The crisp air of the snow covered forest calmed Fundy down slightly but it couldn't chase away his stress. He wanted to scream out but he knew Technoblade lived nearby and the last thing he needed was to add the stress of Technoblade chasing him to his plate.
He needed some form of escape from the stress and nothing else seemed to work so he started shifting back to his actual age. Thankfully, he bought age shifting clothing that looked exactly like his regular clothing so he'd just look like a tinier version of himself. As he felt himself get smaller, the memories of the age he had stayed shifted in started fading away.
No wars, no lost father, no arguing among the cabinet over what to do.
Just blissful innocence.
Fundy was so innocent he barely noticed the signs of a incoming blizzard.
Of all the times Philza needed Berries, it had to be when a blizzard was about to hit. Techno swore that his best friend had the worst timing in the world and wondered if that had to do with his long life. Nonetheless, he would get those Berries for Philza.
He trudged through the snow looking for any Berry plants when he heard a unfamiliar sound nearby. He walked over to a nearby tree and saw a smaller version of Fundy trying to keep himself warm. At first, he was confused but then realized that Fundy is an age shifter and thus way younger than Techno had known him as.
He slowly approached Fundy as chat was going nuts.

Okay, who had "Fundy is an age shifter" on their bingo card?
Fundy took notice of Technoblade and simply tiled his head in confusion. He stood up and walked towards Technoblade and said "Excuse me mister but I don't know where my dad is. Can you help me find him?"
Technoblade felt his heart tighten. This was normal for age shifters but the knowledge that Fundy couldn't remember his father being dead didn't hurt any less. He said "I can. I'm sure your dad's father would know where he is."
Fundy's eyes lit up as he asked "You know my grandpa?"
Technoblade nodded and Fundy hugged Technoblade. Technoblade briefly tensed up, not being used to physical contact coming from anyone but Philza, but he eventually returned the hug. He picked up the small fox child and started walking back to his cabin.
Philza would be disappointed in no Berries but he'd understand the moment he saw Fundy.
