Work Text:
Chuuya was sprawled across an old couch, which he'd gotten at a garage sale for $50, when he heard a very, very faint knocking at the door. Chuuya, annoyed, got up and opened the door. An almost unbearably cold gush of air flowed in.
But there, at the door, was the one he both hated and loved the most. Drenched in the rain, shivering, and holding their jacket above their head.
Dazai.
"What the hell do you want Mackerel," Chuuya glared at him. "It's fucking 2am. What could possibly be so important?" Chuuya stood impatiently, waiting for an answer.
"My shipping container flooded," Dazai stated, monotone. "Could I please stay with you until the rains over?"
"Why can't you just ask Oda?"
"Odasaku's busy."
"Fine."
Dazai looked like a stray cat standing there in the rain. Sad, alone.
Dazai quickly slipped in past him before Chuuya could actually let him in.
"Rude." With that, Chuuya went back to doing what he had been doing prior to opening the door.

6 hours later, Chuuya woke up to hear a rustling noise. He looked around until he finally saw him. Dazai was going through his cupboard, looking for nothing in particular.
"What the fuck?" Chuuya muttered, groggily. "Oh! You're awake!" Dazai said, way too enthusiastically for how early it was. "Could you please make breakfast? It's still raining by the way."
Chuuya glanced outside. It was, in fact, still raining.
Chuuya sighed. "Fine."
