Nico had been friends with Lewis since they were little. And he had been in love with him even when they were still both pups. That love only grew once he presented as an omega and Lewis presented as an alpha. Luckily Lewis started reciprocating those feelings.
Lewis was the first of the two men to present. As a young alpha (hormonal and a virgin) he started to notice all omega, intoxicated by their smells and looks. However once Nico presented, he suddenly stopped caring about any other omegas. All he wanted was Nico. Nico was just perfect. Lewis’ heart ached when he was around his friend. His mind was consumed by the thoughts of tangling his hands in Nico’s long, blonde beautiful hair whilst he kissed his delicate lips.
Lewis was stupid because he was too scared to ask the omega out, fearing Nico was too good for him and Nico was stupid because he missed the obvious clues that Lewis fancied him despite Lewis being the most unsubtle man to ever exist.
Luckily the pair had a friend that wasn't stupid. One day Fernando cornered both men in a room together.
“So when are you going to tell one another how much you are in love with them?” Fernando said. The two men looked at him with blank faces not knowing how to respond to the alpha. “I’m going to leave you two alone to talk, which you better do because I am sick of watching the two of you acting love sick and not doing anything about it.”
Talk about it they did, but it did nothing to make either of them any less love sick. After that day Nico and Lewis started courting and Nico had never been happier. He was with the man he had been in love with ever since he was a pup and they were a perfect couple.
Not long later, Nico went into heat and asked Lewis if he would be willing to help him through it and the alpha was more than willing to oblige. Nico had had many heats before this but always alone. Lewis being there made it ten times better. It was a magical moment when both of the men lost their virginity together. They were smart and Nico took some hormonal tablets to stop him getting pregnant. Really he liked the idea of Lewis filling him up with pups but he knew that they were too young and Nico would rather be mated first.
The first day of Nico’s heat (the day the couple first slept together) remained the best day of Nico’s life for the next two years until on their anniversary, Lewis and Nico mated. After they became mates their bond only grew. Lewis’ scent became so much stronger to Nico and the omega always felt happier and safer just being in the same room as his mate. And after a few months Nico’s heat started to coincide with Lewis’ rut.
Everything got better once Lewis was elected pack alpha. Everything seemed perfect. Nico and Lewis were inseparable and nothing could ever break them. Nico hoped to someday join Lewis as pack omega and eventually when both the men felt ready they could have pups before growing old together. Their lives could only get better and there was nothing that could go wrong.
