Angelic streamer

Work Text:

The little apartment in Shibuya was tucked high above the street noise. The place had that comfortably lived-in feel—plush throw blankets, half-full mugs of forgotten cocoa, a gaming chair that cost more than their fridge, and of course, the purring whir of dual cooling fans from Gabriel’s tower PC, aglow in rainbow RGB.

Gabriel, now twenty-two, was deep in her element, sunk back into her custom-built streamer throne, oversized headphones crowning her hair, one leg hooked casually over the armrest. Her once-perpetually-slouched posture was now more alert—only slightly—since the donations started rolling in faster when she sat up and leaned forward during intense matches. She wasn’t stupid. A little shoulder, a little throat, and maybe just a sly quirk of her lips while she decimated some poor bastard in ********? That was business.

Her chat was a flood of emotes and "GAB GODDESS!!", and she occasionally tilted her head to read them aloud in a lazy deadpan. "No, chat, I'm not selling bathwater. You want me to send you my socks? You're freaks. Love you."

Behind her, the soft clatter of ceramic on wood signaled Vigne's arrival—Vignette April Tsukinose, once a straight-laced demon, now a public health advisor with the Tokyo municipal board, still maddeningly composed, still tragically competent, and still the only person Gabriel would let scold her for not drinking enough water.

"Snack time," Vigne announced, placing a tray down beside Gabriel’s mouse pad with practiced ease. No crumbs ever touched the peripherals—she knew the rules. Diced mangoes with chili powder, and a little dish of cooled edamame, sprinkled lightly with sea salt.

Gabriel sniffed suspiciously but tilted her head back obligingly, allowing Vigne to pop a mango cube into her mouth. Her expression softened instantly, lips curling around the tangy sweetness. "Mmm. Okay, okay, that slaps."

“You say that every time,” Vigne replied, brushing a strand of hair out of Gabriel’s eyes.

“Yeah, ‘cause it’s true every time.” Gabriel gave her a sideways glance, then smirked. “You wanna feed me another?”

The chat exploded. Vigne rolled her eyes but obliged again, fingers brushing against Gabriel’s cheek as she offered another morsel. The blonde caught it with a bit of a nip and a teasing flick of her tongue, eyes glittering. Vigne narrowed hers.

"Behave."

"I’m streaming. I am behaving."

"You're one more mango cube away from a TOS violation."

They both knew full well Gabriel’s channel had become infamous for toeing the line—innocent enough to stay up, flirty enough to attract both girls and guys with equally frenzied devotion. Her female fanbase had grown especially rabid the moment Vigne had appeared in a stream—just a shadow, just a voice—until she’d been dubbed “Mystery Snack Wife” by the masses.

And when Gabriel had dropped the girlfriend bomb on Twitter, weeks later?

It trended for 36 hours. Her follower count doubled.

Now, sometimes, if the light hit right, Vigne would lean in to check her girlfriend’s screen and all of chat would start barking. Literal barking. Gabriel didn’t encourage it. Much. She just leaned back and smirked with that smug “yeah, she’s mine” look.

Later, the stream wound down—Gabriel dropped the outro, signed off with a lazy peace sign, and tossed her headset onto the desk like she hadn’t just earned five figures in Super Chats. The room felt quieter in the aftermath, only the whirr of the PC and the city hum outside.

Vigne stood behind her now, sliding her arms down over Gabriel’s shoulders, fingertips gentle along the collarbone, thumbs brushing lightly along the edges of the sports bra strap. "You actually stayed hydrated today. I’m impressed."

“I’d drink more if it came with mangoes.”

"Would you also exercise if I promised a reward?"

Gabriel leaned back into her, voice low, teasing. “Depends on the reward.”

Vigne leaned down and whispered right into her ear, breath a warm tickle. “Get up. Shower. No dodging. Then meet me in the bedroom. You smell like gamer and sin.”

Gabriel blinked. “You mean sex?”

“I mean stretch first. Then sex.”

She practically bolted from the chair.

Vigne was already pulling the curtains closed when Gabriel returned, towel still clinging to damp blonde hair, body limber and flushed with heat from the shower. She wore only the same oversized tee she'd gone in with—black, emblazoned with a pixelated fallen angel. It hit just below her hips, bare thighs peeking with every step.

Vigne sat at the edge of their bed, untying her bun and shaking out soft black hair, her work shirt already unbuttoned to the ribs. She raised an eyebrow. "You remembered to shampoo twice this time?"

Gabriel sank to her knees before answering, sliding palms over Vigne’s calves. “I triple-washed just for you, babe. Now tell me what you want.”

“Stand up.”

Gabriel obeyed, moving like a cat through sunlight—careless, sultry. Vigne’s fingers found the hem of her shirt and lifted slowly. No bra. No panties. Just warm, flushed skin and the slight gleam of steam still clinging to her.

Vigne let her fingers trail along the dip of Gabriel’s waist, down to her hips, thumbs drawing slow, possessive circles. “You’ve been good today,” she murmured. “You deserve something sweet.”

“Make me moan.”

“Oh, you will.”

She kissed her then—full and slow, lips parting just enough to taste the mango still lingering on Gabriel’s tongue. Their bodies aligned naturally, years of rhythm turning movement into choreography. Gabriel’s fingers wound into Vigne’s hair, pulling her down with surprising strength as she stepped backward onto the bed, drawing her demon down on top of her.

The weight of Vigne’s body pinned her, just the way she liked it—controlled, precise, always intentional. Vigne moved like she solved problems: methodically, efficiently, devastatingly thorough. Her mouth descended to Gabriel’s throat, suckling just under the jaw until the blonde gasped, legs already parting of their own accord.

And Vigne didn’t rush. Her fingers traced Gabriel’s ribs, hips, thighs, skimming just past heat and hunger, teasing until Gabriel was squirming beneath her.

"Nnnh—Vigne…"

“Mmm?”

“Don’t tease. Come on, I need you…”

Vigne kissed a trail down her sternum, slow wet circles of her tongue around Gabriel’s nipples, coaxing soft gasps and little sighs, hips arching desperately upward. “Need me where?”

“You—fuck—here,” she whimpered, grabbing Vigne’s hand and guiding it down.

But Vigne didn’t give in all at once. Oh no. She played. She kissed the inner thighs first, one then the other, drawing shivers with her tongue before finally letting it slip up to part Gabriel’s folds. A slick, hot stroke over her clit sent Gabriel bucking.

“Ahh—nnnngh—Vigne—hahh—!”

Each moan peeled out of her in a higher pitch as Vigne licked again, slower now, then faster, precise, like she was tracing runes into her lover’s body. Two fingers slid in, curling just right, and Gabriel cried out, clutching the sheets, the muscles of her abdomen trembling.

Wet. Noisy. Desperate.

“Fuckfuckfuck—yesyesyes—Vigne—!”

And Vigne, smug and smugger, kept going until Gabriel arched into a shuddering climax, toes curling, thighs clamping tight around her demon’s head.

She came hard.

And Vigne didn’t stop. Not right away. She lapped slowly, deliberately, savoring the taste until Gabriel was breathless, boneless, and blinking up at the ceiling like she’d just been unplugged from the Matrix.

Eventually, the demon crawled up to lie beside her, slipping an arm under Gabriel’s neck, tugging her close.

Gabriel laughed, dazed. “You are criminally good at that.”

“I know.”

“I’m gonna tweet something gay about you. Fair warning.”

“You always do.”

Gabriel rolled to straddle her, hair messy, flushed and radiant, grin feral. “What can I say? I'm devoted.”

Vigne kissed her again, hand sliding down over her ass. “Show me how devoted.”

And the bed squeaked again.

The next day, the late-afternoon sun poured through the living room windows, hitting Gabriel in streaks of molten gold as she adjusted her webcam and checked her lighting. She still had the warmth of Vigne’s lips lingering on her skin—not metaphorically, literally—but she’d been sure she concealed the damage. Foundation, a turtleneck (which made her grumble like a hellbound cat), and a carefully chosen camera angle. It was flawless. Airtight. No one would suspect a thing.

She'd underestimated the tenacity of the internet.

Her stream was the usual controlled chaos. A four-hour deep-dive into a new rhythm game, complete with Gabriel’s signature deadpan commentary and barely repressed trash talk. Her view count hovered just above 80k live, chat an unreadable blur of CAPSLOCK praise and custom emotes—Gabe with sunglasses, Gabe sipping tea, Gabe with devil horns. Occasionally she'd catch a comment and read it aloud with a smirk.

"‘Gab, when’s the next collab with Vigne?’ When she stops bullying me into bed by ten p.m., maybe."

Her fingers danced across the keys, perfect S-rank performance unmarred by fatigue. The turtleneck itched. The lighting was hot. She could feel one stubborn drop of sweat sliding down her back. But she was in the zone, winning, thriving, completely unaware as a particular comment drifted by—"yo is that a bruise on her neck?"—but was lost in the flood. A drop of ink in the ocean.

After stream, she sprawled onto the couch with a victory mug of chilled barley tea, Vigne perched on the opposite cushion with her tablet, half-working, half-watching a dumb nature doc. Gabriel was still high off a perfect run and had that smugness only a dopamine-loaded gamer could exude—until she opened Twatter.

She had a thousand fresh mentions, then she saw a particular tweet about her that was going viral.

Image attached.

Cropped, zoomed. It showed a sliver of Gabriel’s neck, just under the turtleneck’s fold—right where she’d let it slouch a bit for airflow. There was a small violet bloom, barely bigger than a thumbprint.

The caption read:
"GABRIEL HICKEY ??? 😳😳😳 GF TOO FREAKY???"

It had 37k likes in under two hours.

Gabriel sat bolt upright, the blood draining from her face. “Oh fuck.”

Vigne turned to her, amused. “What?”

Gab turned the screen. “This. Look. LOOK at this shit. How the hell did they catch it?!”

Vigne tilted her head, smirking faintly. “That’s… honestly impressive.”

“It’s all over! They know we’re freaks now! I have a brand, Vigne. A whole brand. I drink tea and call people losers and get showered in emotes. They’re gonna draw fanart.

Vigne laughed quietly, setting her tablet down. “They already draw fanart, Gabu. You showed me that one where I was a seven-foot demon domme with horns and a collar.”

Gabriel groaned, burying her face in a throw pillow. “That one had like three thousand bookmarks. I don't know whether to be scared or honored.”

Vigne leaned over and gently pulled the pillow away, her smile softening. “So? They know you have a girlfriend who gets a little possessive. Let them think what they want.”

Gab’s brows rose. “So you’re not embarrassed?”

“Embarrassed? No. Proud, maybe. A little smug.”

Gabriel narrowed her eyes. “You bit me, woman.”

“You told me to. Three times.”

“And you left evidence!

Vigne leaned in, brushing her nose against Gabriel’s. “Guess I wanted them to know you’re taken.”

Gab let out a noise somewhere between a groan and a laugh, thumping her head against Vigne’s shoulder. “You’re evil.”

“I’m a demon. It’s in the job description.”

She ran her fingers through Gabriel’s hair, combing out the leftover static from the headset. “If it really bothers you, we can post something to redirect attention. A cooking video or another selfie with cats.”

Gabriel hesitated… then slowly grinned. “Or…”

“Or?”

“…I could tweet back. Stir the pot.”

Vigne raised a brow. “Like what?”

Gab was already typing, wicked joy in her eyes.

Hit post.

She tossed the phone aside like it was on fire. “Okay. Damage done.”

Vigne was chuckling softly. “And yet, somehow, you’ll still gain subscribers.”

Gab flopped back, draping herself across Vigne’s lap. “I’m a menace and you love me.”

“Mmm. Irrefutably.”

That night, under soft sheets and a bedroom lamp set to warm amber glow, Gabriel watched her mentions tick upward, fanart already starting to pour in. Vigne had been reimagined as a vampire in at least four pieces.

Gabriel sighed dramatically into her pillow. “They’re never gonna let it go.”

“Nope.”

“Next time I’m biting you.”

Vigne smiled lazily, running her nails up Gabriel’s thigh. “Go ahead. See how well I'll hide it.”

They both knew she wouldn’t even try.

The next day’s stream was doomed from the moment Gabriel clicked "Go Live."

She was barely five seconds in, hadn’t even unmuted her mic, and chat was already in full meltdown. Her intro screen—a looping animation of her lounging on a pixelated cloud with tiny hearts fluttering up—was completely drowned under a tsunami of messages:

“CONFIRMED FREAK LMAO”
“👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀👀”
“MARKED BY VIGNE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥”

Gabriel leaned into the mic slowly once she switched scenes, her face appearing on-screen in perfect clarity, bathed in cool tones of LED purple and blue from her desk setup. Her eyes were half-lidded, expression flat as ever—except for that little twitch at the corner of her mouth.

“Y’all need Jesus,” she deadpanned.

The chat exploded again.

“YOU DIDN’T DENY IT THOUGH???”
“😈😈😈😈😈”
“GOD’S FAVORITE STREAMER GOT DEMON-CLAIMED I’M CRYING

Gabriel exhaled, slow and theatrical, and turned to sip from her water bottle like she wasn’t being virtually undressed by fifty thousand people simultaneously. Her turtleneck was replaced today by an oversized hoodie—black, subtly embroidered with a cute demon tail curled around a heart. Limited merch drop, of course.

“Anyway,” she continued, loading up the game on-screen, “today’s goal is to focus on gameplay, not my neck, not my love life, not your weird fanfics where Vigne is eight feet tall with wings and fangs—don’t think I haven’t seen them. I’ve seen them. You’re all sick. Disgusting.”

Her mouth curved slightly.

The game began. As usual, Gabriel was perfectly in her element, fingers dancing across the keys like divine machinery, timing immaculate. She cursed like a sailor under her breath, teeth clenched as she racked up perfects, and her viewers were, as always, completely unworthy.

It was forty minutes in when Vigne made her surprise entrance.

No footsteps. Just the quiet click of the door opening behind her, and then a gentle shift of light as Vigne stepped into frame carrying a ceramic plate stacked with freshly sliced fruit—kiwi, mango, starfruit, and strawberries, arranged in a little gradient swirl. No one asked her to do that. She just did.

Gabriel didn't even hear her until the plate was slid onto the desk beside her mouse pad.

“Oh shi—” Gabriel jolted slightly and turned, visibly startled. Her mic picked up the tail end of a gasp. “Vigne! You scared the crap outta me—”

And then, without a word, Vigne leaned in and kissed her on the cheek.

It was soft. Brief. Perfectly casual.

Gabriel froze.

So did chat.

For a single glorious second, the feed was a frozen painting—Gabriel wide-eyed and red-eared, Vigne entirely calm, brushing a strand of blonde hair behind her girlfriend’s ear before walking out of frame like it was nothing. Just a snack drop-off. Just a casual smooch. No big deal.

The chat, predictably, went wild.

“SHE KISSED HER?????? SHE KISSED HER?????”
“DID WE JUST WITNESS HISTORY”
“THE DOMESTICITY I’M GONNA SCREAM”
“I’M SOBBING THEY’RE SO CUTE”
“THE FUCKING POWER MOVE TO WALK OFF LIKE THAT”

Gabriel sat there, hands still hovering over her keyboard, eyes a bit too wide for her usual unimpressed aura. A high, disbelieving laugh escaped her lips—more of a wheeze, really—and she shook her head, cheeks tinged pink.

“Y’all,” she muttered, trying—and failing—not to grin, “you are so down bad for my girlfriend. I should be worried.”

She glanced at the plate, picked up a starfruit slice, and nibbled it distractedly. “I mean… I get it. She's hot. Smart. Brings me snacks. Dominates me at chess and in bed. Like... peak girlfriend.”

Her face froze.

Too late.

She realized what she’d just said.

A second of total silence.

Chat erupted.

“DOMINATES YOU WHERE?????”
“CLIP THAT SHIT.”
“CAN’T TAKE IT BACK NOW”

Gabriel dropped her head onto her desk with a thump. “Why am I like this.”

She could practically hear Vigne’s faint giggle from the other room.

The stream carried on somehow—barely. Every time Gabriel spoke, chat kept spamming kiss emotes and hickey jokes. Her mod team gave up trying to stop it.

By the end, Gabriel didn’t even pretend to salvage dignity. She signed off with a wink and a shrug.

"Thanks for the hype, weirdos. I’m gonna go get more fruit and make out with my demon now. Peace."

Gabriel closed her laptop, laid back on the couch with an exaggerated groan, and stared at the ceiling. “I’ve lost control of my life.”

Vigne walked by, holding a bowl of chocolate-covered strawberries and looking far too smug. “Need another snack?”

Gab sighed. “You’re a menace.”

“You love it.”

Gab smirked. “Yeah. I really, really do.”
