“Apparently it was the new kids… from what I heard,”
BigB mentioned in reference to the art as it was quite proudly displayed. The graffiti had three hearts grouped together with a team name on a ribbon above. BigB and I deduced that there are three members. The name is the first clue to there being more than one member. The name “Bad Boys” being plural means that it's more than one person. The other clue that leads us to guess there are three members is the hearts. There are three hearts: there is a Green, a Yellow, and a Red heart. It brought a new three-man gang to our school.
“Let's go B. It’s just the first day anyways.”
“All right, where to next.”
Two weeks in and the new gang wasn't really making too much of a statement. Even though I’ve gotten a few looks in, I can't discern much. I’m under the impression that either they are planning something, or the graffiti was their first “big” thing. It's given them some attention, while making others not associate with them.
So what I do know is they act as if they have to be at school when they could very easily ditch like anyone else. Especially considering they always get out of their last class early. The “Bad Boys” or whatever they've called themselves have matching shades and jackets with three hearts embroidered on the back. That’s where the similarities end though. Once BigB gets here we can get an idea on who they are.
“So what is the rundown you’ve gotten on these Bad Boys?” I questioned BigB. We like to give a rundown of new people when they come to school. It makes it easier to figure out if we should stay clear of them or keep them as mutuals.
“So the three members' names are Joel, Jimmy, and “Grain.” Let me start with Joel. He’s either a punk or an emo, and from what I can tell he’s the green heart. I would say he looks the tallest, but part of the height is due to his boots. Next, we have Jimmy, and I think his name could also be Timmy. He’s probably the yellow heart. He’s taller than Grain and he might be taller than Joel, but again I can’t tell from the boots. He looks like a skater boy. The last and shortest member is someone who I think is called “Grain,” but I couldn't catch his name. He looks as if he's in an actual gang, and he’s the Red heart.” BigB stated in his rundown.
“Good job–”
“Hey! Look who it is!” The blue fish interrupts us, effectively cutting off our conversation. “The trash of Mountain Hall. You know, it would be better if you just go to The Makers Land!”
“BigB let's move,” I exhale as BigB and I start to move away.
“Aww do they not want to talk to us?”
“I guess not, their no fun today. We have better things to do anyway Martin.”
