Not me having the idea of Y/N being a regular Minecraft player living in a village.
You go out on an adventure and stumble upon a ruin portal, not thinking anything of it, you fix it.
Lighting it with a flint and steel, you are blown back by the force of the portal being ignited.
In the Nether, a portal materializes next to a Bastion. The Piglin there send one of the soldiers out of the portal to see what lies beyond it.
(Im literally picturing this from first person pov right now.)
The Piglin Brute's hand erupts from the portal and latches to the edge of it, pulls himself out of it and inspects everything about the portal, and the new world he is being shown.
You, terrified, tries to scramble away from the strange creature, yet is pulled into its beefy arms. Scared shitless, you make a futile attempt at breaking free from its grasp.
The Piglin looks down at you and searches your expression of silent fear, you come to a halt after a few minutes of struggling against the Piglin's grip. Looking up at him, his eyes show sadness and.. curiosity..? You see... yourself.. in his eyes..
You try to grasp an understanding of the situation you are in. The Pigman grunts at you, yet you're unsure of what he means. "Can you let me go..?" The Piglin does not understand you. 'Wait- he can he not understand me?! Hold on... I'll see if this works..'
You speak to him in the old language you found in an ancient book about "The Nether". Repeating your sentence in the ancient language, you ask him to let you go. He surprisingly understands, you know he did because he slowly lets you free from his grasp with a pleafull grunt and backs a few steps away from you.
Just then, the Pigman lets out a painful growl/sqeal that resembles that of the Pig. The Piglin before you seems to deteriorate, skin peeling off its bones. You stand back in horror as it gets worse and then just.. [s t o p s].
Before you stands an undead creature..
'WHAT IN BRINE'S NAME JUST HAPPENED.'
