Noddy is not public domain, but Harmsen van der Beek's illustrations are. They're delightful.

Traditional drawing with coloured pencils. Noddy sits on a block, waiting for his post, as Mr. Milko arrives with it.

Notes:

It's been ages since I've seen or read anything Noddy, and I couldn't recall a postman. So, Mr. Milko works two jobs now (poor dude).
