Chihara is born with Extreme Luck. Which is why he managed to survive for this long. Chi also uses his luck to Gamble his possession because he knows he'll win either way.
Nowadays, Chi like to spend his time at a casino instead of at the bar like a certain coworker of his
So when he hears about the Sky Casino,he needs to go there.So after his shift ends he immediately goes there.
Chi knows what he's expecting when going there. The casino is a gray area so his surprisingly famous last name did not get any attention unlike the other casino he's been to.the only attention he's got because of his wins and/or his excessive outfit.
A few hours goes by and Chi quite enjoys the night. Chi was playing on a slot machine when the casino worker approached him. Just staring at him in the meantime.

Sigma chuckle, pointing his hand at the his hand to a few Cars and pile of chips,“Mind playing a few games with me, since you win Quite A Lot today”
