Aoi awoke to the sound of footsteps walking away from the door of her bedroom, her eyes opened almost immediately, she was a very light sleeper and would wake up to the smallest of sounds. The sunlight hit her eyes, as she realized the time.
"Ah- I slept for too long..!" She got up in a hurry, and changed her clothes, she brushed her hair into small pigtails, attaching her blue butterfly clips on her hair. She opened the door to her room, walking out before tripping and almost falling onto the ground, she managed to stable herself by holding onto the side of the wall.
"Ow.. What did I trip on?" She looked down, spotting a few acorns at her feet. *Inosuke..* I'm going to kill him! She walked to the kitchen, and put on her white apron, she picked out fresh ingredients and started making breakfast.
"Hm.. That's weird, Inosuke would be running into the kitchen for the smell of food by now.." Aoi questioned. Well, it doesn't matter, at least she had less things, and people, to deal with.
She started cutting a few carrots to add to the food, when suddenly.. "I don't like carrots!" A voice yelled out. She looked around to see where it was coming from, before looking towards the ceiling.. and spotting a wild Inosuke upside down on the ceiling, watching her cook.
"Eek-!" She yelled out in shock, before an angry expression appearing on her face. "Inosuke! What are you doing up there?! Get down, right now!" She scolded him, as he let out a annoyed huff before jumping down on the ground, landing on both feet.
"Mind explaining why you were on the ceiling?!" Aoi asked, she was pissed at him an extra amount for making her trip on acorns, too. "I wanted to be the first to eat, so I was there the whole night!" He exclaimed, feeling proud of himself.
Aoi looked done with him. "Are you serious?! You stayed up there.. the whole night!?" She scolded him, it wasnt the first time this happened. "Yes!! Haha! You must be amazed by my ability to sleep like that!"
"What I'm amazed of, is by how stupid you are.." She groaned in annoyance, she really didnt want to deal with him today. "Inosuke." He looked at her, a bit annoyed. "What?" He asked, impatiently.
"Where you the one who left acorns outside my room?" She asked in a stern voice. Inosuke jumped at the question. How did she know..?! "Pff.. What? I would never!" He replied in embarrassment. Luckily, he was wearing his boar mask, or else she would see that he was blushing.
"Uh huh.." She said, clearly not believing him. "What's that smell?" Inosuke said, sniffing the air. "Smell? Oh shi-" She forgot about the breakfast!

"Oh no.. its all burnt! It's all your fault, you distracted me..!" Aoi yelled out in frustration, "What?! How is it my fault!?" He yelled back, noticing her sad expression, he decided not to say anything else.
"Ugh.. All these ingredients wasted.." She said as she was throwing away the burnt food. She looked back, hearing the sound of a knife cutting something. "Huh?" Inosuke was trying to cut some carrots, failing miserably as all the carrots flew all over the place.
"Hey-! You're cutting it all wrong! What are you doing-?!" She quickly tried to grab the knife out of his hand, but he was faster, turning away, so she couldn't take it. "I'm trying to help.." He grumbled out in embarrassment.
"What..?" She was surprised, not expecting him to do that. Her annoyance, quickly turned into a small smile. "Thanks for trying." She said, a bit grateful at his attempt. "It's not like I'm doing this for you-" He was cut off by Aoi's voice. "But your doing it all wrong!" She walked closer to him, holding his hand along with the knife and placing it on the chopping board.
"This is how you do it." She gently cut the carrots, placing his hands on top of the knife, the carrots came out perfectly. "Wh- What are you doing?! Do you want to fight?!" He pulled away from her, taking a few steps back, getting flustered at the touch.
"What? I'm just teaching you how to cut carrots, you idiot!" She replied in annoyance. "Sh- Shut up! You shrimp!" he yelled out in embarrassment.
"Huh?! Who do you think you're calling a shrimp!?" She placed her hands on her hips and scolded him. "You can't say those things to girls!" She said, her annoyance growing more. "Whatever.." He groaned, crossing his arms over his chest.

Aoi eventually made breakfast for everyone, but gave Inosuke the smallest portion for making her angry.
