“Gotcha”. Percy shouts while he puts a snowball down Jason’s neck.
“No, I got you, Perce”. Jason says, shivering as he turns around, kisses Percy, and then throws Percy’s face down in the snow.
“Oh, you’ll regret that decision Jay, or did you forget whose son I am, and that snow is frozen water?” Percy laughs while he gets on his knees and gathers the snow that has fallen in his and Jason’s backyard into one enormous snowball, which he throws at Jason with no difficulty.
Jason gulps and braces himself. He should have known that Percy would pay him back for making him eat snow.
As soon as he has spitted out all the snow, Jason cried while trying to push off all the snow that has landed on him.
“Jay, do you want to build a snowman or would rather go inside and warm up? I’m sorry for burying you in snow, but you know that making me eat snow would have consequences, Jay.” Percy says while he pulls Jason out of the pile of snow that Percy has snowball created.
“No, I want to continue our snowball fight.” Jason says while he quickly throws several snowballs at Percy.
Percy laughs and throws several snowballs in return.
“Hey Jay, do you want to build a snowman?” Percy sings while he continues peppering Jason with snowballs.
“Sure, but not before you admit defeat Percy, I won’t let this fight end in a draw. So, admit defeat or prepare for a long fight because I won’t give up.” Jason says.
“Then engarde.” Percy says while he quickly creates several snowballs and even a snow sword.
“Oh, no you don’t,” Jason says while he summons a gust of wind to turn Percy’s snowballs back on him.
In return, Percy summoned many massive snowballs for a few miny snowballs. He carried on until he had no more energy, at which point Percy employed his powers to launch the massive collection of snowballs at Jason.
Jason gulped when he saw the storm of snowballs coming at him. He realized he couldn’t just throw them back to Percy as he had done until now. So, think Jason think what he could do to turn the odds back to him. If he created a strong enough gust of wind to make the snowballs lose their forms and turn back into loose snow, he would still have a chance of winning this. So, he reached deep inside himself, and he shoot into the sky but instead of the simple, powerful gust of wind Jason had put too much of his power into the wind and summoned an enormous tornado. Shit, why do I always have to let my competitive side get the best of me? I’m not Perce. I can’t control such a massive tornado! Ugh! Percy is going to be so smug. He knows I won’t be able to tame this tornado on my own, but I must try all is it for my pride! Jason then throws his entire will at the tornado, and to his surprise, it listens to what Jason wants instead of destroying everything. So, Jason turns the Tornado into a powerful gust. Just like he planned to summon instead of that humongous tornado.
Down on the ground, Percy watched all this happening with a proud look. He understood that the only thing holding Jason back from controlling tornadoes and other forms of massive, powerful wind was self-doubt. But he needs to focus. He has a snowball fight too. win rewarding his boyfriend for this amazing achievement comes later. So, while Jason destroys the snowball storm Percy had thrown at him. Percy prepared his finishing move. He collected all the remaining snow on the ground, along with the snow that was still falling, and molded them into a massive snowball. He hurled it at Jason and promptly collapsed onto his knees, gasping for breath.
I must win, regardless of the cost. I can’t allow to Percy to have yet again a victory over me. He we’ll be so smug and won’t stop teasing me for months.
With that thought, Jason used his last bit of energy to rip the snowball apart into a million pieces and before he even realized it, he fell out of the sky, head down to the ground.
Percy, seeing his partner falling, quickly launches himself into the air and catches Jason.
“That was fun. Let’s do it again, sometime, Perce.” Jason mumbles before he falls asleep in Percy’s arms.
But as soon as he hits the ground, Percy, with Jason still in his arms, falls, but instead of landing face down in the snow, he falls asleep on Jason’s body.
Several hours later, Jason wakes up, his clothes soaked from the snow, and he can feel some kind of familiar weight on him. He looks up and sees that Percy has once again fallen asleep on him.
Ugh, why does Perce have to look so cute while sleeping? It’s almost a crime to wake him up. But unfortunately, If I want him to get off, he will need to wake up.
So, Jason kisses Percy and gently shakes him until he awakens.
“Good evening sleepy head, did you have a nice nap? I certainly did.” Jason asks while looking Percy right in the eyes.
“Let me sleep, Jay. It’s not time to wake up yet.”
“Perce, I couldn’t care less. I need to use the fucking bathroom and I want out of these damn wet clothes. So, for Hade’s sake, GET OFF ME or I’ll give you a reason to stand up. To understand love.” Jason shouts with lighting sparking around him.
“Yes, dear.” Percy says while he jumps off Jason.
“Come grab my hand Jay, why don’t we first drink a cup of hot chocolate and eat dinner and after that build a snowman?” Percy says while helps Jason off the ground.
“That sounds like a brilliant plan, Perce, but why don’t you first join me for a nice, long, hot shower, handsome?” Jason says while he kisses Percy’s cheek.
Percy’s face quickly turns red. It doesn’t matter how long he and Jason have been. Dating, having his boyfriend appreciate his body still gets Percy flustered.
“Why not? That sounds like an excellent plan. It has been way too long since we had a shower together. But why don’t you first get some dry clothes for both of us, Jay, and take care of other businesses while I make Mom’s famous hot chocolate and start preparing dinner? Does that sound okay?”
“Yes, let’s do that Perce.”
Several minutes later, Jason came down wearing dry clothes and carrying dry clothes for Percy to a heavenly smell.
“Damn, I don’t know what you’re making besides that hot Choco Perce, but it smells absolutely divine.”
“Thanks Jay. I’ve wiped up a macaroni. I hope you’ll enjoy it.” Percy says while putting two plates of macaroni on the table.
“This is delicious, Percy. I’m still so glad that you possess Sally’s cooking skills, Perce, but also that you enjoy cooking. Like you know, I can cook and don’t mind doing it, but compared to you, it’s nothing.” Jason says.
“I’m not that good, Jay. Stop flattering me. It’s just not true and you’re a great cook. You may not enjoy cooking, but you’re quite good at it. For example, you’re amazing at BBQ and preparing and cooking meat.” Percy says while thinking of the last time they had BBQ; it was way too long ago.
“Thanks Percy, but let’s now talk about what we want to do this evening and the rest of the week.”
“I was thinking for this evening, lest first make that snowman you so much want to build. After that, let’s take a hot shower and head to bed.”
“For tomorrow, let’s go purchase Christmas gifts for your family and if there has been no monster attack in-between the shopping and we still possess energy, let’s go for a hike.”
“Sounds awesome, jay, but what are the plans for the rest of the week? Do you want to go on a date, stay at home, visit my family, or do some Christmas prep work because that’s next week already?!”
“I have made no plans after tomorrow, Perce. Maybe we can spend some time with Estelle. Or we can go on some dates. It has been way too long since our last outing.”
“Let’s see what the week brings us, but for now, are you finished, Jay?”
“Yes, I’m done. Thanks for the meal, Perce. It was once again delicious.”
“No problem, Jay. come let’s do the dishes and after that we can finally build a snowman.”
“But what about that hot Choco you were making shouldn’t we drink that first before it burns or, even worse, cools down?”
“Don’t you worry about that, Jay. It has to cook for a while longer before it’s ready to drink; I think it should be done after we’re finished with building a snowman. But come, let’s put on our winter clothes and after that we can build a snowman. I have been waiting all day long to do that together.” Percy says while putting on his winter coat and boots and immediately runs to his backyard.
“Jason quickly does the same and runs after Percy.”
“While outside Jason quickly realizes something he has no idea how to make a snowman at camp Jupiter, it never snowed so no chance there to make one and even though he and Percy have been dating for years, this day is the first time he actually has time to play in the snow instead of simply watching people play with snow.”
“Um, Percy, how do you make a snowman? Because I am completely clueless.” Jason asks, helpless, looking at the snow.
“It’s very simple. Come, I’ll show you.”
“You start by making a small snowball like this,” Percy says while grabbing a handful of snow and forming it into a ball.
“So, like this?” Jason asks while also forming a snowball.
“Yes, that’s good. Now we put our snowball on the ground and start rolling until we got two big snowballs, one larger than the other.” Percy says while he rolls one snowball.
“Done now what’s next. Jason says while standing beside a huge snowball.”
We roll one last snowball, once again smaller than the previous two, and then we place all three snowballs onto each other from biggest to smallest.
“Okay, that’s done. Now the main body is formed, it’s time to decorate. Let’s grab some twigs to make arms a carrot to make a nose and pebbles to form eyes and a mouth.” Percy says while screeching for material.
After having gathered all the materials, Percy shows Jason how to decorate a snowman. He does this by guiding Jason’s body to the work. He first guide Jason’s hands to put the twigs on the left and right side of the middle snowball to make arms. “Okay, now we put a carrot in the head to function as a nose jay.”
“Understood, and what is the step after that, Perce?”
“After placing the nose, we place pebbles to form eyes and a mouth, then we finish the snowman and can drink a cup of hot Choco and take that shower you were talking about before.”
After a few minutes, they finish decorating and stand in front of their snowman, admiring their work. But while doing this, Percy places kisses allover Jason’s body and even tickling Jason at the most ticklish spots on his body.
Jason laughs but quickly loses his balance and falls on the ground, but Percy, instead of stopping, starts tickling even harder.
Percy, please stop or I’m going to my pants from laughter. Jason says between laughing.
“Okay, I’ll stop come the hot Choco should be done. Also, how did you find it to build a snowman did you enjoy or is something you don’t want to repeat?”
“I had a lot of fun thanks for the awesome day, Perce, but I don’t know about you, but I’m exhausted, so let’s have that cup of chocolate and then after the shower head to bed because tomorrow will be again a long day.” Jason says, before letting out a yawn.
“Sounds good to me, Jay.” Percy says as steps inside his and Jason’s house.
As soon as Percy and Jason step inside their house, they’re greeted with the heavenly smell of fresh, homemade hot chocolate.
“Jay, if you grab the cups, I’ll put out the stove and grab the chili powder to give the chocolate that delightful kick.” Percy says, while putting his winter coat on the coat rack.
“Um Perce, you remember I don’t handle spicy stuff that well, do you? Jason asks with a questioning look.”
“I remember and Jay, you don’t have to put much into your cup. Just a dash of powder is enough to give it a much-needed kick, but if you don’t want to add chili powder, that’s also okay and totally valid.”
“I’ll try it, Percy, but if my body can’t handle it, it’s up to you to help me with the consequences.” Jason says while he hands Percy the cups.
“I already knew that Jay that is part of loving you. You dumbass, but go sit down and enjoy your cup of Choco.” Percy said, while filling his own cup and sitting beside Jason.
After he takes a sip of his hot Choco, Jason’s eyes widen this drink was delicious and Percy was correct. That little of heat of the chili powder works so well with the sweetness of the chocolate
“It’s delicious, isn’t it Jay? Do you remember now why you shouldn’t doubt me when it comes to food?”
“Yes, I remember Percy. You know that’s why you’re the one that does most of the cooking and not me.”
“Thanks again for the compliment, Jason, but Jay. What do you say about that Instead of a hot shower, we head to bed and give each other a massage? Because I don’t know about you, but my body is full of knots and tangles, which I really want to be gone or at least loosened up.” Percy says while rolling his shoulders to loosen them up.
“Honestly, that sounds fantastic Percy I’m still sore all over from our snowball fight, controlling the tornado I summoned during and then falling asleep in the snow with you using me as a living mattress, so a massage sounds just like what my body needs.”
“Good, then please remove all your clothes excluding your underwear while I grab the massage materials. Do you prefer a massage type? Do you want me to go deep and use my whole body like in a Thai massage but be aware this is not a pleasant massage and while occasionally hurt, but it will certainly remove all those knots in your body? Our do you rather have a relaxing oil massage that’s more superficial and won’t hurt?” Percy asks,
“My body is already sore all over. I rather have gentle massage with oil and if possible, could you also use hot stones those always feel so incredible on my body when you use them?” Jason asks while removing his sweater and t-shirt.
“Sure, no problem, Jay, but it will take a couple of minutes before I’m done with preparing them for the massage so, please get comfortable Jay and I’ll be back soon.”
“Sure, Perce no problem.” Jason replies while removing his remaining clothes and goes to lie on his and Percy’s bed.
Percy then grabs his stones and stone heather from his closet with massage supplies and appliances, fills his stone Heather with water, places his stones in them and then turns the heather on.
Percy then grabs his body with massage oil and walks back to Jason’s body.
“Okay, Jay, I’m now going to start the massage, so relax and enjoy.” Percy says while applying some oil to his hands and then rubs his hands to warm up the oil.
He then starts massaging Jason’s body by applying soft pressure on Jason’s scalp with his fingers. After the scalp, massage Percy massages Jason’s neck and slowly moves over all of Jason’s body, pulling and kneading Jason’s muscles, removing one for one the knots from Jason’s body. During this process, Jason makes many sounds ranging from moans of pleasure to cries of pain when Percy pulls hard on a knot that won’t let loose and even laughter when massaging ticklish spots. During this Process Jason tries to stay awake because he had promised to massage Percy’s body after Percy was done with his, but halfway through the process when Percy starts to use the stones. Jason can feel the knots and every little pain in his body falls away it as if he is in the seventh heaven. It feels just so good and Jason can himself get sleepier by the minute. He at first tries to stay awake, but after a few minutes in which he falls deeply asleep.
After finishing the massage, Percy tries to wake Jason up to get his own massage but, after two failed attempts, Percy goes into his bed, kisses Jason’s face, and quickly falls asleep.
For the next several days, Percy and Jason spend doing various things. Ranging from Buying Christmas presents to going on dates and just relaxing at home and making various dishes for the Christmas dinner until it’s finally Christmas, and it’s time to visit Percy’s family again.
After a relatively short drive from their house to the house of Sally and Paul. Percy and Jason ring the doorbell to let Sally know they have arrived. As soon as Sally opens the door with a brilliant smile on her face. With gets even larger when she spots Percy and Jason, both wearing a beautiful suit. Percy’s in the traditional Christmas colors Red and Green and Jason’s gold and silver. Percy and Jason grab their backs. They put down full of many presents and food and other Christmas essentials.
"Percy Jason it’s so good to see you how have you been boys and please come in you arrived at just the right moment Estelle and Paul are still taking a stroll around the neighborhood to look at all the decorations and I just finished a tray of Christmas cookies so please come in." Sally said, while hugging Jason and Percy.
"Thanks mom and it’s great to see you again and did you say you cookies? Come jay let’s. go, you don’t want to miss Mom’s Christmas cookies." Percy says before giving Sally a kiss on her cheek and dragging Jason into the apartment.
Percy, dear, there’s no need to rush. Why don’t you first set down those bags and put the presents you brought under the tree before Estelle gets back? You don’t want her to find out that we bring the present and not Santa, do you, Percy? Sally said with a stern look.
"No mom, I don’t want that but cookies." Percy said whit a pout.
"Percy, what‘s more important to you is that your baby sister has the best Christmas and keeps believing in the magic of christmas and Santa or your mom’s cookies."Jason asked with a frown.
"That Estelle has a wonderful Christmas but Jay cookies." Percy said with a whiny tone.
"I know, Percy, your mom’s cookies are divine, but come, let’s first put the presents under the tree. After that, we can eat cookies and help your mom with preparing the Christmas dinner and do some fun activities like karaoke opening presenets and playing with your baby sister."
"You're right Jay." Percy says while grabs the two bags full of presents he and Jason brought and carefully lays each present under the tree, making sure that each present has the best place.
"Okay, that’s done now. Can I please eat a few of your cookies, Mom?"
"Sure, dear, eat to your heart’s desire, but leave enough room for dinner dear. You don’t want to have everything you made go to waste, do you, Percy?"
"No, Mom, you’re right. I spend way too much time on the food for it to got o waste but speaking about that where can I store the food. Do you want it here in the kitchen or the garage or somewhere else?" Percy asked while eating a few cookies.
"Let’s first see what you brought, dear. I see Mac and Cheese a generous amount of cranberry sauce. Oh, I see you ever have tried your hand at pies Percy. I have to say your Apple Pie looks delicious. and let's what else you have brought further. I see that you have brought ingredients for mashed potatoes and what is this? Pulled pork and pulled chicken. Percy, dear, you didn’t have to do all this work." Sally said while letting out a sigh. because by the gods how are they going to eat all this food plus everything sally had planend to amke for the dinner.
"Mom, I enjoyed doing it was relaxing, but that isn’t the only food I brought. I also wanted to do something new, so I made a few a few bite dishes like wreaths from sausage rolls. A few Minnesota salads for example raspberry pretzel Jell-O salad, cookie salad and ambrosia salad. Besides that, I also brought a prime rib that we can use as entrée and ingredients for candied yams and some other stuff. Before you say anything, Mom, about that jay and I didn’t have to do all this work. Jay and I had a lot of fun preparing everything. So don’t feel guilty or worry about how much work everything was. Just enjoy the fact that you have less work to do and more time to spend together doing fun things. Because isn’t the most important thing about Christmas and all the holidays spending time together with your loved ones?"
"You’re right, dear, it’s unfortunate that Nico and Thalia couldn’t come, but I’m happy that you and Jason could come dear. But percy dear please try to visit more i know you have your own life but we all miss you." Sally said while giving Percy a hug.
"I missed you too mom and I’ll try to visit more but you know how life is with camp, monster attacks, dads side of the family and then my and Jason's jobs. but i'll try to find time to visit more."
The front door then opens, and Estelle Storms in shouting, Percy, you’re here. But just before she reaches Percy. Percy drops to his knees and catches Estelle and swings her around while setting her on his shoulders. While he does this, Estelle. Let out shouts full of joy and laughter.
While {ercy does this, Paul, Sally and Jason watch with smiles on their faces. The relationship between Percy and Estelle is just so wonderful to watch.
"Look Mommy, I’m a big girl now." Estelle said with a huge smile.
"Yes, you’re very big girl stella , but I think it’s time for Percy to put you down, Stella, I need his help in the kitchen to make sure the food is doen on time and after it's time to open our christmas prsents so we don't woant percy to hurt himslef because you're a big girl estelle and that means that Percy can't carry you as easily anymore. Sally said while patting Estells's head.
"But Mommy I don’t want to get down everything is so high from here and I missed Percy and Jay-Jay they don’t visit enough and if Percy puts me down, he’ll have to go away again, and he can’t Percy needs to stay with me". Estelle says pouting.
"I’m sorry Stella, I promise I’ll visit more, but Mom is right that it’s time to come down. I love you very much, guppy, but you have grown a lot, and my shoulders are getting tired. So, I’m going to put you down and why don’t you ask Jay if he wants to play with you while I help mom with the food okay stella." Percy said while slowly sitting on his kness so estele can glide of his shoulders.
"Can’t help Jay-jay Mom Percy? I want to play with you."
"Let’s not do that Estelle I’m an awful cook and we don’t want that the firefighters have to come because I burned the Christmas dinner." Jason said, while pulling Estelle into a hug.
"Sorry, guppy, I can’t play now. I want to make sure that everything I brought for today is ready to be cooked or ready to be served. I’ll play with you after we unwrapped our presents. Okay, guppy. Percy said while patting Estelle on the head.
"Yes Percy." Estelle said with a dissapointed pout.
"Can we please go outside Jay-Jay?" Estelle asked while doing her best puppy dog eyes look.
"Of course, little star, what would you like to do? Do you want to build a snowman or build a fort?" Jason asked, while thinking back to an article about things to do in the snow with family members.
"I want to go sledding." Estelle shouted while running to the door that connects to the backyard.
"Oh, no, you don’t little. Miss, you know the rules if we go outside; we put our winter clothes on and Jason, why don’t I accompany you? So that Sally and Percy can have some mother’s son bonding time. Paul says while he catches Estelle before she manages to escape to the backyard.
"But Daddy, I don’t want to wear my winter clothes. The boots and gloves are so itchy, and the coat is way too warm."
"I’m sorry Stella, but you will have to wear those clothes otherwise you will get sick, and you don’t want to be sick do you. You feel then very yucky and owie and that not fun, is it, sweetie?"
"No, daddy I don’t want to get but do I really need to wear my gloves and boots?"
"Stella, do we really need to have this discussion again? If you want to go outside, you will wear your winter clothes. No winter clothes mean you stay inside little miss, so it’s your choice. Estelle, will you put on your winter clothes so you can play outside with Jason and Daddy, or do you stay inside and take a nap?"
"No nap daddy, I’m not tired. Jay-jay, could you please help me with putting on my boots and coat?" Estele asks while sits down on the chair by her boots and the coat rack.
"But of course, little star." Jason says while he goes to sit beside Estelle and helps her get dressed to go outside.
"Okay, now your sister and Jason, and Paul are outside. Let’s start cooking and catch up. What have you been up to, Percy? How has the camp been any new campers that needed comfort from their big brother/parental figure? Or have you and Jason finally taken the next step and become partners instead of boyfriends? Any new recipes you want to try right now?" Sally asked while chopping several vegetables.
"Mom, slow down, please. I can’t keep up and I’m the one with ADHD."
“First up, yep, there are several new campers and all of them as just so small and absolutely adorable, but yes. Several of them have needed me and Jay to help them with nightmares or coming to terms with the fact that they’re demigods. I can’t wait to introduce them to you. So yes, you got new grandchildren to spoil.” Percy said while he putted his apron on.
"Mom, I told you jay, and I never plan to get married. Why would we considering who my aunt and his stepmother is? Us getting married would just invite her to make Jace and my life even more difficult than it is. Besides, that mom, if Jason and I would do such a thing, we both want you to be there mom. And yes, I’ve found several new recipes I wanted to try out like this recipe for cranberry feta wraps isn’t perfect as a starter or this recipe for cornbread. And what about this recipe for a wrap Christmas tree? Oh, sorry I’m getting too enthusiastic about new recipes, am I mom? Percy cuckeld.
"No, absolutely not Percy. I’m only happy to see you finding such a joy in cooking. But Percy, you already made a huge amount of food. Let’s first see what we can make with the time we have today and look at what you already made and, based on that, we can make a menu."
After debating for several minutes, Sally and Percy finally could agree about what’s going to be on the menu.
They decide to do a tapas menu with many things to choose from for example the sausage wreath Percy made, some wraps with different fillings, different blocks of cheese and meatballs but also a baked ham and prime rib a few types of casserole and the Minnesotan salads Percy made and many more things.
For about an hour the kitchen was filled with the sounds of chopping, things being crushed laughter and some meats shuddering.
Meanwhile, outside Estelle was having the time of her life with Jason and Paul all of them just couldn’t stop smiling the site of Estelle having so much fun just filled them with joy and remembered them again why taking time to do the things that give you joy like spending time with family is important.
"Dears, it’s time to open the presents and snacks and drinks are ready to be enjoyed."
"PRESENTS" Estelle shouts while running towards Sally who caught her just in time before she hits the ground because she tripped over her own feet.
"Be careful Estelle, your lucky mommy could catch you now otherwise you could have given yourself an owie, and that isn’t fun, right, sweetie?" Sally said while checking Estelle over to see if they didn’t injure herself, despite sally catching her.
A few minutes later, everyone gathers around the tree to open the presents. Jason dear, I don’t know if Percy has explained to you how we open presents here dear.
"I think he tried while we were cooking but I didn’t catch it all. I think it was something about singing songs and thanking Santa for your presents." Jason whiel frowing trying to remember wat percy ad said.
"Yes, that are indeed parts of it during the opening we sing Christmas songs together some old ones such as let it snow and it’s the most wonderful time of the year and some popular ones such as last Christmas and all I want for Christmas is you. But also, instead of grabbing a gift for yourself from underneath the tree, you grab a gift for someone else and this continues until all the gifts are opened. And don’t worry dear if you don’t know the lyrics of all the songs because I know you’re more into metal and rock." Sally said with a reasuring smile.
"Mommy daddy, may I please give the first present? Estelle asks with a look you just can’t say no, too."
Of course, but remember the present has to e for someone else and not for you.
"Yes daddy." Of course, Estelle immediately grabs the biggest package that has Percy’s name on it.
"Is it for me? Thanks Stella? Let’s see what Santa has given me this year."
"A gift card to buy whatever I want at Amazon. thanks Santa, it’s exactly what I wanted."Percy said with a huge smile.
The process of giving and gifts continued for quite a while until everyone had all their gifts in between. They ate from the snacks sally and Percy had prepared and song several Christmas carols. While all of this the house was filled with sounds of laughter and delicious smells coming from the kitchen but no matter how many times the others asked or even tried to take a sneak peek of what was cooking Percy and Sally kept their cool and kept everything a secret until it was dinner time and they served everything they made ranging from candied yams stuffing and other types of vegetables, several types of meat and other sweet and savory dishes.

Mommy Percy thank you for the delicious dinner but I’m full may I please go from table and Percy can you now please play with me you promised we would play after opening presents but then It was dinnertime and after dinner you and jay-jay will be gone again.

After finally being done with dinner, Percy asked Jay Paul would you mind doing the dishes so I can play with Estelle as I promised, and Mom can take a moment to rest.
"Sure, no problem. It’s the least we can do as thanks for the amazing meal you both have made. Paul and Jason said at the same time."
"Thanks, you both. Okay stella I’m ready to play what do you want to do but I’ll warn you Estelle I’m not going outside right now and no horsey my body can’t take that right now."
"But I want to look at all the pretty lights, Percy. Can we please, pretty please with a cherry on top, go outside?" Estelle asked trying to her best to get percy to change his mind.
"No stella and if you’re going to throw a tantrum about that you want to go outside, means no playtime and no movie because then it’s bedtime for little girls who won’t listen to their big brothers." Percy siad with a stern tone and look."
"No, Percy, I’m not tired yet. Can we maybe do a bit of karaoke and play with my stuffies and dolls?" estelle asked.
"But of course stella let me grab the karaoke set and we can start in the meantime why don’t you choose which stuffies and dolls you want to play with. Percy says, while giving Estelle a quick hug. But Percy, I want to play with the dolls and stuffies I got from Santa."
"That’s good then why don’t you put those in your room stella then I’ll also go there with the karaoke machine."
"Did you say karaoke dear? The machine should be in the closet with all the other games. It has been way too long since that thing has seen the light. So, Estelle, would you mind if I join you and Percy with karaoke? and that we do it ehre in the living room because I loved doing kaoroke when i was your age stella. I still regret that we couldn’t do fun things like kaorokae or other games when you where a child Percy but enough of remembering bad times it's christmas and let’s use this opportunity to make fun memories with the entire family Paul Jason those dishes can also later come join us for karaoke."
What followed were hilarious moments they all would cherish forever. For once Percy could feel like a normal 20 something year old having fu with his boyfriend family while singing the lungs out of life to songs like underneath the tree and Jason making an absolute fool of himself while singing all I want for Christmas by pointing towards Percy making eye contact but also showing again why he has absolutely no feeling for rhythm at all. But after a heart melting performance of Estelle singing, twinkle little star. Percy noticed Estelle had yawned, and that she had trouble to hold her eyes open.
"Hey stella why don’t we get you in jammies and brush your teeth so that you’re ready for the movie?" Percy said while he picked up Estelle not even waiting for her to answer.
They end up watching polar express but In the first couple of minutes Estelle already falls asleep on Percy’s lap and not much later both Percy and Jason also fall into a peaceful deep into Morpheus realm and both are death to the world until it’s time for them to wake up.
