Class 1-A was worried about their green sunshine since it was announced that the class had to present something with their soulmates or about them in two weeks but no one knew why even if some supposed that he still didn’t find his own. Dekusquad was the most worried together with All Might who said that Midoriya wasn’t obligated to participate but Midoriya just shook his head and said he would do it before continuing as he was before.
Finally the two weeks had ended and 1-A was both anxious and happy about what they would do as you could see in their faces and how they were acting. Aizawa was going to let the presentations be in alphabet order but Midoriya had requested to be the last and Aizawa decided to let it be after seeing the empty look in his eyes which was something that didn’t go well with the boy.
One by one the students or couples started their presentation and some were so cute while others were fun but Midoriya wasn’t really paying attention and just looked at his phone like waiting for something which happened at the end of the last presentation before his. Before Aizawa could call the boy to the front someone knocked at the door interrupting him.
“Enter!” Aizawa said confused but not letting it show
“We are sorry for being late” said a green haired woman together with a black haired man and a brown haired one
“Midoriya-san?” asked Aizawa looking at the woman curious before looking at the two men he didn’t know
“Oh! Izuku asked us to come to help him” said the woman with a bright smile but if you looked well you could see sadness hiding in her eyes “This is my husband Hisashi and my best friend Bakugou Masaru” she added and both men bowed before Masaru gave a little smile to the teacher
“Very well” the teacher said curious about what would happen like all the students “Midoriya please come here to make your presentation” he added looking at his problem child who nodded and got up taking with him his phone and nothing else
“Mother, Father, Uncle Masa” Midoriya murmured to the three and received a kiss and hug from the three “Can you please go to where I sat, please?” he asked not looking at them
“Of course, sweetheart” said Hisashi with a sad smile before taking his wife hand and guiding her to his son’s desk
“It will be alright Izuku and he for sure is proud of you” whispered Masaru receiving little smile from Midoriya before he followed the Midoriya couple
“Are you ready to begin?” asked Aizawa thinking that something bad had happened but he didn’t know what
“Yes” answered Midoriya after linking his phone to the laptop so he could show whatever he had to show
“So you may begin” and with that all the attention was in the green sunshine
“Hello!” said Midoriya trying to look more happy “As you know this presentation is about my soulmate but I couldn’t think a better way to present him than with a video he made for me” started Midoriya while putting a video on the big screen but not hitting play yet “He was my childhood friend and we had plans of entering U.A together and become famous pro-heroes. Kacchan, a nickname I gave him when we were kids, was the best example that quirks may be shown by our personalities since like his quirk, Explosions, he was a hot-tempered asshole but he had a heart of gold and was always there for me, our family and his friends” said Midoriya with a big, true, smile and a far away look before looking back at the class who had a lot of questions on their minds like did they break up or if the other boy cheated but no one said anything “With that I present to you Midoriya Katsuki who in the future could have been known as Explosive Hero: Dynamight'' he hit the play button before sitting in the floor looking at the big screen like everyone

The video showed an old park that had been shut down five years ago, and there you could see two kids playing behind a tree shadow. One of the kids was quickly recognized as Midoriya with his big sunshine smile and the other was a blond haired boy with red eyes and a smirk on his face. They didn't look like they could be friends by the way they looked but by their actions you could see how close they were.
The two played like they were the only ones in the world and were not being filmed. In sometime you could see that someone called the two kids so they looked at the camera and thanks to that the boys held hands and smiled at the camera before going back to play.

This time it showed an older version of both boys and they were almost starting school. Midoriya continued the same besides being taller while the other boy had longer hair and his skin seemed a lot more pale.
Midoriya was descending the stairs before going to hug the boy who let out a beautiful laugh before hugging him back. A woman that looked a lot like the boy appeared from the kitchen with two bentos for them which were quickly taken by the boys who gave a kiss to the woman's cheeks who just shook her head.

Next you could see a group of boys in front of Midoroya, who was on the floor hurt, and the unknown boy who was shouting at them. The video was a little shaky but you could see how furious the unknown boy was and that the boys in front of them were scared especially when little explosions started to come out of the unknown boy's hands.
After some time the other boys left and the unknown boy helped Midoriya get up before shouting something at him which made Midoriya put his head down before nodding and give the boy a kiss on the cheek which led the boy to blush and start walking away with Midoriya giggling and following him.

This time it showed a doctor's room where you could see Midoriya and the unknown boy sleeping in the bed with tear tracks on their cheeks.
At the side of the bed you could see Masaru and the blonde woman hugging each other crying with Ink trying to comfort them but she was also crying. It seemed like something bad has been revealed.

Now it showed a dark painted room with a lot of hero merchandise and instruments. In the middle of the room you could see the unknown boy playing guitar while Midoriya was sitting in a chair while writing something in one of his many notebooks. It was a peaceful and cute scenery even if you could see that the unknown boy was connected to some machine that wasn't shown in the video.

A jet of water appeared making the camera lens wet but it was still possible to see Midoriya and the unknown boy running away from Hisashi laughing before both boys fell to the floor where they stayed laughing until Hisashi helped them get up with a smile on his face.

The old park showed again but this time it only showed the unknown boy who was laying on the floor with a flower crown on his head while looking at the sky. He stayed like that for some time before something hit him and he got up to run after whoever did that which later showed it was a boy with devil wings.

This time the video showed an old chapel famous for accepting anyone there with open arms being it to get married or just anything. At first it only showed the chapel but then Midoriya appeared with his parents and a priest. After the priest was in the middle while Midoriya on his left with his parents next to him the unknown boy appeared together with Masaru and the blonde woman.
It was a short wedding but you could see that the couple, Midoriya and the unknown boy, were happy for it especially when they kissed each other feeling happy and in love with each other. The last scene shown was of Midoriya picking the boy up while he shouted for Midoriya to put him down, or at least it was what seemed, while their parents and the priest laughed.

This time you could see that they were in a garden, probably from one of their houses, and the unknown boy was flustered while shouting at Midoriya. To their side you could see their parents and three famous pro-heroes(Best Jeanist, Miruko & FatGum) observing them with sad smiles on their faces which led you to finally notice the machines connected to the unknown boy.
Some time later you could observe the unknown boy talking to the three pro-heroes especially Miruko who he seemed so much like when it comes to the way he acts. Before this part ended the three pro-heroes and the two boys took a photo as it was shown.

The video again showed a hospital room but this time you could only see the unknown boy playing guitar and singing before Midoriya appeared from nowhere crying and hugging the boy who let out a sad smile before hugging him back.

The song ended but the video continued going on and still showed and hospital room but this time the unknown boy looked worse and was sitting in the bed while hugging a green bunny plushie.
“Hi ‘zuku!” said the boy with a weak voice “I know that you would refer I said all this in person to you but I don’t think I will make it until then” added the boy before he started coughing “There is so many things I wanted to do with you that we weren’t able to do before I got worse but the ones we did and all the moments we had together were the best in my life” he gave a smile before calling someone with his hand and a nurse brought a cup of water for him before disappearing from the camera “This video contains important moments in our life and our parents and friends have much more that they will give you every anniversary of our wedding” he coughed and drank a bit of water “I want you to follow yours dreams even if I’m not here anymore and if possible find someone to love because even if I will be jealous I want you to be loved once again after I leave” he had a sad smile and tears were forming in his eyes “Don’t let anyone put you down especially know that you are able to follow your dreams thanks to All Might. I’m so fucking proud of you and will continue being because you always made me feel proud of having you as my soulmate even if I wasn’t the best person for you” another coughing fit happened before he drank more water “Right now you are in U.A’s entrance exams and I know you will pass because everyone will see your heart of gold and will to save everyone even if it could end with your death, suicidal Deku!” he said with a teasing smile in the end and everyone heard a choked sob from behind the camera “Take care of yourself and our parents. Also don’t forget beating some sense into Yuusuke’s and Kai’s mind because god knows that those two can be as much of idiots as you especially after Tsubasa’s death two years ago” he looked to a picture of five kids next to his bed before looking again at the camera “I love you Izuku and I will always be by your side even if I’m no longer alive because I know you need someone to protect you since your sometimes are a suicidal Deku or an idiot” tears finally started falling down the boy’s face “This is my goodbye to you but also a memory of how much I love you till the day we will reunite again. Continue making me proud and show the world how amazing you are. Goodbye Izuku!” the boy said with a smile and started closing his eyes and in that moment the camera cut off
There was complete silence in the classroom besides the sobs heard from the more sensible ones and the ones who knew the boy. Not even Aizawa knew what to say even if he had lost one of his soulmates he still had another one so he couldn’t know how much it hurt the boy that was basically the human form of sunshine.
“Kacchan died three hours later after the video was done and a hour before I came to the hospital after the entrance exam” said Midoriya with tears falling down from his face “He is everything to me and everyday I continue going on thanks to this video and the last song he sang to me” more tears were falling down and Midoriya had a wobbly smile on his face “I could never ask for someone better than Kacchan and I will live for him and the plans we had together for our future” ended Midoriya before going to his father’s arms cry like some were doing right now
After the class was done Aizawa gave a week of vacations for Midoriya so he could get himself together again before he came back to school. The members of class 1-A tried their best to not mention the word soulmate in front of Midoriya so he wouldn’t get sad again but sometimes when Midoriya voluntarily started talking about Katsuki everyone took attention on it to know the boy who had loved Midoriya and made him happy while he could.
Midoriya Katsuki observed everything from Midoriya’s side even if no one could see him. He saw how he made friends, fought villains, helped people, saved those who needed it, found a new family and later became the best hero known for creating an agency named after his soulmate who he had lost too soon, Dynamight Agency. He may not have wanted at the beginning to find a new lover but after becoming a pro Midoriya ended up remeeting two of his childhood friends and marrying them even if their hearts belonged to people who had left the world too soon.
