I know that I'm not the greatest artist out there, I only do sketches and nothing digital or in color, but I really wanted to draw both Grian Pearl and Scardonyx from the amazing fic: Green Fireworks by royalnugget42
The story is amazing, I really love Steven Universe and I'm super fan of 3rd Life (Now Last Life), so seeing both combined was like a dream come true. I love both series dearly.
The fanfic is beautiful, it feels natural for the characters to be there, they are well written and are enjoyable, so, I hope you like my little art. As I said I can't color since I'm really bad at it, so I only made the sketches.
Since you didn't gave a detailed description of both, I tried to imagine how they look, I had a little trouble, because I wanted to make them similar to their 3rd life skins, but... well Grian skin was the same simple red jumper and pants as always and Scar was basically naked, sooo... n.nU. Also I wanted to give them a Gemsona feeling, but not sure if I succedded. I hope I'm no overstepping, if you don't like them or want me to delete this work, just let me know.

Green "Grian" Pearl. His gem is in his right eye, this is because I have seen him drawn with a monocle in that eye, also the Emerald in the show has her gem in that eye. I tried to make the veil almost all pearls have, but also tried to emulate an Elytra, so yeah, a divided cape for the veil. Also, the jumper is kinda of divided in one shoulder, just to give some variety. The same for the pants, one leg is short, with a boot, the other is the whole leg with a tipical pearl shoe. At the back has his G logo, just as decoration for the veil
Sardonyx "Scardonyx" Agate. His gem is in the shoulder, mostly because I liked the placement. This one was more difficult, since as I said, he was either naked or with armor, so I tried to emulate the coat of his normal skin, but torn, both because of all that happened to him in 3rd life, and also to let him be naked xD. I added scars because of his name and also to try to emulate the veins in the real stone. At the back he has his logo seen though the ripped coat. I also added his tycoon hat from hermitcraft, because I LOVE tha hat :3
