Iris Evans heard from Lily about how Sirius was planning on running away after hearing his mother talk about how she wanted one of her sons to join the dark lord Iris knew her younger brother could and would save himself but she didn't think Regulus would be able to save himself from his bitch of a mother so Iris went to gringotts she and Sirius had already talked it over and while she'll try to fight for both of her brothers custody they agreed that Regulus was more important to get out of their mother's control so right now she was at Gringotts to get proof that she was Orion Black's daughter
Entering Gringotts then going to the teller's and waiting until the teller had finished what they were doing after five minutes the teller finished what they were doing
"What can Gringotts do for you today" asked the goblin
"I would like to have an inheritance test please" Said Iris to the goblin
This lead to Iris sitting in a office in the Inheritance office dropping blood onto a piece of parchment that is spelled to reveal Iris' inheritance of blood and magic, her parents, relatives, date of birth, any titles she entitled to, magical abilities, enhanced human abilities (e.g any type of higher mental processing), any spells, compulsions, potions or blocks that negatively or positively impact Iris, and any contracts concern Iris
After waiting a few minutes for the test to be completed the test finished

After reading the content of the test and handing the test to the goblin
"Please owl my mother and maternal family and god-brother, please besides Tom Riddle Jnr obviously," asked Iris who got a nod in return and went to inform the higher-up goblins and write to the Evans and Riddle families
Within the hour all alive members of the Evans and Riddle families were in Gringotts all having been tested and well nearly all of them had revealed something they either didn't know or something was wrong Amarilis took headship of all of the eligible houses she was the lady of
Later after those who needed to be purged were purged and back in the special room which was most likely a conference room were Iris started to explain why she was there
"I had decided to take a inheritance to prove I'm Orion Black's daughter to fight for custody of my youngest brother Regulus and possible custody of my younger brother Sirius as Lily said that Sirius had heard his mother say that she was planning on having one of the boys join the dark lord and while Sirius could and most likely would run away to the Potter family Regulus had no where to go therefore would be pushed to join the dark lord so I'm going to get custody of him before that happened and I've had already spoken to Sirius and he agreed that Regulus was the one that would most likely be forced to join the dark lord and so he was the priority of the two brothers but I am aiming to get custody of both but we Sirius and I that is have agreed that getting Regulus out is more important than getting both out but with my heirships I'm most likely to get both now" after finishing her piece all of her family agreed with Iris' explanation and existed the bank to portal key to the Pendragon castle in the hidden Camelot to scheme on how to get custody of the Black brothers
After having multiple people study all the laws in magical Albion and her surrounding magical communities which also recognised themselves as apart of Albion even if the kingdom was hidden by everyone of the wixen and apparently because Iris' mother was technically Queen of Albion she could just transfer custody of Sirius Black and Regulus Black to Iris so being the dramatic person Amarilis Evans was and wanting to put the purebloods who hated Amarilis or were jealous of her for catching the attention of Heir Orion Black in their places which was below her and grandpa Ominis Gaunt wanting to take up his seats to discourage the purebloods from join the dark lord well the purebloods who hadn't already joined that is decided to do the whole thing during a wizengamot session
So during the July session of Wizengamot 1973, Amarilis Evans, Ominis Gaunt, and Iris herself walked into the room and waited for the session's seats claiming which was claimed after the chief warlock of Wizengamot's opening speech
"... Is there anyone who'd like to claim any seat's" said the chief warlock who was Dumbledore which prompted great grandpa Ominis to light his wand and walk into the arena
"I lord Ominis Gaunt of the ancient and most noble house of Gaunt here by claim the Gaunt seat so mote it be" said grandpa who was then bathed in golden light which meant that his claim was accepted and Dumbledore was gaping in shock of Ominis Gaunt being in the room along with all of the followers of the dark lord Voldemort and purebloods and well everyone and the Gaunt seat with the Gaunt crest in wizengamot cambers appeared from the where the dormant seats were and into the traditionalist party's side of the room where grandpa Ominis' father had the seat last
"I lord Ominis Gaunt of the ancient and most ambitious house of Slytherin here by claim the Slytherin seat so mote it be" said grandpa Ominis once again who was once again bathed in golden light signifying the claim once more and everyone in the room was once again in shock as the Gaunt and Slytherin seats combined into one seat showing both the Gaunt and Slytherin crests in on the traditionalist party's side of the room where the last Slytherin head had placed the seat which was great grandpa's great great grandmother
"I lord Ominis Gaunt of houses Gaunt and Slytherin move the Gaunt and Slytherin seats to the centralist party side of the room so mote it be" Then he walked up to the combined seat of Gaunt and Slytherin that had magically moved to the centralist party's side of the room and sat down
Then Iris' mother walked into the arena and stood holding her wand ignoring the confused people in the cambers "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most knowledgeable house of Ravenclaw here by claim the Ravenclaw seat so mote it be" her mother was then bathed in golden light and the seat of Ravenclaw with the crest appeared on the centralist party's side of the room from where the dormant seats were this shocked everyone who knew her mother or had ever looked down on the so-called muggle born who was head of the Ravenclaw family
Her mother held up her wand once more "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most courageous house of Gryffindor here by claim the Gryffindor seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light to the shock of many once more and the seat of Gryffindor with the house crest appeared on the progressive party's side of the room from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most noble house Ambrosius here by claim the Ambrosius seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light to the surprise of everyone else besides grandpa Ominis and the seat of Ambrosius appeared on the progressive party's side of the room then combined with the Gryffindor seat and showed the crests of Gryffindor and Ambrosius from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most noble house Sayre here by claim the Sayre seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light to the disbelief of everyone besides the family and the seat of Sayre appeared on the centralist party's side of the room then combined with the Ravenclaw seat and showed the crests of Ravenclaw and Sayre from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most loyal house Hufflepuff here by claim the Hufflepuff seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light bewilderment of everyone and the seat of Hufflepuff appeared on the centralist party's side of the room then combined with the Ravenclaw and Sayre seat and added the Hufflepuff crest from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most powerful house Emrys here by claim the Emrys seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light perplexity of those in the camber and the seat of Emrys appeared on the progressive party's side of the room and added to the Gryffindor and Ambrosius seat and showed the Gryffindor, Ambrosius, Emrys crests from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I Lady Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most regal house Lefay here by claim the Lefay seat so mote it be" Once again bathed in golden light bafflement of everyone and the seat of Lefay appeared on the traditionalist party's side of the room with the crest of house Lefay from where the dormant seats were
Her mother held up her wand once more "I Queen Amarilis Evans of the ancient and most royal house Pendragon here by claim the Pendragon seat so mote it be" once again bathed in golden light horror of those who had bullied her mother in school or outside of school and confusion of those who were friends with her mother and the throne of Pendragon appeared on the centralist party's side of the room behind all of the other active seats and the highest platform from where the dormant seats were and combined with houses Ravenclaw, Sayre and Hufflepuff seat and added the crests of the three houses
"I move all the seats of Ambrosius, Emrys Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Lefay, Pendragon, Ravenclaw and Sayre to the centralist party's side of the room so mote it be" which made Gryffindor, Ambrosius and Emrys' combined seat move to the centralist party's side of the room then combined with the Pendragon, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Sayre throne and add the crests of Gryffindor, Ambrosius and Emrys then Lefay's seat moved to the centralist party's side of the room and combined with the Pendragon, Ravenclaw, Ambrosius, Emrys, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Sayre throne and add the Lefay crest
Then Iris' mother Amarilis walked up the centralist party's side of the room and kissed grandpa Ominis on the cheek "Don't forget you have tea with Harrison, the kids, and me after this grandpa O" Said her mother quietly before going to her throne but due to the chambers being extremely quiet everyone heard
"Yes I know little flower," said the Gaunt-Slytherin lord to the Queen of Albion
Iris then moved into the centre of the room "I the l'héritier de l'héritier claim proxy of the Flamel lignée with full promission of the seigneur of the lignée here by claim the Flamel seat, so mote it be" a white light appeared and bathed Iris in the light signifying that Iris had proxy of the seat and then the Flamel seat appearing on the centralist party's side of the room from where the dormant seats were with the Flamel crest right next to grandpa Ominis' seat
"I Héritière of the Evans lignée with full promission of the dame of the Evans lignée claim the Evans seat so mote it be" as Iris said this she was bathed in a white light as the Evans seat appeared in the centralist party's side of the room from where the dormant seats were and combined with the Flamel seat and showed both the Flamel and Evans crest and went to sit down in the seat next to grandpa Ominis
After the shock of the claimants died down the person who kept track of which party had the most vote's spoke "due to the claiming of houses Ambrosius, Emrys, Evans, Flamel, Gaunt, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Lefay, Pendragon, Ravenclaw, Sayre, Slytherin the centralist party has the most votes and seats active therefore Dumbledore is no longer chief warlock anymore" as this was spoken a magical screen showed the amount of active seats from before the claiming and the amount of seats for each political party and the new amount of active seats and the amount of seats for each political party

This didn't count the number of votes for each party because the person was still calculating the votes for each party and had mentioned that the centralist were differently in the lead with the twelve new seats that were most ancient and most noble and higher the new chief warlock among the centralist was Lord Ogden as Amarilis, Iris and Ominis made it clear they were not going to become chief warlock even if they had the most votes having more than one seat
Over in the traditionalist party, many lords were either bemoaning the so-called Heir of Slytherin dark lord wannabe or not convincing their Heir or themselves to date the formerly presumed muggle-born who was the grandchild of Ominis Gaunt one of the key players in the last goblin rebellion and was lady of her own houses and the Queen of Albion

Arcturus Black was in a state of shock from seeing not only Ominis Gaunt but Amarilis Evans who he knew used to date his son Orion and then he saw his granddaughter Iris named after the dwarf planet Eris and the Evans tradition of naming girls after flowers's
Arcturus still laughed at the knowledge that Amarilis Evans somehow convinced Orion that a moon of Saturn was called Iris Arcturus never said anything about it because he thought it was funny plus Amarilis didn't even need to name Iris anything close to a Moon, Planet, Galaxy Star or Constellation

"Shall we move on to items on the agenda for the meeting?" asked the new chief warlock what followed was four hours of either fighting or voting with the occasional presenting of bills until finally the magic question said by Ogden was asked "Is there any more business to discuss today"
A single wand lit up belonging to Iris Evans proxy of the Flamel and Evans seats as the woman stood up and walked to the arena after Ogden gave her a nod
"I Heiress Iris Evans of houses Ambrosius Emrys Evans Flamel Gaunt Gryffindor Hufflepuff Lefay Pendragon Ravenclaw Sayre Slytherin and crown Princess of Albion of with premission and backing of the Queen of Albion Amarilis Evans formally ask for custody of my younger Paternal half brothers Sirius Orion Black and Regulus Arcturus Black on grounds of their mother one Walburga Black née Black being mentally unstable and unfit as a mother and their father knowing this yet still allowing Walburga Black née Black to be around the two minors is unfit to be as a father and as their closest magical relative that is not nearby or contact with Orion Black and Walburga Black née Black wish to claim guardianship of my brothers so mote it be" said the woman shocking nearly every one on the wizengamot except Amarilis Evans and Ominis Gaunt
What farther shocked the wizengamot members and others in the room was Iris being bathed in golden light a sign of acceptance from magic which meant that Iris had told the truth and had been accepted guardianship from magic automatically and magically becoming the guardian of Sirius Black and Regulus Black to the shock of all but Amarilis Evans, Ominis Gaunt and Iris herself.
