Law did not recognize the room he was in- not that he'd ever visited the palace of Dressrosa.
He realized with no small amount of dread that he could not remember how he’d ended up in this situation. Where was Straw Hat? Where were the others? How had it come to this?
Chained up on a pompous throne, his captor before him with his manic little grin showing off a flash of white teeth.
Law shivered as the man turned around, giving him his back. The luscious pink feathers of his coat quivered in the air with every subtle up-and-down movement of Doflamingo's shoulders. Laugh while you still can.
“Finally come to, I see.”
Law could barely open his eyes. The midday light shining through the open windows tossed a blinding glow into the room which made everything inside of it look much darker by comparison.
Needless to say, the boy did not feel compelled to answer the rhetorical question; he tried instead to analyze his condition.
Legs bound. Arms chained. Seastone. Doflamingo towering over him in the empty room. Something dripping somewhere.
“So you're a Warlord too now, huh? You're not exactly subtle.” Doflamingo chuckled, playing with his fingers behind his back, and finally turned to face Law.
Has he known for that long? About his plans? His infiltration? Had it all been for nothing? Law bit his lip. He would not give his enemy the satisfaction of a discussion.
But Doflamingo is not one to get easily discouraged.
The nimble tapping of his soles on the floor mosaic was the only sound he made as he closed the distance between himself and Law. The younger man involuntarily flinched and instantly cursed himself for it under his breath. Doflamingo’s intimidatingly large hands were on the collar of his shirt, and with a merciless pull at the fabric and a lightning-quick spasm of his middle and pointer fingers, the garment was ripped right off Law’s upper body.
“What the fuck-“ Law mumbled before he could catch himself. Doflamingo heard it and smiled that filthy smile of his. He raised his right hand once again, but this time his touch was gentle, and direct. His fingers roamed Law’s skin as he traced the ink patterns.
”You sure got a lot of those, Law… So many hearts, how romantic.” He mocked him. As if he didn’t know exactly what they meant. As if Law weren’t sitting on the heart throne at that exact moment.
Doflamingo’s freezing fingers trailed his stomach and abs, tickling his skin. His heartbeat picked up. He felt faint. He was most sensitive at his obliques, and the man playfully squeezed his flesh there. Law raised his chin upward to avoid even looking at the other, weakly struggling in his confines.
“Is there anywhere you don't have them?” Doflamingo gave a disdainful tsk before voicing his thoughts. “Ugly blemishes on such a pretty thing… A pity.“ He stroked Law’s clavicles with hunger in his eyes, the other man instinctively recoiling in his seat. There was never any way of knowing what was going on inside of that maniac’s thick skull.
Doflamingo crouched down above him to look Law in the eyes. “I get it, don't worry,” he said, cupping his face with both hands. “ We're the same, you and I. I always knew.” Without another word, he lunged forward to claim Law’s lips. Struggling against seastone chains was no use. Doflamingo was in front of him, all around him, inside him.
A strangled grunt was all Law could manage as the older Warlord’s nose pressed into the apple of his cheek; he would not submit so easily.
He knew how it would end, but when Doflamingo forced his slippery tongue inside his mouth, he could not just bear it. With a stifled sob, he bit down as hard as he could, succeeding in making Doflamingo stumble back onto his feet. A violent slap echoed through the empty hall. The noise Doflamingo’s blood made as it poured from between his teeth and splattered to the ground blended with the dripping sound Law had been hearing since he’d come to his senses.
With a swing of his arm that was fast as it was violent, Doflamingo gritted his teeth and pulled a gun out of his coat. Charged. Aimed directly at Law’s heart.
Before Law could taunt the man, tell him how little his life would matter once justice finally caught up with him, the gun shot its bullet.
Perfect aim.
The entire throne capsized backward as Law’s vision swam, copious amounts of his own blood splurting across his face. The fall on his back felt like he’d been stabbed by the ground itself. And a second after touching the floor, the chair began to sink through the pavement. Law looked around, panicking, failing to understand how he was still alive after a burning bullet had perforated his heart, and why he seemed to be slowly drowning in a pool of his own blood. Where would he go? How could he prevent it with his limbs still tied? Was his mind hallucinating to cope with his imminent demise?
Once his whole body had been submerged, knowing his head would come next, Law spared one last look at the ceiling, inhaled, and closed his eyes and mouth as if for a dive. The feeling of drowning was overwhelming. More so for someone who’d been unable to swim since childhood.
Unexpectedly, he suddenly felt the pressure on his chest vanish. He tentatively opened his eyes. A similar ceiling.
But he was on a bed. Restrained. How had he survived? No matter. Not when Doflamingo suffocated him with his presence once again. His much larger body jumped up to straggle Law’s waist, a newfound smile on his outstretched lips.
Before Law could raise his head just enough to peek at his heart’s condition, Doflamingo’s left hand darted to push at his throat, the impact stealing his breath and holding him down. The right hand’s fingers twitched in the air. Those damn strings.
Law opened his mouth to speak, but the taste of iron spreading on his tongue stopped the words from coming out. A warm droplet fell on his nose. Another on his cheek. It trickled down into his eye. Red. Blood.
The bleeding object dangled into vision, tied up in Doflamingo’s strings, pendulum swings in front of Law’s face, but he couldn't make out its silhouette with more and more blood dripping onto his eyes.
When Doflamingo caught it, his hand was monstrously big around the tiny thing. Law's breath fanned. His heart skipped a beat. His heart.
Nothing could have prepared Law for what came afterwards. He expected the Warlord to squeeze his heart into oblivion, that he did; but instead-
“Shut up,” He spat out, a hand coming to Law’s mouth. He raised the heart close to his ear, attentively listening to the sound of blood thumping. As the organ twitched spasmodically, more blood leaked out of it.
That’s when Doflamingo started playing. He compressed the heart in sync with the rhythm of Law’s pulse, aiding its movement.
But soon, that became boring.
“What if I do this?” He asked, knowing there’d be no reply.
He picked up speed. Deft fingers constricted and freed his heart to an increasing beat. Law felt his blood pressure rise, then skyrocket. Faster, faster. He could hear his heartbeat in his ears, and not much else above it. His face, his throat, his whole body felt swollen, and he could do nothing to regain control over his contracting nerves. Soon enough, he felt short of breath. He coughed upon exhaling and couldn’t get enough air to go down his lungs without choking on it, his diaphragm struggling under the constraining weight of Doflamingo’s hips on him.
Oh, but Doflamingo was in a world of his own. Positively leering at the small organ. So small. But so powerful and so important. And so, incredibly soft that it would squiggle away at the slightest pressure, its slimy surface bulging between his fingers with each compression. His hand was drenched with Law’s blood, and so was his shirt. But he didn’t care. He could almost-
He was pulled out of his fantasies when one of Law’s convulsions nearly knocked him off the bed. A giggle, and he stopped his ministrations.
With the abrupt disruption of the torturous pace Doflamingo had set for him, Law felt like his heart had just stopped beating altogether. Instead of a long-coveted inhale, acidic bile filled his throat and spilled at the sides of his mouth with a dry heave. His supine position and the heavy body settled above him hindered his squirming as he tried not to suffocate on his own sick.
When he thought his punishment could not get worse, Doflamingo redirected his attention to Law’s heart, though not before throwing a filthy smirk his way.
Law broke.
Tears welled up in his eyes and cleared their path as they descended on his bloodied face. Every part of him shook violently as his flushed red skin slowly turned deathly pale, cold sweat breaking out of his pores. His purple lips trembled as they took in meek lungfuls of air, wordlessly begging Doflamingo to put an end to this.
“I'm gonna die- I’ll fucking die,” Law screamed with a voice that did not sound like his own when Doflamingo raised his heart to his mouth. He kissed it briefly, looking amused by Law’s desperation.
“You will if you don’t stop thrashing around.” That same, wicked smile. ”So settle down. Enjoy this.” He whispered the last part seductively, framing his words with a wink.
Law couldn’t get his tears to stop flowing. He was positive he could not endure another session like the previous. If Doflamingo started pumping his heart again, he would not be able to come back from it.
That’s when the King of Dressrosa gave Law’s heart a tentative lick. Followed by another, and many more.
While not as painful as practically having a faulty pacemaker simulating a stroke, this brought about that same feeling of just barely being able to breathe.
It felt wrong, having something poking at his heart the way Doflamingo’s tongue was. Lapping up the protruding veins, mapping out the confines between his ventricles, and savoring the drying blood that accumulated on its surface.
Law was no stranger to having his heart handled in unconventional ways. He's operated on himself, sometimes out of curiosity, on multiple occasions. But this had nothing to do with that. It was exhilarating, it itched, it burned, it felt like he was teetering over the edge of a heart attack with every slide of Doflamingo's wet tongue inside of him.
His breath kept catching in his throat, each slight gulp of air seemed like it might be the last, but every time, the pressure would build up again and the stimulation continued. It felt like he was back in the lake of his blood, trying to break the surface but being continuously shoved under, each time he thought he’d be able to inhale enough air to keep his eyes open and his brain running, he’d be cut off by another lick.
And Doflamingo laughed. Like he was tickling a kid, harmlessly teasing an older version of the child he once thought could grow up to be part of his family.
“You know, Law,” he stopped his endeavor to tease, “For someone who hates my guts, you literally are dying to fuck me,” he spat out, rolling his hips onto Law’s as he bit down on his heart, the man below him screaming a moan as the confines between pain and pleasure finally melted onto one another.
Law must have lost it. Of that he was sure. Why else would he be hard underneath the man he loathes the most, while said man was toying with his body, keeping him within an inch of his life, humiliating him?
Doflamingo’s lips were tinted with Law’s blood. “Didn’t I tell you we are one and the same? Look at you,” he started, unbuckling his belt. “You have that same hatred in your eyes.”
Looking up, Law could see that Doflamingo had gotten up on his knees, His now exposed crotch mere inches away from his face.
A string bullet ran through his heart before he could process it, and a fairly large hole appeared within it. This time, Law felt it. He spewed blood onto Doflamingo’s hard cock as the taller man positioned his heart right in front of it, his pierced tip poking the slowly pulsing tissue of his right ventricle.
As Law’s vision tunneled, Doflamingo pushed his length inside of the heart, spurts of blood leaking all around and staining the sheets. He pulled out slightly and his piercing got stuck in the tender internal tissue, tearing layers of it away and dragging them outside of the organ. Without much preoccupation, he just thrust back inside, a squelching mess of flesh and liquid decomposing like overripe fruit around the thick cock.
Law’s eyes slowly closed as his body rocked in time with Doflamingo’s motions, sounds and images slowly losing focus as they were overrun by white noise and black nothingness.

Law jumps up into a seating position, his eyes opening to reveal a darkness that encompasses him all the same. His chest is heaving frantically. Doflamingo’s not there anymore. He’s free.
He manifests a room and inspects his surroundings.
The Thousand Sunny. The spare room. The snoring coming from across the door. The heavy bedding from sailing off a cold island.
It was all, still, ahead.
Instinctively coming to touch his chest in relief, he feels a faint pulse.
Looking down, he notices his arousal.
With his head between his hands, he forces out a shaky breath.
