Gathered documents pertaining to the Foxy pirates.
The following compilation has been sanitized to level 4 clearance. Level seven clearance required to view full report.
Report from: Loguetown Regional Marine Outpost
Subject: Foxy Pirates
Foxy pirates seen in Loguetown on [date redacted] STOP. Captain identified as Dan "The Fox" Wilds STOP. Crew contains multiple devil fruit users STOP. Crew contains at least one fishman member STOP. Foxhole crew identified as cause of minor disturbance on [date redacted] STOP. Local witnes reported that they - "were talking about meeting with a doctor" STOP. Surveillance reports a new person on the ship when leaving for reverse mountain STOP. Identified as "Kevin" last name unknown STOP. Complete report to follow STOP.

[redacted] and [redacted] are seen in a back corner of the kitchens. [redacted] leans in sliding a hand up her partner's chest and kissing him thoroughly. [redacted] grabs her ass, spinning them around so she is pressed against the wall.
A member of the serving staff turns the corner and sees them. Dropping a tray they stammer as they pick it up and make their exit.

"Blackbeard's crew is still here and still growing. They've got the coin so no one wants to show them the door, but I swear they pick a fight with every other crew that make landfall. First the Fox then that Straw Hat kid. At least the Fox had the sense to get out of here before anything big went down. I was afraid the straw hat crew were going to start an all out war. Report from Marine Internal Investigations Re: Sabaoni island auction [redacted]
Can confirm that [redacted] of the foxy pirates was captured and offered with a starting bid of [redacted] on the date of [redacted]. Two Celestial dragons [redacted] and [redacted] were present at the auction along with their staff. At approximately [redacted] the auction house was attacked. Signs point to prior infiltration. It is currently still unknown if the Foxy pirates had someone on the inside.
Navy officers on site acted quickly to protect the Celestial Dragons. The ensuing combat allowed a small percentage of the inventory to escape. The owner of the auction is asking for reparations. [see form: 1135B - YSW] I suggest payment be made from the bounty of [redacted] who was captured in the same fight.
Records indicate that [redacted] former member of the Foxy pirates, was sold to [redacted] who took possession prior to the attack. Please update any bounties accordingly.

Report from Marine ship Sturgeon stationed outside Sabaoni waters.
Encountered Foxy pirates leaving Sabaoni on [date redacted] STOP. Combat was entered when the Captain and crew of the Foxhole refused to stand down STOP. Fox crew employed typical tactics for their kind STOP. Battle ended when Fox crew member [redacted] employed a devil fruit power to escape STOP. Followup on Sabaoni confirmed work on coating their ship and commotion involving a fishman at auction STOP. Investigation is ongoing STOP.

Yeah another from that new wave. The Foxes. I encouraged them not to stay too long. But I'll say this - they were looking for a [redacted] Of course I wouldn't know anything about that. After battle report from captain [redacted] of the [redacted] date [redacted]
Engaged the Foxy pirates at [coordinates redacted]. The foxy pirates attempted to flee toward [redacted]. We encountered resistance in the form of the Straw Hat pirates and the Blackbeard pirates just off [redacted]. Battle was entered. After the first round of shots were fired the Foxy pirates seemed to make an alliance with the straw hat pirates. We attempted to shift our forces to pin the two crews between the navy forces and that of the Blackbeard Pirates.
It is worth noting that the pirate Portas D. Ace - formerly assumed dead - was witnessed assisting the Straw Hat crew. It is unknown at this time if this is an imposter or if some other factor was at play.
Captain Luffy of the Straw Hat pirates Faced Captain Blackbeard in nearly single combat, With Captain Dan of the Foxy pirates battling Admiral [redacted].
As a result of the battle the Straw Hat Pirates and The Foxxy pirates were able to break through Blackbeard's forces and retreat. Our forces collected and arrested the survivors of the Blackbeard crew.
Both the Foxy Pirates and the Straw Hat pirates were last seen headed [redacted] It is unknown if this alliance will persist or if these two will turn on each other as soon as it is convenient.
It is the opinion of this officer that both crews are dangerously close to [redacted] and that [remainder of document redacted]
