“Yes, what do you think?” Simon asked, kissing Wille’s neck softly.
Wille couldn't help but smile; when could he ever say no to Simon?
Simon pulled back slightly, his eyes locked on Wille’s, a playful yet expectant look on his face. "Sooo?" he prompted, waiting for a response.
Wille took a deep breath, his heart racing with excitement and a hint of nervousness. He could see the hope in Simon’s eyes, and it made him feel even more certain about his answer.
“Are you sure you want to?” Simon asked, his voice tinged with both anticipation and a bit of vulnerability. He needed to be sure they were on the same page.
“Yes, I do,” Wille replied. He reached out, taking Simon’s hand in his, squeezing it gently to reassure him. “I’m ready, Simon. I want this.”
Simon’s face broke into a wide smile, relief and happiness washing over him. He leaned in, capturing Wille’s lips in a deep, passionate kiss, pouring all of his emotions into it. When they finally pulled apart, their foreheads rested against each other, both of them breathing a little heavier, hearts beating in sync.
“Then let’s do this,” Simon whispered, his voice full of love and excitement.
Wille nodded, a matching smile spreading across his face.
A few months later, Simon and Wille moved into their new apartment, which was just 20 minutes away from the university campus. It was a two-bedroom apartment, with the main bedroom being spacious and the second bedroom nearly as large, intended to be their office. The apartment also featured a generous living area, two bathrooms with both bath and shower options, and a combined kitchen and dining area. The space was modern and upscale, located within a gated community that offered 24/7 security. The compromise was that they needed to stay in a gated community with 24/7 security, after all Wille was still a prince and his mother the Queen, had her concerns. This had worried Simon as he could not afford it and the dream for him and Wille to move out was not seeming possible. The idea of living in such an exclusive area was well out of his price range. Kristina offered to pay their rent for the year, and while Simon initially felt uncomfortable with the idea, he eventually relented.
‘You can use the year to save up,’ she had told them, her tone warm but insistent.
Simon had hesitated, but in the end, he couldn’t deny the relief it brought. ‘Thank you,’ he finally said, the gratitude clear in his voice. ‘We really appreciate it.’
She smiled, waving off his thanks. ‘It’s nothing, really. I just want you both to have a good start. Focus on your studies and your future together.’
“you can use the year to save up” she had told them.
Kristina had been unable to join them for the move, but she made sure they were well taken care of by hiring a team of movers to help Simon and Wille settle into their new apartment. She wanted to be there, but her busy schedule kept her away, so she did the next best thing, ensuring everything went smoothly from a distance. Linda, on the other hand, had arrived with her boyfriend, eager to help and share in the excitement of their new place. She also bought them a TV and coffee machine telling them “they were the essentials for a new home”. After the movers had finished and the last box was unpacked, Linda insisted on taking the boys out for dinner to celebrate their new home. They shared a meal at a charming little restaurant not far from the apartment.
Later that night, after Linda and her boyfriend had left, Simon and Wille had retreated to their bedroom. The room was dimly lit, the soft glow of the city outside filtering through the curtains. The people that Kristina had hired had also set up their bedroom. The things money can buy Simon thought.
“We have a home” Simon said snuggling Wille as he layed on the sofa.
Wille pulled him closed, nuzzling his nose “yes we do”.
Simon tilted his head slightly, looking into Wille’s eyes. There was a depth of emotion there, something he couldn’t quite put into words. “This… this feels so right,” Simon whispered, his fingers gently tracing patterns on Wille’s back. “Like everything we’ve been through was leading us here.”
Wille’s heart swelled at Simon’s words, and he pressed a soft kiss to Simon’s lips. “Me neither,” he whispered back, his hand moving to cradle Simon’s face.
He pulled Wille even closer, if that was possible, their bodies fitting together perfectly. “I couldn’t imagine doing this with anyone else,” Simon said, his voice barely above a whisper, as if the moment was too precious to disturb with loud words. Wille nodded, his hand resting on Simon’s chest, feeling the rise and fall of his breath. “It was,” Wille agreed. “And now, we get to build something together, just us.”
Wille’s heart swelled at Simon’s words, and he pressed a soft kiss to Simon’s lips. “Me neither,” he whispered back, his hand moving to cradle Simon’s face.
