Quirks… extraordinary abilities that appeared out of seemingly nowhere. With the rise of these incredible abilities came the rise of those who would use them for their own gain. Those who we now come to know as ‘Villains’ and with them ‘Heros’.
Hero’s appeared to counteract the crisis of villains the police could not handle. Eventually the crisis grew with more people developing abilities and with it an increase in the amount of villains and heroes. This lead to the government taking action and enforcing new laws on what was then dubbed ‘Quirks’. They also started to support and legalyz being a hero as an actual profession.
Generation after generation of heroes have erupted, As Well as things known as ‘Quirk Marriages’. Quirk marriages were an act of two people getting married solely for the purpose of producing a powerful offspring. Some people would do terrible things in order to get the quirk they want their offspring to have. Such as buying out the family of the person with the quirk their after to get permission to marry or at least use them as a surrogate. Usually this resulted in loveless marriages and arguments between the parents with the child or more often children being caught in between. This was not the case for me however.
My name is Amelia or mele Phoenix I am the product of a quirk marriage. My parents are both pro heroes who have known each other since childhood. They both were never really interested in love, not that there's anything wrong with it but it’s just not for them.
So they decided to get married to each other in order to get a powerful next line of their family trees. They were no strangers to quirk marriages as they themselves were products of quirk marriages with the same goal in mind. I can happily say that my grandparents marriages went swimmingly even though they themselves did not love each other that way. It was always more of a friendly relationship between my parents.
They loved me and my siblings like any other parents would. I have 2 older sisters and 1 older brother. Theirs Natalia the oldest who is 9 years older than me, she's a pro hero just like mom and dad. She is nice when you get to know her but a little much at times, She also looks like a carbon copy of mom. She is also very irritable and HATES bully’s with a passion.
Than theirs Nathan my older brother who is 8 years older than me who works as an interrogator for the police force in Tokyo. He is nice to everyone and is very patient but will kick your a$$ if the need arises, looks like a carbon copy of dad.
Than theirs Tammy… She’s a bit wild. She is 5 years older than me and is also a pro hero like Natalia and our parents but she has a very laid back and comedic personality that were positive she gets from dad, she has a tan complexion with black hair and hazel eyes.
Oh yeah I almost forgot about my parents for a second their whoops. Anyway, my dad is very charismatic and people are usually swooning after talking to him for a minute or two. He is tall, brood and has a surfers tan and very muscular, he also has pitch black hair and lavender colored eyes. He is also from america and moved here with my mom to start their own hero agency before having us.
My mom is a sweet and patient woman with dark skin, long raven colored hair and hazel eyes. Over all they look alot like supermodels but I suppose that describes quite a few heroes.
Any ways I should probably tell you guys my and my family's quirks. First off my father has a hybrid of his mother and father’s quirks, my mom is the same way. My father has both a powerful telekinetic quirk and minor clairvoyant quirk which allows him to look at a days worth of stored information in an object. My mothers quirk is a versatile telepathy quirk that includes mind affecting properties, empathic properties,and the given ability to read minds. She also has an intelligence boosting quirk from my grandmother.
Next is my oldest sister she has tactile telekinesis that is extremely limited in the amount of weight she can move but is very precise and can affect atomic bonds, she also has minor empathy.
Next theirs Nathan who has a powerful mind reading quirk that allows him to go deep into a person's conscience and subconscience, as well as a minor clairvoyance quirk that allows him to look into the information stored in an object from upto a week.
Next is my sister Tammy she has a powerful empathy quirk that can force emotions onto multiple people’s, a minor telekinesis quirk that can push and pull things from and to her.
Than theirs me, I have a powerful telekinesis quirk, an Empathy quirk that lets me sense and manipulate emotions, minor clairvoyance called astral projection that allows me to basically project my ‘Spirit’ for 3 minutes with a 30 min long cool down, a powerful telepathy quirk, and an Intelligence boosting quirk like mom.
