For people like Hotch Morgan and Reid they stopped aging when all three first met so they wouldn't be too old for their soulmate and they will only start aging again when their soulmate turns a year younger than their youngest soulmate
For Grace once she reaches 26 the others will start aging if they choose too or she can freeze at 26 and live a long life. Each soulmate has a mark on part of their body that burns when your soulmate is near and glows when you found them
