Summary
Ok, so. hear me out. This is a complete AU. This has nothing to do with the actual DC canon. This just came from the odd place I call a brain. But, I was thinking about how almost all of Batman's Villains have a PHD and I was thinking that maybe everyone in the DC universe that has a PHD becomes a Gotham rouge.
And then I was thinking that Barry Allen has a PHD, and he's not a Gotham Rouge.
So then I made a little AU, about how after the death of his mother Barry runs away from Central City and finds himself in Gotham. Where he then gets a job as a lab assistant to one Jonathan Crane; aka; The Scarecrow. He then becomes his side kick in the early days of Batman (before Robin). But because he was always able to run after Scarecrow got arrested, he had no record and was able t go to college. He then gets his degree in Forensic Science and gets a job. Then the accident happened; and he decided that he was going to be a person that gave kids another option; so there would never be another "Jack."
