Chapter Text
Tommy let out a frustrated groan. He had been working on his homework for over an hour, and barely got any of it done. He kept getting distracted, and he keeps zoning out. Not to mention the headache he got halfway through the day.
Today had been terrible. It was raining that morning, but no one could drive him to school. Phil had already left for work, Techno was already doing his online schoolwork, and Wilbur had been picked up by a friend who drove him. So that meant Tommy had to walk, and he didn’t even have an umbrella.
Once Tommy was at school he was soaking wet and already agitated, but of course it had to get worse. He had been tripped on the way to his locker. This isnt some coming of age movie though, so no one noticed.
It took him five tries to open his lock, which made him take longer at his locker, which of course made him late for his first class. Once Tommy sat down he realized he had forgotten to take his meds that morning. Its fine, its not a big deal. He can definitely go one day without them!
The rest of class was decent, and so were the next few. Besides the fact he got homework from almost every class. Fuck. It’s fine, he can start it at lunch!
He relaxed slightly as the bell rang for lunch, he had barely picked up a thing that the teacher said, which wouldnt be an issues if he didnt have homework that night for this class. He hurried to put his stuff in his locker, and get to the cafeteria.
As Tommy reached the lunch room and grabbed his food he searched the large room for his friends. They typically sit at the same table but it doesnt hurt to double check. He sees them at their table and heads their way. As soon as he sat down he set his head in his arms on the table. this is when the headache started.
He spent the rest of lunch listening to his friends talk. The rest of the day went as expected, he got called on in class once and panicked even more, but besides that it was mediocre.
His phone had died before he could ask someone for a ride, which meant he had to walk again, great. Tommy couldnt wait to get home and just sleep, maybe bother Wilbur or Techno a bit as well.
So that left Tommy here, attempting to do his homework. He had gotten home before Wilbur, and Techno had been busy. Tommy put his head down on his desk, maybe a quick nap wouldnt hurt?
