Here To Ruin You

Summary:

“You’re ‘Hot Guy in a Suit.’”

The barista writes on the last cup, pushing it down the counter so his colleague can prepare them.

“Broad chest and shoulders, always dressed in suits that drip mad money, and you come here on Tuesdays and Fridays.”

“Hot guy in a suit, huh?”

Jungkook can’t help it. The compliment goes straight to his fucking ego.

“Don’t let it go to your head,” the barista says, like he knows exactly what the comment does. “I’m sure you have no issues with the ladies. We don’t need you even more dangerous.”

The barista has it all wrong, but Jungkook doesn’t let on. He is enjoying this game way too much, so he keeps playing along. Besides, it’s kind of proving his theory.

OR

The barista at the new coffee shop down the street from his office is a relentless flirt, pushing and pushing, seeing how far he can push before Jungkook pulls. He thinks Jungkook hasn't caught on to the game he plays, trying to fluster any straight man that wants to fall victim to his charm. But Jeon Jungkook is his most willing participant, absolutely not straight, and very much into the gorgeous barista.

Chapter 1

Notes:

This was originally meant to be a one shot, but it took on a life of its own.

Chapter Text

There’s a relatively new coffee shop on the corner of the block. It’s tucked in between the dry cleaner and a fancy bundt cake shop, and it’s one of those shops that just prides itself on the fact that it isn’t a chain.

The decor is eclectic, mainly natural woods and mismatching furniture. The menu consists of those boards with plastic lettering, and still, to this day, at the mature age of thirty-three, Jungkook kind of wants to fuck with the lettering and spell something inappropriate. The board is like, right there on the counter, and it would be so easy. But it’s always packed with people, so he’s refrained this far.

The coffee is fantastic. He wishes it wasn’t, because then he wouldn’t frequent the establishment as often as he does. He may be financially independent, but there is no reason that any grown man should spend this much money on coffee. To top it off, his colleagues are notorious for stealing his credit card when it's their turn to get the order.

But alas, the espresso is brewed just right, not burnt or acidic like the coffee shop he used to frequent. The coffee is so good that he’s got half the office hooked on it. It works out in his favor, because he’s only responsible for going on the coffee run on Tuesdays and Fridays. Namjoon and Yoongi have the other days of the week covered—which, thank fucking God—because the barista on shift is hell bent on flirting with his customers like his life depends on it.

And Jungkook has a tough time keeping up.

Here’s the thing: Jungkook doesn’t mind being flirted with. Not at all. He knows he’s a good looking man, and dating with his job isn’t the easiest. He’d be lying if he said that the attention doesn't thrill him.

It had taken him a few visits to figure the barista out. At first, he had hovered at the back of the line, just to see if the barista was equally as flirty with other patrons as he is with Jungkook. He had gotten so invested in this little observation experiment that he had let various people cut him in line. It was for science, you know? And definitely not one of his best moments.

And here’s the other thing: the barista doesn't flirt with everyone. At first, Jungkook couldn’t figure out a rhyme or reason to his flirting. It didn’t take him long to realize that he only flirted with men, seemingly not interested in women, but even then, the barista was selective with his flirting.

But when he did flirt, he laid it on thick. It was almost as though he kept pushing with each patron, seeing just how far he could take it. For a moment Jungkook, wondered if it was one of those niche coffee shops—a themed one, but instead of being insulted or served by women in bikinis, it was a place where the baristas flirted with the patrons. But no. That wasn’t the case, either.

Most of the patrons who were subjected to the barista’s flirting spluttered something in response, flushing beet red and scurrying off while he looked way too pleased with himself. On a rare occasion, he’ll get someone who flirts back, but mostly, his victims were reduced to silence. Yet they kept coming back for coffee, so it clearly wasn’t too off-putting.

After about four weeks of intense observation, Jungkook feels confident enough to make an assumption about his methodology. He hasn’t yet had the opportunity to test it, but he plans on enlisting Park Jimin’s help when he’s back in town next week.

Today, though, he’s late. He normally makes their coffee run after lunch—ensuring they can stay caffeinated enough for their afternoon meetings—but it’s closing on 3:00 p.m., and they’ve got a long night ahead of them.

It’s Thursday, so it technically isn’t his day, but Min Yoongi, his Chief Operating Officer, is stuck preparing for their dreaded AOP meeting. He’s taken to calling it: “Annual Operating Planning—How To Tank Euphoria Marketing in the Next Fiscal Year.”

Though seemingly dramatic, Yoongi is his most trusted colleague. He is his right-hand man and his left-hand man, and though he’s made a big deal about preparing for the meeting, Jungkook wouldn’t trust it in anyone else’s hands. He’ll gladly get him the coffee he needs this afternoon.

Besides, he gets to see his favorite barista.

“O-oh, look who it is,” the flirty barista exclaims when Jungkook steps up to the counter. “To what do I owe the pleasure on a Thursday?”

The barista juts his hip out, resting his hand on it, but his eyes rake up and down Jungkook’s body, shamelessly checking him out.

“Where’s glasses today?” He asks another question, too impatient to wait for Jungkook’s answer.

“Glasses?” Jungkook asks, not quite following.

“Mm. Short guy, lovely long, black hair and the thick rimmed glasses? Speaks four words total and tips me a shit ton.”

“That’s ‘glasses’?”

Jungkook can’t fucking wait to tell Yoongi this. The explanation is spot on.

“Sure is. Thursdays are his days.”

“You keep track of our days?”

“Of course I do. Mondays and Thursdays are ‘glasses.’”

The Flirty Barista starts writing Jungkook’s order down on a plastic cup, already knowing what he’ll order.

“Wednesdays is Namjoon. He always tells me a useless fact of the day. He’s quite charming.”

The barista makes a point to flutter his lashes, reveling in having Jungkook’s undivided attention.

“That sounds like Namjoon,” Jungkook confirms, making a point to ask them about the barista. He’ll have to think of a subtle way to do that. “Then there’s me.”

“Then there’s you,” the barista agrees, taking his bottom lip between his teeth and smiling suggestively.

“And how would you describe me?”

He can’t help himself, especially not when the man looks so smug, standing there and batting his pretty eyelashes.

“You’re fishing for compliments, aren’t you?”

He breaks their eye contact to look down at the iPad in front of him. His long fingers move swiftly as he puts in their order, knowing it without Jungkook having to even say it, and he shouldn’t find a pair of hands so attractive, should he? But he does, unable to take his eyes away from the man’s hands.

“What if I am?”

Jungkook only snaps out of his trace when the flirty barista turns the iPad over, asking for his payment details. He taps his black card against the terminal, not missing how the barista eyes it curiously.

Without breaking eye contact, the barista speaks.

“You’re Hot Guy In a Suit.”

We don’t need you to be even more dangerous.”

The barista has it all wrong, but Jungkook doesn’t let on. He is enjoying this game way too much, so he keeps playing along. Besides, it’s kind of proving his theory.

“Oh, it’ll definitely go to my head.” Jungkook pulls a ten out of his wallet, swiftly tucking it into the tip jar on the counter. He hopes it’s more than Yoongi tips. “Are you ever going to tell me your name?”

Jungkook’s eyes flicker down to the name tag, but still, there’s only a simple T written, and no matter how many times he asks, the Flirty Barista declines, coming up with some ridiculous reason to not share his name.

“Not today, Hot Guy In a Suit.” He nods once, sending him on this way. “I’ll see you tomorrow.”

Has Jungkook mentioned that the visits to the coffee shop is the favorite part of his day?

They are, and two can play this game.

“I’ll see you tomorrow, Flirty Barista.”

The barista throws his head back in delight, laughing at the nickname. Jungkook doesn’t turn around. Instead, he walks backwards, holding his gaze as he goes to grab his order, and he is rewarded with the most breathtaking smile in return.

As expected, the meeting drags on into the late evening, and by 09:00 pm, neither Yoongi or Namjoon are making very meaningful contributions. Jungkook is impressed, because his significant input started dwindling two hours ago, and he’s been chewing on the straw of his iced Americano for a solid hour by now.

He figures he may as well bring the topic up.

“So, I have a weird, non operating planning question for you.”

“Thank God,” Yoongi exhales, slumping into his chair as he relaxes. “What is it?”

“Does the barista at the coffee shop flirt with you?”

Yoongi looks a bit surprised. He presses the rim of his glasses up, adjusting them.

“No. I can’t say that he does,” Yoongi responds. “Why?”

“I’m just curious,” Jungkook shrugs, leaving his secret to himself for now. He does not want them taking the piss out of him. “How about you, Joon?”

Namjoon looks up from his laptop. His eyes are barely staying open, and it’s definitely time to wrap up the meeting.

“No, not really,” he says, but he stops to pause, thinking about it. “I mean, I don’t think so. I’m pretty oblivious to shit like that, but we mostly trade useless facts.”

“You trade useless facts?” Yoongi asks.

“Yeah. You know how they sometimes have riddles and stuff? Well, it started with one of those, and now we just try to one up each other with the most obscure facts.”

“You’re so fucking weird, man,” Yoongi snorts. “They’re super friendly over there, though.”

“The barista calls you ‘glasses,’” Jungkook adds, enjoying how it makes Yoongi blush just slightly.

“Why?” He narrows his eyes.

“Because you wear glasses?” Namjoon, their resident intellectual, pipes up. “But that’s just an uneducated guess, my man.”

It sends them into a fit of laughter. Jungkook knows there will be no more meaningful work done tonight, and they’ve got an early meeting ahead of them tomorrow. Just the thought of getting up at 5:00 am for his run has his body protesting, but he is too disciplined not to. But it does spur an idea in his mind.

“Let’s dress casual tomorrow,” Jungkook suggests, not missing how his colleagues perk up in interest. “I’ll send an email out to the rest of the executives. It’s about time we jump on the casual Friday train.”

He isn’t quite sure why they don’t. It’s some sort of archaic rule lingering from the old CEO, and Jungkook had been too busy uprooting some of the other toxic behaviors and cultural norms when he stepped in as CEO. He had put casual Friday on the back burner, but he figures it's finally time.

He doesn’t really give a shit about what people wear, as long as they’re appropriately dressed for client-facing meetings. A pair of jeans doesn’t diminish someone’s ability to perform a job, so he doesn’t understand what the big deal is. But he also knows that as the CEO, he has to dress the part on most days.

“Are pajama pants okay?” Yoongi yawns into his fist. “I have a pair that look like denim.”

Jungkook lets the question go unanswered, but Yoongi gets the memo with the disappointed looks he receives in return.

For a while, Fridays turned into the new Mondays at Euphoria Marketing. It’s like all the problems and pressing matters were stored up during the week, and around mid-morning on Friday, they all landed in Jungkook’s inbox. The day had quickly gone from his favorite to his least favorite, because everyone and their fucking mother needed something on the last day before the weekend.

And on this Friday, he’s so fed up with people’s bullshit that he decides to leave the office by eleven, before he’s even had the time to think about what he’s having for lunch.

He loves his job, and he loves his team. He really does. But some days it drains the life out of him. They’re the days when he wonders if the stress is worth it. If the humming in his brain that won’t stop is really, actually worth it.

The money is nice. He’s financially independent, has enough investments and cash saved to quit his job and not work for a long time. He could walk out on a whim and not look back, but that’s just not in his nature. He’s got this unscratchable itch to be the best at whatever he does, and to top it off, he is relentless in any pursuit he finds himself in.

The short walk to the coffee shop does help shake off some of the irritation. The fresh air and the world outside snaps him back to reality. He has it real fucking good, and he should’t be so consumed with the very few disadvantages.

And the smell of freshly roasted beans make his shoulders sag even more, knowing that the small reprieve is near.

And, well... he gets to flirt with his favorite barista.

“What can I get for you?”

The barista doesn’t look up from his terminal, which is strange, because Jungkook is always greeted with a wide, boxy smile and glimmering eyes.

“Oof. What an underwhelming greeting when you know it’s my day.”

The sound of Jungkook’s voice has him snapping his eyes up immediately, and they go wide in surprise, like they can’t quite compute who it is.

His eyes scan his face, then they drop down to his body, raking over the casual outfit he’s in today. He’s in a black pair of jeans and a black, cotton sweater. Nothing spectacular by any means, but he knows the jeans show off his thighs, and the sweater clings nicely to his chest.

“Oh, I—” the barista falters, and fuck if it doesn’t make Jungkook feel like he’s walking on cloud nine. “Hello, Hot Guy In a Suit,” he finally settles on, and Jungkook is a little sad that he didn’t fumble for longer.

He’ll give it to the man—he is smooth.

“Except I’m not wearing a suit.”

Jungkook pulls his wallet from his back pocket, slapping it on the counter twice.

“That you aren’t.” The barista makes a point to stare down his thighs, not the least bit shy about it. “Casual Friday, I take it?”

“Yup,” Jungkook pops the p. “Trying something new.”

The barista grins wickedly.

“Do you do that often?”

He runs his tongue over his teeth. It’s mesmerizing, making Jungkook short-circuit for half a second.

“What? Try something new?”

“Yeah.”

“I’ve been known to, yeah,” Jungkook says.

“Is that why you keep flirting with me?”

And there it is.

The flirty barista thinks this is his first venture into flirting with a man. It almost makes him bark out a laugh.

But he can’t blame him—Jungkook knows how he comes across. No matter how much he tries to, he can’t seem to stop exuding the “straight, fuckboy, athlete crossed with frat boy vibe,” as Jimin so lovingly describes him.

But Jungkook is very much gay. Very much into men.

And very much into the barista in front of him.

He’s into the tall, mysterious man whose sharp cheekbones and captivating eyes have him crushing like a teenager. Today, his black locks are pulled back with a headband, putting even more of his gorgeous face on display. And yeah, Jungkook is very much into the alluring and mysterious man in front of him.

The flirty barista, however, doesn’t seem to think so, and Jungkook’s hunch has just been confirmed. He’s still planning on testing his theory once and for all next week, though.

“Sure,” Jungkook says, and then he plays the part, pretending to blush by looking down on his feet momentarily.

He enjoys this game they have going too much to give himself away, so he plays coy. Like his secret was just spoken out loud.

It has the desired effect. It’s almost like the barista stands up a little taller with a newfound surge of confidence.

“Well, I think you should keep casual Friday going,” the barista speaks, his voice deep and velvety. “Because those thighs deserve to be shown off to the world, handsome.”

A tingle of heat settles in his stomach, and Jungkook has half a mind to blow his cover right now, because he just knows he could say something that would send the flirty barista into a stuttering mess. He’s got a few hunches, and he has a feeling this flirty exterior is a way for him to get the attention he so desperately wants.

Jungkook needs to stop thinking about this right now, because it’s becoming increasingly evident how badly he’d like to have his way with this man.

He figures that switching the topic is a safe bet, and it plays into this thing he has going right now. He looks down to the tip jar in front of him, and today, he’s surprised to only see one.

Most days they seem to have two and some sort of question written, each tip jar representing an answer. One of his favorite include ‘who tips better, men or women?’

But today, they’ve outdone themselves.

On a scale of $1 to $10, how attractive are you?

It reads in questionable handwriting, but the tip jar is pretty stuffed. Apparently, patrons in this establishment think pretty highly of themselves. Or they are charmed by the baristas. Jungkook knows he is.

“I like this one.” He points down to the tip jar. “Creative.”

“I had initially written ‘on a scale of $1 to $10, how attractive is your barista?’” The barista laughs. “But Seokjin made me erase it, saying he’d be taking too much money from our customers.”

He nods his head in the direction of the barista who’s working the bar, which he assumes is the Seokjin in question. There’s no question about the fact that he’s handsome—wide shoulders, full lips, and a smile that undoubtedly sends men and women into a frenzy. He’s handsome, but Jungkook is partial to the flirty barista.

“I like your version better, so I’m gonna run with that.” He makes a point to hold the barista’s eyes, then he slips a twenty out of his wallet, tucking it into the jar with a nod. “See you Tuesday.”

This time, he doesn’t wait to see the barista’s reaction.

Unfortunately, their annual operating planning runs into the next week, and his Tuesday is taken over by client meetings, presentations, and quarterly reporting that has him wondering if stabbing his eyes with a fork would be more appealing.

He runs most of his stress off in the mornings, pushing his legs and lungs past their normal capacity, even going for some sick interval training up the hill by his apartment complex. There isn’t any time for escape during his work days, and considering he isn’t getting his regular coffee breaks, or getting laid regularly, he figures he has no option but to relieve his stress this way.

But it’s also the perfect time to test his theory. Jimin is back from his two-week vacation to Hawaii, and he positively glows from the sun and the time off, bouncing off the walls, eager to tell the stories of his weeks in paradise. They’ve sent him on a few coffee runs before, and he always orders the most obscure drinks, which they all end up sampling.

Jimin is one of the most beautiful humans he’s ever had the pleasure of knowing. He’s the kind of person that make men and women do a double take when he walks by. He radiates confidence, it exudes from the way he walks to the way he speaks, knowing he commands the attention of whomever is speaking to him. He’s a trained dancer, and it carries in his elegance and grace, and to top it off, he’s drop dead gorgeous. A ten out of ten, no questions asked. And he is also incredibly gay. As in, there is absolutely no mistaking it.

He sends Jimin out with their coffee order and his black card, and the account manager is eager to comply. They’d met in college a lifetime ago, and when Jungkook took over as the CEO, he had opened up a job for Jimin, because in addition to being one of the most beautiful human beings he knows, he is also one of the most hard working.

He’s gone for about thirty minutes, but he prances into the conference room with a wide smile, making a show of it as he announces everyone’s orders when he hands them off. He makes a point to be extra flirty with Yoongi, and it never fails to make the reserved chief operating officer blush. He fiddles with his glasses, unable to look Jimin in the eyes.

They’ve been playing this game for years now, and Jungkook wonders when they’ll finally give into the blatant sexual tension between them.

He doesn’t have a chance to speak to Jimin until later that afternoon, but he does eventually catch him before he leaves for the day.

“You wanted to see me?”

Jimin drops down in the chair across from Jungkook, sighing dramatically.

He’s finally catching up on emails in his office, but it’s quite late, and Jimin shouldn’t be here at this hour.

“Yes,” Jungkook finishes up the email he was typing, then he locks his computer down, figuring it’s time to call it a night anyways. “Wanna give me my card back?”

Jungkook extends his hand, and Jimin lets out an exaggerated sigh, like he was planning on getting away with escaping with the limitless card. He knows he’s only joking, but nonetheless, he makes a point to snatch the card out of Jimin’s hand quickly, tucking it back in his wallet.

“Can I ask you a question?”

Here goes the theory.

“Sure.” Jimin leans back in the chair, crossing one leg over the other. “But the answer is still ‘no.’ I won’t date you, no matter how much you beg.”

“Oh, shut the fuck up.” Jungkook tosses a crumpled up receipt at Jimin, who only cackles delightedly.

“I’m just kidding. What’s up?” Jimin shifts into a serious expression.

“The barista at the coffee shop. Does he hit on you?”

“Taehyung?” Jimin snorts. “No, he definitely doesn’t.”

Taehyung.

He finally has a name.

The corner of his lip quirks, but he schools himself quickly, not keen on giving himself away just yet. Jimin is a lot of things, including a relentless tease. An absolute menace to society.

“No?” Jungkook asks. “Thought for sure he would.”

Something flashes on Jimin’s face, like he’s weighing something in his mind, but he must decide not to say whatever it is.

“Oh God no,” he says instead. “Two bottoms don’t make a top, sweetheart. We’d be a lost cause before we got started.”

Jungkook chokes on the breath he was taking, quickly covering his mouth to cover the cough.

Jimin eyes him with curiosity.

“It makes sense why he’d flirt with you, though,” Jimin says. “He loves to make the straight boys all flustered. If he only knew you’re as gay as they come.”

Jungkook stays quiet, but Jimin knows him too well, not missing how much this information makes Jungkook buzz with satisfaction.

“I may not have corrected him,” he admits.

Jimin leans forward in his chair, his face splitting into a wide grin.

“You sly motherfucker. You’re almost as bad as I am.”

Jungkook clicks his tongue, not bothering to hide how smug he feels.

“I’m just waiting for the right moment to tell him.”

He stands up, gesturing for Jimin to join him, and then they shut the lights down, deciding to call it a night.

“The fuck you are.” Jimin hip checks him. “Buy me dinner tonight?”

“I just wanna go home, Jimin,” he whines, his mind already set on his warm, king-sized bed. All this running has him achy and tired. “I’m exhausted.”

“Buy me dinner or I’ll tell Taehyung what kind of game you’re playing.”

And that’s how they find themselves enjoying fried chicken and beer on a Thursday night, staying out way later than Jungkook had planned on for a weeknight, because he is hellbent to see this through without Jimin blowing his fucking plans.

“Aw, no casual Friday today?”

The flirty barista, Taehyung, actually pouts at him, but he makes a point to give him an appreciative once over, anyway.

“No, I’m afraid not. I have a few client meetings today, so business professional it is.”

He did leave his jacket in the office though, because it’s finally warm enough to shed it, so he’s in a pair of slacks and a button up today. He’s rolled the sleeves up, making sure his tattoos peek out, and he can see how Taehyung does a double take.

“Such a shame, you know, for the thighs,” he smirks.

Then, in an unprecedented and bold move, even for the very flirty barista, he reaches for Jungkook’s wrist. His slender fingers wrap around his wrist, then he rotates Jungkook’s forearm, studying his tattoos with interest.

“Is it a full sleeve?” Taehyung asks, but Jungkook is a little too focused on how electric Taehyung’s touch feels.

“It is.”

Jungkook tears his eyes away from the hand on his wrist, because it’s making him feel all sorts of things, and he needs to stay focused.

“Got any more that I can’t see?”

Taehyung lets go of his wrist, pressing his palms to the counter instead, and for a brief moment, a thought flashes in Jungkook’s mind, of how Taehyung would look pressed against it.

“I do.”

Jungkook wills the images of a wrecked Taehyung from his mind.

“Will you show me?”

Taehyung leans on his hands, leaning closer to Jungkook, his eyes glistening. He is pushing, seeing how far he can take this.

Jungkook tilts his head.

“Answer a question for me first, and I’ll consider it.”

It takes the barista by surprise. He can tell by the way his forearms flex in tune with his body. Intrigued, Taehyung tilts his head.

“What’s your question?”

“Do you flirt with all the boys who order coffee from you?”

If the question stuns him, he doesn’t show it. No, Taehyung is nothing but on top of his game, pressing up on his palms and standing up straight, eyes locked on Jungkook.

“No. I can’t say that I do.”

Here goes.

“No?” Jungkook pulls his wallet out of his back pocket. “Just the straight guys who you think you can fluster?”

Taehyung barks out a laugh, and he knows he’s been caught. That the game they’ve been playing is finally out in the open. It’s the first time he’s cracked, and Jungkook fucking loves the sound of his laugh. Wants to get that reaction out of him again.

“You caught me,” Taehyung puts his hands up defensively, then he keys in their order on the iPad, still smiling. “You caught me off guard,” he admits, but Taehyung hasn’t seen anything yet. “How did you figure it out?”

“Jimin confirmed my theory for me. Said something about you not flirting with him because two bottoms don’t make a top, and that you only hit on the straight guys because you love being a tease.”

He adds the last part from his own observations, but Taehyung doesn’t need to know that just yet.

Taehyung chuckles in disbelief, his eyes flickering down to the floor, like Jungkook finally embarrassed him.

“Damn it, Jimin,” he shakes his head, but he seems to accept defeat with grace. “But yeah. He’s not wrong.”

Jungkook raises his eyebrows, then he grows serious, making sure Taehyung is watching him. He hits the ‘cash’ option for payment, pulling a twenty out of his wallet.

“There’s one flaw in your game, though,” he fiddles with the bill in his hand, stalling. “A pretty major one.”

“What?”

Taehyung’s eyes sparkle with interest.

Jungkook lets the silence linger in the air between them, suspending the tension.

“I’m very much into men, Taehyung.”

He’s not sure what startles the barista more. The bombshell he just dropped, how he’s played this game with him this whole time, or the fact that he addressed him by his first name.

“You’re, you are—you’re, what?” He splutters.

Jungkook fucking revels in the sight in front of him. How Taehyung’s mouth hangs open in surprise, his normally cocky disposition wiped away in an instant. Exactly where Jungkook wants him.

“You heard me,” he smirks, then he hands the bill over, and before Taehyung has the chance to say anything else, he speaks. “Keep the change, sweetheart.”

He walks backwards, making sure to hold his gaze for as long as possible.

“See you Tuesday.”

He doesn’t linger long enough to hear if Taehyung manages a response. He doubts it, though, and he is positively soaring for the rest of the day, the interaction making his whole weekend.

On Monday, he is buzzing with excitement, and Yoongi is too tired from his not-so-secret dinner date with Jimin from Friday night that he welcomes the fact that Jungkook asks to trade him coffee days. He sneaks away before lunch again. As much fun as this game has been, he’s even more excited to see where it goes from here.

The line is longer before lunch, the space filled with quite a few more people than he anticipated. He realizes when he enters that he doesn’t even know if Taehyung works Mondays. He can’t see from where he’s standing, but he hears the familiar voice call out a mobile order not shortly after.

By some grace of the universe, no one is behind him by the time Jungkook reaches the front of the line. Taehyung is busy pouring a new bag of beans into the grinder, so he doesn’t immediately realize who’s standing at the register.

“Welcome in, what can I—” the words die on his tongue the second he realizes, and gone is the self-assured tease he’s come to adore.

“Good morning, Taehyung.”

Jungkook rests his hands on the counter, staring directly at the barista whose eyes are darting around the shop, like he’s looking for someone.

“Mondays aren’t your day,” Taehyung says immediately, then he snaps his mouth shut, like he didn’t mean to say that.

“I traded days with Yoongi.”

“Why?” Taehyung bites the inside of his cheek nervously.

“Did you trade shifts so you could avoid me?” Jungkook takes a shot in the dark, but judging by the very guilty look on Taehyung’s face, he is right.

“No?”

“You don’t sound very sure.” Jungkook pulls his card out, but Taehyung hasn’t even keyed in their order. By now, he’s normally paid and tipped for his order. “That’s a shame, though. You hitting on me is the favorite part of my day.”

It relaxes the barista.

“Is that so?” He sounds like a bit of confidence has returned to him.

“Mm. So If you traded shifts, does that mean you have tomorrow morning off?”

“It does,” the other barista, Seokjin, pipes up from behind him. “Because he traded me two weekends to open for him tomorrow.”

“Seokjin!” Taehyung hisses under his breath, but the other barista only winks, knowing very well what’s happening here.

Taehyung manages to key in the order at the same time, busying himself to avoid any further embarrassment. Jungkook loves it. Loves that he has this effect on the man. There are so many things he wants to do to him, especially when he responds like this to a bit of flirting.

“Your total comes to—”

“$13.48, I know,” Jungkook finishes the sentence for him, tapping the card against the terminal. Taehyung continues to chew on his cheek, but he can see the smile that’s threatening to break, and Jungkook decides to go for it, because they’ve played this game long enough.

“Let me take you out for drinks tonight?” He asks.

This time, Taehyung is surprised. His eyes widen, but then something shifts, and his normal confidence returns.

“Is that the only thing you want to take me out for?”

There’s a teasing tone to his voice, pushing again.

“No, it’s not,” Jungkook says right away. “We both know what this is. And if you want to keep it to this, then I will back off. But no, drinks aren’t the only thing I’m interested in.”

Taehyung’s tongue darts out to lick his lips, and it’s definitely on purpose. This man knows how good looking he is, and there’s something so attractive about the way he isn’t shy to use it to his advantage. Few people can pull off his confidence, but it isn’t misplaced on Taehyung. It drives Jungkook wild.

He hands over a tip, and in between the cash is his business card, cell phone number and all.

“My number is on my card. Text me if you want to take me up on the offer. I’m free after 7:00.”

Taehyung glances down at the card, his eyes raking over the information on it. Jungkook realizes that he’s never shared his name until then.

“Okay.” Taehyung nods, eyes sparkling. “Maybe I will, Mr. Jeon.”

Taehyung knows exactly what that does to Jungkook, but he pivots on his heels before Jungkook has the chance to respond, and it’s probably for the better, because he has half a mind to ask Taehyung to take it to the staff bathroom right now.

He’s fairly certain that Taehyung will text him, but it doesn’t stop him from checking his phone every five minutes, like some sort of teenager with a crush. He’s probably as horny as he was when he was eighteen, but he tries not to think about that. In a poor attempt to try to focus, he sets his phone to ‘do not disturb’ in the hopes he will get through the day’s meetings without interruptions.

By 4:00 pm, Taehyung texts him. It’s a simple ‘let me know when and where,’ but it’s enough to send adrenaline rushing through his veins in an instant. He drops the location to a bar within walking distance from his home, because if this is heading where he thinks it is, then he doesn’t want to have to hail a taxi and jet across town. Taehyung confirms the time, and there’s nothing more to it than that.

His meetings wrap up early for once, and in an attempt to tame some of the tension in his body, he goes to the gym in the company’s basement, spending a solid hour lifting weights and getting some of the adrenaline out of his system. He showers and switches into the spare outfit he keeps at work, choosing to leave the jacket and settling on slacks and a button up. But he feels better, being freshly showered and less high strung.

To his surprise, Taehyung is already at the bar when he arrives. He doesn’t look out of place sitting at a high top by himself, and he isn’t scrolling on his phone or busying himself with something as he waits. Instead, he’s people watching, a lazy smile forming on his lips when he takes in the couple whispering to each other a few tables away.

Jungkook sneaks into the chair across from him, and Taehyung gives him another once over when he realizes he isn’t alone anymore.

“You changed your outfit,” he observes.

“I did. I went to the gym after my meetings wrapped up.”

Taehyung looks different outside of work. He’s used to seeing the man covered in his apron, but tonight, he’s dressed in black slacks and a white tee, with some sort of animal print top over it.

It looks expensive and very much designer, but it suits him perfectly. Then again, Taehyung could probably wear a trash bag and pull it off.

“Of course you did,” Taehyung grins over his drink, pressing the straw against his lips teasingly. “You didn’t tell me you’re the CEO of Euphoria Marketing.”

“It didn’t come up in conversation.”

The waiter comes by, forcing Jungkook to tear his eyes away from the gorgeous man across the table. He orders Taehyung another drink, and himself a tequila soda.

“Why don’t you send your assistant down for your coffee runs?” Taehyung asks when they’re alone again.

He'd never do that to Hoseok. He has way more important duties.

“And miss out on being flirted with?” Jungkook says. “I told you, it’s the favorite part of my day.”

“But still, aren’t you too busy for that?”

“I mean, I’m busy, for sure, but it’s a nice escape to get out of the office. Work will kill you if you let it.”

He thanks the waiter when she brings their drinks, and the tequila burns with the first sip, but it also warms him, the alcohol mixing with the heat that’s already simmering by having Taehyung close.

“I would have bet my whole paycheck on you being straight,” Taehyung sips at his drink, changing the topic away from work, which is a relief, because he really doesn’t want to talk about it. He spends way too much time there anyway. “You had me fooled.”

“It’s the ‘athlete fuckboy meets frat boy’ aesthetic, as Jimin so eloquently likes to put it.”

Taehyung laughs in delight, not denying it.

“He’s spot on.”

“Is that a problem?”

Taehyung’s eyes run over Jungkook’s face, taking him in, and Jungkook does the same, finding that even in the dark like this, with the lights dimmed, Taehyung is the most beautiful human he’s ever had the chance to lay his eyes on.

“It’s not a problem, no.” Taehyung moves the straw out of the way, then he downs the rest of his drink in one go. “I still want you to fuck me, if that’s what you’re concerned about.”

Oh, okay. This is how fast they’re doing this. He sure as hell isn’t about to question it.

“My place is around the corner.”

Jungkook downs the rest of his drink, then he throws a few bills on the table, not bothering to wait for the check. Taehyung is looking so fucking good he’s about three seconds away from reaching across the table and kissing him.

“Lead the way, Jungkook.”

He can’t fucking wait to hear his name fall from Taehyung’s lips again, but he wants them to be way less clothed the next time he hears it.

It’s electric between them, yet somehow, they make it to Jungkook’s place without touching, their shoulders only brushing together by accident as they make the short walk to his apartment. They don’t even bother with small talk, because they both know what this is.

It’s not until they reach Jungkook’s front door that Taehyung speaks.

“Of course you have the penthouse,” he rolls his eyes playfully, but there’s no heat to the words, just a casual observation.

“Are you a brat in the bedroom, too?” Jungkook looks over his shoulder when he keys in the code, pushing the door open and stepping aside so Taehyung can step in first.

“I can be,” Taehyung says, eyes gleaming. “Depends on what you want.”

What Jungkook wants is to be done waiting.

With a swift grab to Taehyung’s waist, he spins him around, pressing his back against the door with a thump. His eyes are blown wide in anticipation already, and fuck, he loves this. Loves the tension they’ve built, and he can’t decide if he should tease him some more or just give into it.

He tightens his hand on Taehyung’s waist, so small and perfect in his hand, then he braces his other hand on the door behind him.

Taehyung tilts his head, his eyes dark and anticipating, but his lips part, a small breath escaping him.

“Come on,” he challenges, but Jungkook can hear his breath hitch when he leans closer, giving away his normal confidence is faltering.

“Are you ever gonna kiss me?”

So he does.

There isn’t anything gentle or tentative about it. Taehyung’s lips are as soft as they look, and he slots them against Jungkook’s in an instant, parting them to let Jungkook take.

Taehyung invites him, lets him swipe his tongue against the roof of his mouth and meets him in the middle, kisses him back with just as much desperation as Jungkook.

His hand tangles in Taehyung’s hair and he pulls him closer, pulls him flush against his body as he pivots them to walk down the hallway.

Taehyung makes a startled noise from the back of his throat, but neither of them make a point to pull away.

He’s a good kisser. Fucking fantastic one, and he wishes he didn’t have to pull away to breathe, but he does, but it’s worth it when he sees how swollen his lips are, glistening from being kissed.

“How do you wanna do this?” Jungkook asks, walking them backwards toward his bedroom.

Taehyung fumbles with his shirt, tucking it out of his pants before he starts on his buttons.

“What do you mean?” Taehyung whispers into another kiss, his fingers still working on his shirt, finally getting it open.

They manage to make it to Jungkook’s bedroom between kissing and unbuttoning, but he stops them as they reach the bed, taking a step back to look at Taehyung.

He shrugs out of his shirt, leaving it to fall somewhere on the floor.

“Do you want me to fuck you?”

He leans down to slip Taehyung’s shirt off his shoulders, making a point to be careful with he fabric. He tucks the tee out of his pants, moving to undo his belt buckle.

“Or do you wanna fuck me?”

“Fuck,” Taehyung throws his head back when Jungkook nuzzles down his throat, kissing his way up the sensitive skin there. Taehyung smells heavenly. “You’re vers?”

Jungkook takes Taehyung’s earlobe between his teeth, nipping at it before he continues to kiss along his jaw.

“I am.”

Taehyung whines, so needy and beautiful.

“You’re a fucking dream,” he whispers in awe. “But I want you to fuck me. Want you to fucking ruin me.”

He doesn’t have to tell Jungkook twice.

“I can do that.”

They don’t really need to exchange more words after that, too busy undressing the other. It’s a heated haze of kissing and shrugging out of belts and pants, but eventually, they’re both in their briefs, and Taehyung looks like something out of his wildest dreams when he climbs up onto Jungkook’s bed, propping himself on his elbows, eyes dark and cock straining hard under his black Balenciagas.

“Do you know how many times I’ve thought about you in my bed like this?” Jungkook asks, climbing on top of Taehyung. He can't stop himself, the words just falling out.

The barista looks up from beneath him, and Jungkook takes it back. This is better than any of his wildest dreams.

“Tell me about it,” Taehyung pleads when Jungkook leans down to kiss, reveling in how his skin feels under his lips.

He starts on his clavicle, soft, gentle presses of his lips shifting into harder nips, because Taehyung responds so well to it, his body trembling when he makes his way down his stomach.

“I’ve thought about having you beneath me like this.”

“Yeah?” Taehyung whispers. “What else?”

“Thought about having you face down, fucking you until you scream into the mattress.”

Normally he likes to get right to it with his hook-ups, but this feels like more than that, like he needs to take his time and commit Taehyung to memory. Savor how his body bows when he places a kiss right below his navel, above the waistband he wants to push out of the way.

“Jungkook.”

Taehyung’s voice is deep, laced with want.

He kisses him along the waistband, all the way to his hip bone, but it’s too much for his own liking, and he needs to see Taehyung naked right now.

So he hooks his fingers under his waistband, looking up from between Taehyung's legs.

“Can I?” He asks for permission.

“Please,” Taehyung whines, and Jungkook realizes then and there that he needs to hear that again.

Taehyung is, without a doubt, the sexiest man he’s ever had the pleasure of having in his bed.

“You’re so fucking gorgeous,” he hears himself whisper, unprepared for it to slip out. “Fuck, Taehyung.”

He licks a strip up the underside of Taehyung’s cock, and Taehyung responds so beautifully, letting out a choked breath at the action. He probably expected Jungkook to tease, but he’s done enough of that.

He swirls his tongue over his head, lapping at the pre come that’s already gathered, then he takes all of him down his throat, and Taehyung lets out a disjointed moan, loud and unabashed, sending it echoing in the otherwise quiet room.

It goes straight to Jungkook's own cock.

Taehyung is big, and it takes a bit of adjusting, but he adjusts faster than he expects, and he kinds of wants to get Taehyung off like this.

Wants him to unravel beneath him, come undone from his mouth only. He is heavy on his tongue, prodding in the back of his throat when his hips stutter. It makes Jungkook choke, sends him spluttering around his cock, but he doesn’t mind.

And Taehyung likes it, because he fucking whines, tangles his hands in Jungkook’s hair and pulls him off of him.

“Jesus Christ,” he pants out, his chest heaving with the breath he takes. “I don’t wanna come yet.”

Jungkook presses a kiss in the juncture of his hip, pressing his own hips into the mattress and biting back the whine he wants to let out at the friction. He’s desperate.

“What do you want, baby?” He looks up from under his lashes, and Taehyung slumps down on his back, pressing a breath through his nose. “Mind if I call you that?”

“You can call me whatever the fuck you want at this rate,” he chuckles under his breath. “Want you to fuck me.”

“Okay,” Jungkook looks up from where he lays, then he props himself up on his knees, settles right between Taehyung’s legs. He hooks his hands on the outside of his thighs, pulling him down in one swift motion, pressing his cock against him.

“Fuck.” Taehyung sounds breathless.

“You like that?” Jungkook has another one of those hunches, but he wants to hear him say it.

“Yeah. You don’t have to be gentle with me.”

Goosebumps erupt all over Taehyung’s body when he drags his hands down his thighs.

He reluctantly pulls away to reach for the night stand. He pulls out a condom and a bottle of lube, then he settles back between Taehyung’s legs, and maybe he’s intentional when he presses his own hard cock against Taehyung’s ass, because he can’t fucking help himself.

Jungkook reaches for lube, but Taehyung’s hand wraps around his wrist, stopping him.

“No need to prep me,” he locks eyes with Jungkook, and it takes him a second to realize what he’s implying.

“Yeah?” He smears lube over his fingers nonetheless, warming it by rubbing them together. “Did you fuck yourself open for me already?”

He presses one of Taehyung’s knees against his stomach, leaving him wide open for him, and yeah, Taehyung did. There’s lube glistening where he undoubtedly fucked himself open, and a whole series of indecent images flashes before him.

He drags his fingers against him, just brushing, applying just enough pressure to tease but not enter.

“Did you?” He drops his voice, asking with more authority this time.

“Yeah, I did.”

Taehyung shudders when Jungkook finally presses the tip of his finger in, sliding in easily, so he adds another one.

“Thought about you fucking me,” Taehyung admits when Jungkook drags his fingers against his walls, picking his pace up when Taehyung seems to just draw him in, so willing to be fucked.

He feels incredible, so he scissors his fingers, then he crooks them, learning what Taehyung loves, and when he hits something soft, sending Taehyung jolting on the bed, and he knows he’s found his prostate.

“Wish I could have seen that,” Jungkook says, taking the opportunity to press a third finger in though he knows Taehyung doesn’t need it.

“I’m ready.”

He sounds breathless, his voice breaking with moans as Jungkook continues to fuck his fingers inside of him. He can’t stop watching how well Taehyung takes him.

“I know.” His own voice is a bit strained. “But I’m not gonna pass on the opportunity to finger you, sweetheart. Not when you look and sound like this.”

“Oh Jesus Christ,” Taehyung says in a half-laugh, half-moan. “Seriously. You can finger me all you want next time, just please fuck me.”

The promise of next time shoots a zap of electricity through his whole body, and considering Taehyung is asking so nicely, he gives in and pulls his fingers out.

He isn’t kidding himself or anyone else, because even if Taehyung didn’t ask to be fucked, Jungkook isn’t sure if he would make it another minute without fucking him.

He barks out a laugh when Taehyung throws the condom at him, taking the hint and finally getting out of his own briefs. He pumps himself in his hand a few times, unable to keep quiet at finally relieving some of the pressure.

“You’re gonna split me open.” Taehyung’s eyes sparkle in delight, even in the muted light of the bedroom, and he doesn’t take his eyes off Jungkook’s cock when he rolls the condom on and coats himself in lube.

“Flip over for me.”

“Yes, sir,” Taehyung says playfully, but there’s a hint of something else there, like he’s testing out the dynamic.

Please don’t let this be the last time they do this.

He drags Taehyung down the bed again, gripping onto his hips a bit harder than he needs to.

He nudges his legs apart with his knee, bracing one hand against the mattress. He can’t help himself, dragging his cock between Taehyung’s cheeks before he prods at his gaping hole.

“Ready?”

He pushes his head against him. Taehyung wiggles teasingly underneath him.

“Been ready for hours,” he chuckles, and Jungkook takes it as his invitation to push inside.

No matter how badly he wants to just slam into Taehyung, he doesn’t. He inches in slowly, allowing him to adjust to him, no matter how eager the barista is to be fucked.

He feels like heaven. Warm, tight, and wet, sucking him in like he was made to take him.

When he’s buried to the hilt, he drops his weight onto Taehyung, burying his head in the crook of his neck and inhaling the sweet scent of the man beneath him.

“You feel so good,” he whispers on his ear, reaching for his hands and tangling them together above Taehyung’s head.

He pulls out slowly, then he slams himself back in, because Taehyung is moaning beneath him, letting out the most beautiful shudders he’s ever heard as he starts to fucks into him.

“Don’t be gentle,” Taehyung chokes out, and Jungkook decides to let the last of his resolve go, bracing himself with their clasped hands and then, he fucks Taehyung like he deserves.

He snaps his hips against him so hard the sound of their skin slapping together echos in the room, and the day dreaming he did about fucking Taehyung into the mattress have nothing on the real thing.

His skin burns wherever it comes in contact with Taehyung, and he sounds so much better than he could have ever imagined, reduced to nothing but broken moans and whimpers as Jungkook drives his cock into his prostate, the lithe body trembling underneath him with each thrust.

The bed moves in tune with his movements, creaking underneath him, and he wonders if Taehyung can come like this, with just the friction of the sheets rubbing against him.

God, there’s so much he wants to do to this man. Wants to take him in his lap and have him ride him. Wants to put him on all fours and bury his face in him and eat him out. Fuck, he wants Taehyung to fuck him.

“Fuck, baby,” Jungkook pants into his neck, too overcome with the visuals he just conjured for himself. He slows his movements, thrusting more shallowly to take himself down from the edge. “Come on. Sit up for me.”

He maneuvers him carefully to sit up, still fully seated inside him. Taehyung is light and nimble, molding to Jungkook’s hold in an instant, and he can’t ignore how perfectly his tiny waist feels under his hold, or how he sags into Jungkook.

“Let me kiss you.”

Taehyung turns his head, and he looks fucking wrecked, his cheeks rosy and his eyes dark and hooded. He leans down to kiss him, and it’s a bit of an awkward angle, but he wants to kiss.

He tastes like the remnants of alcohol and something sweet, and he’s fairly sure he could spend forever kissing Taehyung.

Reluctantly, he pulls away from his lips, because Taehyung clenches so beautifully around him and he needs to move.

“Can you get on your hands and knees for me?”

Taehyung flashes him a shit eating grin, but he nods.

“Make it hurt,” he winks, and Jungkook takes the challenge, pressing a hand between his shoulder blades and shoving him into the mattress.

The sight of his cock pushing into Taehyung’s ass is almost too much. He bites down a moan, then he grips onto Taehyung’s hips and fucks him hard and deep, making sure he gives the man exactly what he asked for.

He doesn’t have to tell Taehyung to touch himself. His hand fists his cock, and he jerks himself in tune with Jungkook’s thrusts, his moan growing louder with each flick of his wrist.

The familiar heat grows in his stomach, and Taehyung must be close, because his whole body draws tight, and he clenches around Jungkook’s cock, making himself impossibly tight.

“I’m gonna come,” Taehyung’s voice breaks, and his head drops down with the pleasure.

Jungkook feels himself right on the edge, but he’ll be damned if he comes before Taehyung, though the man is making it really fucking hard for him to hold back right now. He’s right on the edge, his thrusts becoming erratic with the way his composure falters.

“Fuck, fuck, fuck,” Taehyung chokes out, then the comes, all over his hand and the bed, moaning so brokenly that Jungkook can’t hold back any longer.

The whole room could be on fire and he wouldn’t notice. All he can feel right now is Taehyung, how warm and tight he is, how he clenches around his cock when Jungkook comes into the condom, knowing he’s grabbing on to his hips in a poor attempt to not black out from the intensity of his orgasm. He think he hears himself moan Taehyung’s name, but he is a little too consumed with the intensity of it all.

It takes them both a minute to come back down, and his own legs shake from the adrenaline dump when he finally manages to pull out of Taehyung.

The barista flops onto the mattress dramatically, and Jungkook doesn’t even bother hiding the smile on his face when he escapes into the bathroom to get them something to clean up with.

He wets a washcloth in warm water, and when he returns, Taehyung is staring up at the ceiling, but he tilts his head when he hears footsteps, smiling lazily at him when he sees Jungkook.

Jungkook wonders if it’s possible to fall in love with someone this fast, because he isn’t quite sure how else to explain the eruption of butterflies in his stomach.

“You’re so fucking hot. Has anyone ever told you that?”

Taehyung grins the shit-eating grin Jungkook has become a little too familiar with over the last few months, but his eyes soften when Jungkook drags the wash cloth over his stomach, helping clean him of his own release.

“Yeah. There’s this barista at the local coffee shop I go to that’s mentioned it once or twice.”

Taehyung barks out a laugh.

“Don’t let it go to your head.”

Taehyung grabs the wash cloth from Jungkook’s hand, tossing it somewhere in the room, but he can’t be bothered to check where it lands, too captivated by the man in his bed.

His hand snakes up to Jungkook’s neck, pulling him down for a kiss. This one is different, not filled with heat or desire, no intent of getting off. This kiss is filled with curiosity and exploration, much more like a first kiss than anything else.

“Should I let it go to my head that you mentioned our next time before we even fucked?” Jungkook whispers into the kiss.

“Yeah.”

Taehyung pulls away, his eyes darting over his face, searching for something Jungkook can’t quite place.

“Good.”

Jungkook lays down next to Taehyung, propping himself up on his elbow and looking at the man he’s so mesmerized by.

His hair is a mess, ruffled and unruly from what they just did, and his pupils are still a bit dilated, his body still thrumming with the after shock of sex. Taehyung is gorgeous, the kind of attractive people dream to be, but like this, he is ethereal. Almost too enchanting to seem real.

“You’re something else,” he says, not quite sure what he even wants to say.

“Yeah?”

Taehyung’s eyes flutter shut, like he’s overcome with the moment, and maybe feeling the beginning of sleep creeping in, both their bodies finally adjusting to the heavy tension being released.

“Do you want to stay the night?”

Jungkook runs a hand through Taehyung’s hair, and he can see how his eyes flutter under the touch, melting into him. It’s awfully intimate for two people who are basically strangers, but there’s a pull he can’t ignore, and he is fairly sure he isn’t the only one who’s feeling it right now.

“Do you want me to leave?”

It’s not the answer he was looking for, and perhaps Taehyung is deflecting with a question, not sure where he stands. So Jungkook decides to be vulnerable, because if he doesn’t say what he wants, he knows he’ll regret it.

And out of all the regrets he has in his life, he knows that he does not want Taehyung to be on that list. He’d be stupid if he let him pass him by.

“I want you to stay.”

Taehyung’s eyes open, and the normal playfulness is replaced with something tender. Something curious.

“And I want to have lazy morning sex with you tomorrow morning, and, if I can be a hundred percent honest with you, I’d like to take you out on a real date.”

Taehyung’s lips part in surprise, and it’s the first time he sees true amazement in Taehyung’s eyes, like it was so far out of left field he couldn’t have anticipated it.

“You want to take me on a date?” Taehyung whispers with hopeful hesitation, and it confirms Jungkook’s suspicion.

“Yeah. I do.” He leans down to press a kiss to the corner of his mouth. It’s a gamble, but he’s working on a hunch, and so far, they haven’t led him astray. “Will you let me?”

“Yeah. Yeah, I will.”

Taehyung flickers his eyes down, a shy smile playing on his lips. Just like that time when Jungkook caught on to his little game. Completely unguarded.

“And how about the lazy morning sex?”

Jungkook presses Taehyung into the mattress, hovering above him with his hands pressed on either side of his face. He places a kiss on his jaw, peppering them all the way down his throat, ignoring the fluttering in his own stomach at how shaky the breath that Taehyung lets out is.

“Fuck yes,” Taehyung chuckles when Jungkook nips at his ear. He isn’t looking to fuck in this moment, but he can’t seem to keep his lips off Taehyung’s skin. “The answer to morning sex is always yes.”

“A man of my own heart.”

Reluctantly, he pulls away, sitting up and extending a hand to Taehyung.

“Shower with me?” He steps off the bed, tugging at Taehyung’s hand with more intent to get him to follow him. “We can’t sleep on these sheets anyway. So either way, we’re getting up.”

Taehyung groans dramatically, but he lets himself be pulled and helped onto his feet. He stumbles on shaky legs when he stands, and it makes Jungkook soar, knowing he made that happen.

“You really aren’t straight, are you?”

Jungkook tips his head back, unable to restrain his laughter.

“No sweetheart,” he pulls Taehyung in close, and he’s fairly sure Taehyung can feel the rapid beating of his heart in his chest with how closely they’re pressed together. “I definitely am not.”

“Thank fucking God for that.”
