the deer as soon as it sees it, the deer will get away and the tiger will starve."
"Am I going to starve?" Xiao Hei asks with wide eyes.
Wu Xian smiles. "No. You're not a tiger, but you might as well be one with that appetite."

"You alright, Toms?" Wilbur asks, voice soft and warm like hot chocolate on a snowy winter's evening.
Tommy hums a response, eyes half-lidded. He yawns and draws up his legs, curling up into Wilbur's side and mumbles, "I wanna sleep, big man."
"Go on," Wilbur says and ruffles Tommy's hair. It's a soothing motion, "I'll be here for you when you wake up."
When Tommy drifts off, he dreams of his past lives.

He was half tempted to shove Tommy, contemplating taking off his armour (or the Drip, as he'd privately dubbed it) so he could get away unscathed. It was far too tempting, especially with Tommy being right in front of him, with that stupid diamond helmet and netherite chestplate, god fucking damnit Fundy hated him.
Tubbo's voice rang clearly through the tunnel, successfully tearing Fundy from his thoughts: "Eret, what is this?"
"This is the final room," Eret said, sword swinging in its hilt. He glanced over his shoulder, lips twitching up, and despite the sunglasses obscuring his upper face, Fundy knew Eret's eyes would be soft and crinkled at the edges, sweetening the harshness of their white glow. "The final control room."

Summary
NOTE: I am not into dsmp anymore BUT this au still holds a special place in my heart. FUCK dream and all his friends - I in no way support him, and these characters are now just my ocs that share a likeness ^____^
Please note that the first two fics of this series do not apply to the lore changes!
Basic rundown:
The territories are made up of a redwood forest and a wetland/oak-y area, bordering a small town. A couple day’s journey away is a ravine.
The Greater Forest colony is the ThunderClan equivalent of a colony for the majority of the plot; it will always contain the largest proportion of the cast.
Redwood colony is forged by Birdsong (Wilbur) and his child soldiers and eventually gets destroyed in Jaystar (Schlatt)’s takeover, in which he renames it Sequoia colony, aka The Cooler Redwood.
Dream eventually enters the plot but I don’t want to spoil too much. Eventually all the colonies split up and form their own subgroups, which is basically just how I managed to throw in Snowchester, Las Nevadas etc. into my warrior cat au
