   After Jamie and Claire’s reunion in Philadelphia at the end of “Echo in the Bone”/beginning of “Written In My Own Heart’s Blood,” and Jamie’s “return from the dead,” their making up continues as they take temporary refuge in Fergus and Marsali’s printshop.
