Chapter Text

Pokemon are a large number of animal-like creatures. Together, the wild Pokemon worked alongside each other and built communities, unbeknownst to Humans. There were also captured Pokemon who stood with Humans, befriending one another. Both sides of Pokemon played, fought and had the ability to change.

By a thing called, "Evolution".

But what if, the wild Pokemon met a special Pokemon from the Human world?

What if a Human should turn into a Pokemon?

Surely, the Pokemon world should turn upside down.

One day, a lone male Pokemon was sleeping in the woods. He was dreaming.

But he actually wasn't a Pokemon.

He was a Human.

All his friends and family were together in a roomy apartment building in the kitchen.

"It's the big 2-0!" said their father.

"We're so glad!" said their mother.

He attempted to extinguish the candles.

But they didn't cease to burn.

His parents grinned.

"They're static candles!" said his father.

"They're electric!" said his mother. "Turn them off on the other side."

He followed suit.

The flames finally stopped.

Everybody cheered in glee!

He was 20 years of age!

Then everything went black.

The male Human, now a male Pokemon, awakened. He looked right and left. Then, from the bushes, somebody approached him.

It was another Pokemon!

A female Eevee!

She was in a red shirt, red pants, and a red neckerchief, brown fur, a gray chin with more fur, big ears and brown eyes. She also had a tail and her neckerchief that was difficult to see and gray fur was in front.

"Are you okay?" asked the Eevee. "I was on a stroll when I head you."

The first Pokemon went closer.

"I'm okay," he said. "Who are you? And why are you an Eevee? Nice costume!"

The Eevee beamed. "I'm Sparky! And I AM an Eevee, honest!"

"Nice to meet you, Sparky, anyhow!" said the other Pokemon. "And I'm SURE I'm okay."

"Nice to see another Electric Pokemon!" said Sparky.

"'Electric Pokemon'?" the other asked.

"Yes!" said Sparky. "Wanna see?"

Sparky pointed at a pool of water. The other went to it and looked.

For some reason, he had a red shirt, red pants and a red necklerchief. yellow fur, a tail like a brown and yellow lightning bolt, dark eyes, black ear tips and rosy red cheeks.

This was the reflection of a Pikachu!

"I'm a Pikachu?!" asked who realized he was definitely a Pikachu.

"You must have Evolved from a Pichu recently, huh?" asked the Eevee.

The Pikachu blurted in out, "Um. Yeah. Sure."

"I always wanted to be an Electric Type!" said Sparky with a frown. "But that's probably not happening anytime soon."

"Why?" asked the Pikachu.

Sparky was stunned! "Never heard?"

"Heard?" the Pikachu asked, once more.

"But you must've!" Sparky said. "You Evolved!"

"Huh?" asked the Pikachu.

Sparky blinked. "I have no desire to repeat myself. Never mind."

Then, interrupting their conversation, another Pokemon raced past.

It was flying.

It was a male Scizor. He was in green pants and a green shirt. He was in a red exoskeleton and pointy pinchers. He also had retractable wings, three horns on his head and yellow eyes.

"Are the two of you part of a Rescue Team?!" he asked in distress.

"No," said Sparky.

"What's a Rescue Team?" asked the Pikachu.

Both other Pokemon stared at each other.

"No, we aren't," said Sparky.

"But you both have neckerchiefs!" said the Scizor. "Well, at least one of you has one? I only see your Pikachu friend's."

"You'll have to excuse-What's your name?" Sparky said to the Scizor and asked the Pikachu.

"Uh-" but the Pikachu failed to answer in time.

A female Scizor buzzed by.

She was in the same exact clothes and features as the male Scizor.

She was carrying a Pecha Berry. It was a Berry that looked like a pink Strawberry.

"After her!" said the male Scizor.

"Why?" asked Sparky.

"That other Scizor is the other nanny hired to babysit one of four Bug Pokemon. But she and them ran away! I think they were trying to get each other to Evolve." said the Scizor.

"That explains the Berry. Evolution causes hunger. But EVOLUTION?!" Sparky said in surprise.

"I'm Zor, by the way." said the Scizor. "And the other Scizor is named, 'Sciz'! And

Butterfree is 'Butter', the Beedrill is 'Bee', the Silcoon is 'Beauty,'' and the Cascoon is 'Dusk'!""

"Still. Evolution? How?" Sparky asked herself.

"There's no time!" said Zor. "Follow her!"

Sparky was about to leave when Pikachu held her.

"We should follow quietly so he won't notice," the Pikachu said.

They saw Zor only standing there.

"I think I'll leave it alone," he said.

"Coward!" said Sparky.

"But they probably went into a Dungeon!" said Zor.

Sparky pondered. "That's sensible. The way things are now, it's the ONLY way to Evolve."

"A Dungeon?!" asked the Pikachu.

"Yes," said Sparky. "They're where Pokemon go to fight for fun or business, find berries, Evolution Crystals, etc."

"'Evolution Crystals'?" asked the Pikachu.

"Evolution Crystals!" Sparky said.

The Pikachu also thought, to himself, this time. "Does Sparky want to Evolve? To be an Electric Pokemon?"

He was lost in his thoughts until Sparky nudged him. Sparky scened the Pikachu's uneasiness.

"I've been in Dungeons before!" She said. "They're fun! Now! Ready?"

The Pikachu grinned. "Ready!"

Then they left to find the young Pokemon.

And find out more about Evolution.

The Pikachu and Sparky followed the female Scizor.

Then Sparky realized something.

"It IS a dungeon!" she said. "It's Tiny Woods!"

"Is this where Pokemon find Evolution Crystals?" The Pikachu asked.

"I don't think so," said Sparky. "But we have to find out."

They went inside the Dungeon. Each of the walls of the Dungeon were filled with Pokemon, Berries and Stairs. They went to the nearest steps right away.

It wasn't long when they found four Bug Pokemon: A female Silcoon and a male Cascoon, which were wrapped up in webbing and a female Butterfree and a male Beedrill. The Butterfree and Beedrill were 18. The Silcoon and Cascoon were children.

But the Butterfree and Beedrill were fully Evolved.

"Are you here to stop us from fighting?" asked the Butterfree, Butter.

She was in black and white shirt and pants covering her purple body, black and white wings, blue hands nose and feet, feelers and red eyes.

"We don't need you to!" said the Beedrill, Bee.

He was in yellow and black shirt and pants and black and yellow body underneath, black arms and legs, feelers, a stinger, needles and weyesings.

"Um," the Silcoon, Beauty, stammered. "We can't find any Crystals. So, we have to fight."

She was in a blue covering, white webbing, and a red eye.

"We have Moves leftover from out time as Wurmples," said the Cascoon, Dust.

He was in a red covering, purple webbing and a red eye.

"But you aren't able!" said Sparky. "It's new news but Evolution by fighting is no longer is able!"

"You only want us to behave!" said the Beedrill. "But no Pokemon actually gets hurt from battling, anyhow!"

"Everybody knows that!" said Sparky. "But what's different is Dohyō Battles."

"Huh?" asked the Pikachu.

"Dohyō Battling is when two or more Pokemon fight in and a circle called the 'Dohyō'," said Sparky. "Each attempts to kick them out of the circle. The winners fail to gain Experience Levels, but they do gain Shadow Experience with Shadow Levels. They create Moves, even without Evolution."

"They sounds like Sumo Wrestling!" said the Pikachu. "That's something I know!"

Sparky was surprised! "Wow! And I thought you were kind of uninformed of everything!"

All four Bugs thought.

"Well, Moves are good enough," said the Butterfree. "All of us agree?"

"Yeah!" said the other three.

"Hold on!" said Sparky. "Where is your other babysitter? The female Scizor?"

"She's still out gathering Berries," said the Butterfree. "She must've Evolved from a

Scyther a long time ago. She probably doesn't know of what you said. No Evolution by fighting and all. How did you know she was our babysitter?"

"Your male babysitter told us," said the Pikachu. "He said you went to Evolve without his permission."

"But our parents wanted us!" said the Cascoon. "They told Sciz!"

"Sciz left a note!" said the Silcoon. "Zor was working too hard! Our parents let him have the day off."

The Pikachu and Sparky exchanged glances.

"Whoops!" said the Pikachu. "He must've not read it."

Then, all at once, Sciz appeared from another floor.

"Are you about to fight the kids I'm babysitting?" she asked.

"Nope!" said Sparky. "We've been sent to FIND you all!"

Then, a Wurmple, a Sunkern and a Pidgey rounded the corner. They were male, except for the Pidgey, who was female.

The Wurmple was in a white shirt and pants, ten legs, a white and red body, three yellow horns and one yellow eye.

The Sunkern was in a white pocket, which covered him up almost completely, a yellow body with three brown stripes, and two leaves at his head.

And the Pidgey was in yellow and black shirt and pants, yellow and white body, a tail, a beak, talons and black eyes.

"WE'RE hear to fight you!" said the Pidgey.

A circle appeared around them.

All of them.

The Wurmple, a Bug Type, shot String Shot at the Butter and Bee, which is sticky webs.

Then Sciz intercepted and threw a Wing Attack at him, which are waves from her wings.

It was Super Effective, which meant that it worked rather well!

The Wurmple was knocked out of the ring!

The four other Bugs attacked the Grass Pokemon, Sunkern, with Beauty and Dusk throwing their own String Shots. Butter went with Psybeam, which is a Psychic beam and Bee hit the target with Fury Attack, which he hit with his needles five times.

More Super Effective attacks!

The Sunkern was also sent flying from the circle!

Finally, the Pidgey tried to attack the Pikachu with Quick Attack, which is a rather fast attack.

Sparky went between them both.

Then Sparky, not the Pidgey, was flung from the ring.

But before that, Sparky, in turn, placed a Move on the Pidgey.

The Move was Swift, or a star-based attack.

Then the Pidgey lost, at the same time.

Each of the antagonist Pokemon then left, after they lost.

But there was one more type of Pokemon who appeared.

A male Raichu!

"It's a Pokemon that you may Evolve into!" Sparky said to the Pikachu.

The Pikachu blinked. "I definitely know that one!"

The Raichu approached them.

"I'm here to get better Moves!" he said.

He attacked without awaiting!

He was in orange pants and an a orange shirt, yellow-orange fur, a white tummy, a yellow and brown lightning bolt judged as a tall, wispy brown and yellow ears, brown arms and legs, yellow circles underneath his feet, dark eyes and yellow cheeks.

This time, the Pikachu leapt I'm front of Sparky.

But he didn't attack.

Sparky simply went with a Tackle, which is a Tackle and the Raichu fell out of the ring.

When it was over, all four of the opposing Pokemon left.

And each of the other Pokemon got new Moves!

"I got Confusion!" said Butterfree. "It confuses other Pokemon."

"I got said Insurance!" said Beedrill. "It absorbs energy, sometimes."

"We got Electroweb!" said Cisco on and Silcoon. "Its an electric web!"

"I've got Steel Wing!" said Schiz. "I may hit with wings of steel!"

"And I've Last Resort!" said Sparky. "It is the last Move allowed in Battle."

After some explaining to one another, Sparky and the Pikachu were informed that there were there were no Evolution Crystals.

They left the Dungeon.

Then, Zor and all the parent Bug Type Pokemon went to them.

"Why didn't you attack?" Sparky asked the Pikachu went it was over.

Pikachu shrugged. "I don't have any Moves."

Sparky didn't believe it! "Not at all?"

"Nope," said the Pikachu.

"Hmm," said Sparky. "Well, most Pokemon don't bother fighting much, anymore. Most only have one Move in the beginning."

Then the Pikachu asked something he was aware of before.

"You want to be an Electric Pokemon, right?" he asked.

Sparky frowned. "Yes. But I need to Evolve!"

The Pikachu smiled. "I'll help you!"

"You will?" Sparky blinked.

"You already had me feeling so welcome! And I've already fought, so I know what to expect." said the Pikachu.

Then Sparky realized something, herself.

"I never got your name," she said.

The Pikachu thought. "I. I don't."

He had trouble remembering.

He was once a Human, but barley remembered everything.

But he did remember something.

"They're static candles!" said his father.

"They're electric!"

"Static," said the Pikachu. "My name is 'Static'. And I'm 20, by the way."

"Awesome! I turned 18 a few days ago! I'm on my own!" said Sparky. "Let's go to Makuhita Dojo! You'll learn new Moves that way."

The Pikachu was surprised, then. "But we were in a Dungeon!"

Sparky grinned. "Yes, but usually younger Pokemon are at the dojo. However, I have a friend who is employed there! They said I may start soon! I'll let you in!"

"Don't you want to Evolve?" asked Static.

"Yes!" said Sparky. "But it's also important to have Moves! But to Evolve? Yes! How about you?"

"If it means helping you, then yes! I'd like to be a Raichu!"

"Then let's leave for Pokemon Square! The most popular Pokemon Village in the continent!" said Sparky. "Then we may start our own Rescue Team!"

"'Rescue Team'?" Static asked.

"Rescue Teams help Pokemon!" said Sparky.

"Then we'll accomplish that, too!" said Static.

As they walked, Static told himself he should one day tell his friend he was an actually Human, not a Pokemon.

One day.

And he also started a Rescue Team, too.

Chapter Text

Sparky and Static were now in Pokemon Square, in The Grass Continent.

"How about we buy some TMs at The Kecleon Wares or The Kecleon Shop? asked Sparky. "They're called Technical Machines. They're Moves we're able to buy."

"We have some money?" Static asked.

Sparky blinked. "No! And the currency is called 'Poke'. Remind me once more later on! I suppose we should not go to The Felicity Bank, either. And we have no items for The Kangaskhan Storage, also. Let's go to The Gulpin Link Shop. They allow you to bond Moves together!"

Static and Sparky went over to The Gulpin Link Shop. The building was in pink and yellow with a yellow, green and brown counter.

A male Pokemon, Gulpin, was in a green covering, which fit over all of his body, a yellow leaf, green skin and four toes.

"I'm here to place my Moves, Last Resort and Tackle as one Move!" Sparky said.

The Gulpin opened both his eyes, which he did not often carry out.

"Last Resort and all other Moves are only available if you carry it out on backwards A-B-C Order. Last Resort may only work once you've finished all your other Moves before then."

"So they cancel each other out?!" Sparky asked in astonishment.

"Exactly, yes, yes!" said The Gulpin. "You may only accomplish each one of your Moves one at a time, for a bit."

"Let's leave," said Sparky. "We'll meet over at the old Makuhita Dojo. Run by a Makuhita. It's probably the only option we have."

"Wait!" said The Gulpin. "Hold on! You're a Rescue Team, right? I may be able to tell from your red neckerchiefs."

Sparky and Static glanced at one another.

"No," said Static. "We are not."

"But we want to be able to help!" said Sparky. "We'll sign up and get our first official mission!"

"Well," said The Gulpin. "One of the workers at The Pelipper Post Office is on vacation. The others are over timing it, so it'll be closed sometime, not tomorrow, but this afternoon. AFTERNOON!"

Sparky and Static were surprised!

"New plan, Static!" said Sparky. "Let's sign up right straight away!"

So, Sparky and Static went for the The Pelipper Post Office!"

The Pelipper Post Office was a yellow and white building with green grass grown out over it. The roof was open to allow Flying Type Pokemon to leave or enter. It resembled a Pelipper, which was a Flying Type. They flew.

Inside was a male Pelipper.

He was in blue pants and white shirts, blue and white feathers and a yellow mouth.

"Static here and I want to sign up for our own Rescue Team!" said Sparky.

"Alright. What are you naming your Team and Base?" asked The Pelipper.

"Huh?" Static asked in confusion.

"A Base is where a Rescue Team gets mail about Rescue services and also where a Rescue Team lives. A Team is, of course, your jobs." said The Pelipper.

"Will we live together?" Static asked.

"Only one Pokemon may stay at a Base in one time," said The Pelipper. "You'll each have your own. This Pikachu will have a Pikachu-Shaped Base and this Eevee will have an Eevee-Shaped Base. Luckily, we have a few Bases like that at the outskirts of town."

Sparky and Static looked at each other.

"I have my own place! Have any ideas as to where YOU'LL live?" asked Sparky.

"No clue, no way," said Static. "At all."

"We'll figure it out later, in that case," said Sparky. "We'd like to start a first OFFICIAL Mission together!" she said to The Pelipper.

"There's only one Mission at the moment," said The Pelipper. "It's on the bulletin board outside."

Sparky and Static went outside then.

But Sparky and Static saw eight other Pokemon:

There was an Umbreon, an Espeon, a Flareon, Vaporeon, a Leafeon, a Glaceon and another Pokemon, a Sylveon.

The Umbreon was a Dark-Type in yellow pants and black shirt, black, black and yellow fur, yellow rings on his legs and face, two stripes on his ears and one on his tail.

The Espeon was a Psychic-Type in a pink shirt and pants, pink fur, a red jewel and twin tails.

The Flareon was a Fire-Type in a red shirt and yellow pants, yellow and red fur, a yellow tail and yellow mane.

The Vaporeon was a Water-Type in a blue shirt and yellow pants, a blue tail with spikes, and ears shaped like yellow fins and a white mane.

The Leafeon was a Grass-Type in a green shirt and yellow pants, red eyes, red paws and red ears. The rest of his body was in green and yellow fur.

The Glaceon was a Ice-Type in a blue shirt and white pants, blue eyes, ears and tail, and light blue fur.

The Sylveon was a Fairy-Type in pink ears, tail and paw, ribbons, white fur and blue eyes.

"TACKLE!" the Flareon said as he and each of the other Eevee Evolutions leaped right on Sparky.

The Espeon stayed where she was and grinned.

The Umbreon frowned. "Children! Get away from your sister!"

The rest stopped what they were accomplishing.

"WE'RE NOT KIDS, DAD!" said The Flareon.

"'Sister'?!" Static asked in surprise.

The Umbreon went over to Sparky. "I see you've found a partner!"

"He IS your partner?" asked The Espeon. "Right? Right?"

"Yes," said Sparky. "We started today!"

Then The Umbreon realized something. "We should tell Sparky's new friend our names! I am Tamao. I'm Sparky's father."

The Espeon went next. "I'm Sparky's mother, Sakura!"

""I'M PYRO! I'M SPARKY'S 1st BROTHER!" said The Flareon.

"I'm. I'm Raisner. Um. Uh. Uh. I'm Sparky's 2nd brother," said The Vaporeon.

"I'm Linnea. I'm. I. I. I'm Sparky's 3td brother." said The Leafeon.

"I'm Rea! I'm Sparky's 1st sister," whispered The Glaceon.

"I'M KIRA. I'M SPARKY''S 2nd SISTER!" said The Sylveon.

"Hi!" said Static. "I'm Sparky's friend! My name is Static."

Then, all at once, a new Pokemon appeared.

It was another Electric-Type Pokemon!

A female Luxray!

She was in a yellow shirt, black pants, a black mane, blue and black fur, yellow star-shaped tail and red eyes, and a yellow star-shaped tail.

"Let's start!" she said to Sparky's family with a salute.

"Mom. Dad?" asked Sparky. "Why is she, this Pokemon here?"

Sakura and Tamao exchanged looks.

"This is Lux," said Tamao.

"She is here for the time being," said Sakura.

"YOU FAILED TO TELL YOUR BOYFRIEND, RIGHT?!" asked Pyro.

Static and Sparky blushed!

"It's not like that, at all!" Sparky said.

"In. In any case. Static, right?" asked Raisner. "Do you know how Evolution works, at this moment?"

"No Pokemon may Evolve without Evolution Stones," said Static.

"But. Um. Um. Know about Eevee Evolutions?" asked Linnea.

"Nope!" said Static. "Not at all!"

"Well. When Pokemon reach a certain age, they name themselves after which Pokemon to evolve into." whispered Rea. "As it turns, Eevees may evolve by evolution stones. Or their name! they're called, 'Eeveelutions'"!

"EACH OF US PICKED A DIFFERENT EVOLUTION BY COINCIDENCE!" said Kira. "SPARKY PICKED THE ELECTRIC TYPE, SO SPARKY'S NAME IS SPARKY'S!"

"But when Sparky picked her's, we EXPECTED a new Electric-Type to the family. Only now, she can't Evolve by name," said Tamao.

"Only by stone," said Sakura. "Expected."

"Who or what is causing this?" asked Static. "No longer Evolutions?"

Tamao and Sakura exchanged looks, once more.

"No one knows," they said.

Static frowned. "Then Sparky and I will find out! Right?"

"Right!" said Sparky. "Exactly!"

"So," said Tamao."In any case, did you tell your. Friend. About that point that Pyro asked?"

"Yeah," said Sparky. "Yes."

"Then you know why I am here?" asked The Luxray.

"No," said Sparky. "Not at all."

"This is Lux," said Sakura. "She is your replacement, until you Evolve."

"But Sparky can't Evolve!" said Static. "Not at all!"

"All the more reason for us to have a replacement," said Tamao.

Then Lux cut in. "So, is my team ready to leave on a mission?"

"But there's only one mission on the board, right now!" Sparky said.

"Then we'll BATTLE over it!" said Lux. "Pyro The Flareon, Raisner The Vaporeon, and Linnea The Leafeon, AND Rea The Glaceon, Kira The Sylveon and, I, Lux The Luxray, will split into two teams. You should have one of your parents join, Sparky."

"But I don't wanna Battle my family!" said Sparky. "And we're not babies! I don't want my parents' help!"

"Don't you want to have the same chance at succeeding?" asked Sakura. "Your family-and Lux-have more members on their teams."

"And what about Battling EACH OTHER?" asked Sparky.

Lux cleared her throat. "I have one idea! I have 8 Dojo Tickets. All Golden Dojo Tickets. I was saving them all for myself and you Eevee Evolutions. Now, since Tamao and Sakura aren't battling, Sparky and Static may battle in their turn. With other Pokemon!"

Then Sparky remembered something important!

"My friend looks after the dojo! The Makuhita Dojo! He may be able to allow us to battle together instead of one at a time!" she said.

Lux grinned. "Yes! Excellent!"

So, Sparky, Static and the rest went to The Dojo.

Tamao and Sakura stood outside of The Makuhita Dojo.

"We'll stay here until it's over," said Tamao.

"Good luck, kids!" said Sakura. "And remember! There's a time limit!"

Sparky and Static went up to The Makuhita, who was male.

He had a black yellow shirt and black pants, black hands, red donut-shaped circles on his cheeks, yellow fur and black neck.

The place was yellow with a red roof.

"Oh, Sparky!" The Makuhita said in greeting. "Here to Level Up some more, again?"

"Yes, Maku! And I've got my family, a friend, and another friend?" Sparky asked herself.

Maku fist bumped above. He saw everyone.

"Good!" Maku said. "Sparky, we have a new Dungeon! One is for ALL Types of Pokemon!"

Sparky smiled! "Everybody! All Types of Pokemon!"

"LET'S BEGIN RIGHT AWAY!" said Pyro.

So, all eight Pokemon entered the new Dungeon.

Sparky and Static were in The All Types Dungeon.

"I hope each of us Levels Up, quickly!" said Sparky.

"And I'd like a Move, also!" said Static.

Sparky was surprised she had almost forgotten!

"We'll have to find you another way to Battle since you have no Moves!" Sparky said.

"I'll shove them out of the circle!" Static joked.

"That should actually work!" said Sparky.

Soon, they saw another Normal-Type!

It was a female Jigglypuff, in a pink shirt and pink pants, pink pelt and blue eyes.

The Jigglypuff was first to Battle.

She built up energy by Stockpile, a Move.

While this occurred, Sparky Tackled him.

Then, when Jigglypuff Spit Up, another Move, Sparky's Move hit and Jigglypuff! Jigglypuff was kicked out of the circle.

Sparky stood triumphantly towards the sky!

"You'll have the next one!" she said.

They didn't wander far when they saw Pyro, Raisner and Linnea fighting three other Pokemon.

Pyro was against a Growlithe, Raisner, was against a Staryu and Linnea, was against an Oddish.

The Growlithe was a male in red pants and a yellow shirt, dog-like orange fur with black stripes, and yellow fur on neck and tail and fuz. He was a Fire-Type.

The Staryu was a female a purple shirt and yellow pants, it was star-shaped and had a red jewel in it's center. She was a Water-Type.

And The Oddish was a male in blue pants and a green shirt, turnip-shaped, blue skin, beady red eyes and several leaves. He was a Grass-Type.

Pyro tucked into a Flame Wheel, which turned his body into a flaming, flailing wheel.

Raisner shot a Bubble Beam, which was a sort of beam of bubbles.

Linnea shot Magical Leaf, which was a number of a cascade of leaves.

None of these were not very effective at all.

The Growlithe attacked by biting Pyro with his Fire Fang.

The Staryu hit the target with a Water Gun.

And The Oddish drained with draining Mega Drain.

None of these were very effective at all, also.

But then they were thrown from the ring.

Then, Static and Sparky cut their way in.

Static pushed The Staryu and Sparky Tackled The Growlithe.

Then, Sparky fought then with a Last Resort.

Both Sparky and Static won against their opponents!

Each of Sparky's brothers looked like each other.

"OKAY, YOU WIN! OKAY?!" asked Pyro.

Then, Sparky's brothers, went to the stairs and left early.

"I think I went up a Level!" said Static. "I may I have Volt Tackle!"

Sparky was not paying attention.

"Something wrong?" Static asked.

"I do not feel like fighting anymore," she said with a frown.

"Why not, Sparky?" Static asked.

"They're my family, Static," said Sparky. "And I embarrassed them by rescuing three of them while being a Devolved form of all of us Eeevees! You probably have the brand newest form of Volt Tackle, by the way. Every time one tries that particular Move, one gets kicked halfway out of the circle."

"Your family won't mind because they expect that behavior," said Static. "And, thank you for telling me that."

Unbeknownst to them, however, somebody was watching both of them.

"We should leave on," said Static.

But, this did not shake Sparky's bad mood.

Soon, they found Sparky's sisters and Lux.

They also found a Sneasel a, Togetic and. And.

An Elekid!

Rea dealt with a Blizzard, a wailing, flinging wind.

Kira hit with Dazzling Gleam, which was another colorful beam.

But neither chipped away at the enemies.

And Lux didn't do a single thing!

The Sneasel was a female in black pants and black shirt, black fur, beady red eyes, white claws on her hands and feet, yellow jewels and red feathers. She was an Ice-Type.

The Togetic was a female in white pants and white shirt, white feathers, white pelt and blue and red triangles. She was a Fairy-Type.

And The Elekid was male in a yellow shirt and black pants, the shape of an electric cord on it, with two black armbands on each side, a black lightning bolt in the front as well as on the sides and yellow fur. He was an Electric-Type.

The Sneasel went with Icy Wind, which slowed Rea as it hit.

The Togetic hit Kira with Moonblast, which was an attack of sheer, sheer light.

The Elekid sent Thunderbolt crashing around on Lux.

Each contacted the protagonist Pokemon and hit.

Lux was also thrown from the ring.

And then the others were also flown far from the ring.

Sparky quickly Tackled The Sneasel.

Static Volt Tackled The Togetic, which was a powerful, Electric-Type Tackle.

Sparky hit The Elekid with Last Resort.

They won!

"WHY DID YOU NOT HELP?!" Rea, asked Lux when it was over.

"I overheard Sparky," Lux said. "She doesn't want to disappoint you by winning this. Contest. So, I lost it for her."

Eevee was in glee!

"I appreciate it, Lux! But I'm feeling better," said Sparky.

Then, the timer turned off.

Each protagonist Pokemon went down the stairs out of The Dungeon.

Sparky, Static and the rest were out of The Dojo.

"SPARKY AND STATIC WON!" said Pyro and Rea.

Tamao and Sakura hugged Sparky.

"We knew you'd be able to carry it out!" said Tamao.

"You get first pick off The Bulletin Board!" said Sakura.

"MAY WE PLEASE GO HOME, NOW?" asked Pyro.

Tamao rolled his eyes. "Alright."

"We should allow Sparky and Static alone, anyhow!" Sakura said.

Static and Sparky blushed, again.

"Mom!" Sparky said.

"Good luck!" said Lux.

So, they left.

And Sparky and Static checked the board.

"Do these letters look. Strange to you?" Sparky asked.

"Yeah," Static said. "But, I may read it. You?"

"Yes," said Sparky. "'A special Water Type Pokemon needs your help in River Ravine."

"I've never heard of that Dungeon before!" said Sparky.

Then, all at once, the letters went to life!

They flew in all directions and left.

"They were Unknown!"

"I know about those Pokemon!" said Static. "They're Pokemon that resemble letters of the alphabet! And an exclamation point and question mark!"

"Well, they appear to have hired us!" said Sparky.

But, it was getting late.

"We should return to my place," said Sparky. "Your Base isn't ready, yet, so we'll sleep and help the other Pokemon in the morning."

Outside Sparky's new home was shaped like an Eevee.

Inside Sparky's home was a stump for a table, a smaller one for a chair, a water and food bucket and two beds. One bed from hay was at the far end of a wall and was bigger than the other. The smaller one was to the side.

"Since you're my guest, you may have the big bed!" said Sparky.

"I think I'LL sleep in the guest bed!" said Static. "I AM the guest."

They were about to sleep, but Static heard Sparky groan.

"Is something the matter?" Static asked.

"I've started out on my own, recently," said Sparky. "I'm only 18, you know."

"Me, too," said Static. "Except I'm 20. Wanna sleep next to each other?"

Sparky thought. "Sounds nice."

So, they both slept next to each other in the hay bed.

It was the brink of night. Static was in the hay bed.

But Sparky wasn't around.

Then. A voice went forth.

"Find my sister!" The voice said. "If you wish this be Human once more!"

Static awoke with a start. Sparky was still asleep in of her dream land.

"What was that, less or more?" Static asked himself. "Will I be Human, once more?"

Then, all at once, Sparky awoke.

"Static? Is something the matter?" she asked.

Static did not wish to worry her. "Everything is alright, Sparky."

Sparky stretched. "I'll see if it's light out there."

Sparky went into the sun. Static soon followed her.

The sun was light and the plants petals were filled with morning dew.

"Ready for our first official, OFFICIAL mission?" Sparky asked.

"Yeah!" said Static. "But what kind of Dungeon is River Ravine?"

"It's most likely a Water-Type Dungeon," said Sparky. "It sounds right. And the Pokemon we're helping is a Water-Type, so it matches."

"How will we help this Water-Type Pokemon?" asked Static.

"We shouldn't know until this we've arrived," said Sparky. "Ready?"

"Yes!" said Static.

So, they went to the new Dungeon, River Ravine.

Once they arrived at their destination, they saw that the entire Dungeon was surrounded by water like a river.

"Static! I'm unable to swim!" said Sparky.

"Sparky! I'll carry you on my back!" said Static.

Sparky went on of Static.

"Sparky, Why aren't you able to swim?" Static asked.

"I and my parents and most of my siblings agreed we didn't need to Only my brother, Raisner, the Water-Type, figured how. My parents don't comprehend, either." said Sparky.

"How if I teach you, than, Sparky?" Static asked.

"Right in this moment?" Sparky asked.

"Course!" said Static.

Then Sparky and Static were wading in the water, holding each other close.

They went over to a shallow end. Static held Sparky as she floated on her stomach.

"Kick arms and legs!" Static said.

Sparky kicked. Then Static let go.

Sparky was indeed, swimming!

"That was soon!" said Static.

"Well, you're A stupendous teacher!" said Sparky.

"You're Poochyena-paddling!" said Static.

Sparky went to Static, and together, they waded again, in their arms.

But. Then, another Pokemon interrupted them!

It was a male Tentacool! He was in black pants and blue shirt and had a two gray tentacles and a blue body, red orbs abd white eyes. He was a Water-Poison-Type Pokemon.

Sparky placed The Tentacool with a Tackle.

Static placed into a Volt Tackle at the Tentacool.

It was Super Effective! It was even more effective because Static combined the river water to accomplish extra, extra damage! The Tentacool flew out of the circle!

But before the Move hit, The Tentacool placed his Move.

Sparky Poochyena-paddled over to Static, then and there.

"That Move you have is actually powerful!" Sparky said.

"Aw, shucks!" said Static. "I'm lucky!"

Sparky realized something, only then.

"I only Leveled Up!" she said. "I I have the Move, Iron Tail!"

"That's another Move that's strong with Water-Type Pokemon!" said Static.

Then, Static carried out a Level Up!

"I think I fail to feel any difference," he said.

"Well," said Sparky. "Leveling Up shouldn't always accompany new Moves."

They were about to swim then, but then something strange happened to Static.

Static swam backwards!

"That Tentacool Poison Stinged you!" said Sparky.

"What's that mean?!' Static asked in astonishment.

"You'll have to go backwards!" said Sparky. LL

"During Battle, also!" said Sparky.

"Then I WILL swim backwards!" said Static. "And battle backwards! Tell me which way I'm going, though, okay?"

"Yeah!" said Sparky.

They swam some more and found puddle of strange liquid in a container. They sensed that it wasn't dangerous, in fact, it seemed useful.

"Maybe if you drink this, you'll regain your Status and won't be Poisoned!" said Sparky.

"How about both of us drink it?" Static asked.

"There's only enough for the one," said Sparky.

"Your ideas," said Static.

So, Static drank the weird liquid.

But nothing happened.

"Maybe another time," Static said.

Sparky thought of something, but it seemed unlikely, so, she didn't tell her friend..

"Hey, we need more Moves," she said.

"Yeah, we should buy some," said Static.

That was when they found coins, Poke, on the shallow end..

"Lucky Poke!" Sparky said. "Money!"

Then they saw a flight of stairs leading to yet another floor.

"Static, this is the last floor," Sparky said.

"Good," said Static, who was still backwards. "Let's leave."

So, they only continued on.

They saw one more Pokemon in front of them, against a wall.

She was a female in blue pants and a blue shirt, a blue pelt with white diamonds, a blue crest, purple flowing fur and red eyes. She was a Water -Type. She looked like a Leopard.

"It's Suicune!" Sparky said.

"The Legendary Pokemon?" Static asked in surprise.

"Yes, yes!" said Sparky.

They swam over to The Legendary Beast.

"You asked for our help?" asked Static.

"Myself, and my brother," said The Suicune. "The Entei."

"What about Raikou?" Static asked.

Suicune was silent for only a moment.

Then she spoke, "This is a test. And I am the one testing you. My brother was against it, since he doesn't want to bother his sister with Battles, but I assured him I should carry it out. Now! Battle me so we may see who passes the test!"

Suicune wasted no time attacking. She looked towards the ceiling and rainwater fell! It was Rain Dance!

"My Rain Dance causes Water-Type moves to be more effective!" said Suicune. "Only not super effective!"

Static attempted Volt Tackle, but Suicune was too quick, even for a Leveled-Up Tackle like Static's Tackle.

Suicune hit Sparky with a Water Pulse, which was a Water Move that might cause Confusion.

Sparky tried to attack with Iron Tail, but was way Confused! She stumbled all over the place!

With Sparky and Static Confused and Poisoned, Suicune decided to send the final Move:

The Blizzard.

Although it was an Ice-Type Move, not a Water-Type, it hit Static and Sparky effectively and at the same time.

They were about to be frozen in a block of ice when something strange and weird happened.

Static broke them both out of the ice.

And then turned giant!

Sparky looked on in shock!

"Y-you're in a Gigantamax Evolution! A giant Pokemon!"

Static looked over himself. "I'm AM a giant Pokemon! What next?"

"Carry out your new Move! Your G-Max Move! G-Max Volt Crash!" Sparky said.

Static sent a tower of electricity crashing on The Suicune.

She was paralyzed.

"Here's a chance!" Sparky said.

Static was able to place The Suicune out of the circle with only his foot. Then he returned to his definite regular height.

"Y-you have won," said The Suicune. "For this next part, you'll need a variety of Moves. But I'll allow my brother, to tell you more. He's the mind of this operation. By the way, my name is 'Leopard'. But please. Help my brother, The Entei."

With no more thought, Leopard swam towards some stairs and out of The Dungeon. The rain then stopped.

"Bye, Leopard!" Sparky said. "We should leave, as well."

So, they also left.

"That was awesome!" Sparky said to Static once they returned to their Base. "How did you get so. Giant?"

Static shrugged. "I don't have any idea!"

Sparky grinned. "Yet another thing you do not know!"

Then Sparky realized something else. "You drank some of a drought of Max Soup! That's what caused you to turn into a giant!"

"Should the same thing happen to you if YOU drink it, also?" asked Static.

"I think it may," said Sparky.

Then Static remembered something, this time.

"Let's get new Moves, like The Suicune, Leopard said!" said Static.

"We definitely have money, now!" said Sparky. "Let's go to The Kecleon Wares and Shop!"

So, they went to Pokemon Square.

There was a Kecleon in a green pants and yellow shirt and green and yellow scales. He was a male who looked after The Kecleon Shop.

There was also a Kecleon in a green pants and purple shirt and green and purple scales. She was a female who looked after The Kecleon Wares.

"My name is Kec!" said the female.

"And mine's Leon!" said the male.

"What should you want to buy?" asked both.

"I have food and vitamins!" said Leon.

"I have TMs Moves!" said Kec.

Sparky turned to Static. "We only have enough money for TM Moves for one of each of us."

"Noted," said Static.

"I have Solar Beam, Facade, Focus Blast, Giga Impact, Bulldoze, Leech Life and Leech Life," said Kec.

"Solar Beam may work for the both of us," said Sparky. "It's one of the only ones that work. But since it'll work for you, you may have Solar Beam."

"Then which Move will you have?" asked Static.

"Giga Impact sounds acceptable," said Sparky. "Solar Beam, by the way, is supposed to be a charge Move. It starts with two turns to hit."

"And which is Giga Impact?" asked Static.

"Giga Impact is like Solar Beam, except it involves charging only AFTER it hits," said Sparky.

"Let's get them, in that case!" said Static.

So, Sparky learned Giga Impact and Static learned Solar Beam.

And they should soon learn something different.

Static and Sparky went over to Sparky's Base, again.

"Your Base was completed a little while ago," said Sparky. "Sure you want to stay over here?"

"Want me to stay?" asked Static.

"Yes! You may stay. I'd appreciate it," said Sparky.

So, more then, they spent the night together.

Static was also dreaming, again.

In it, he was surrounded by a gray swarm of Unknown!

They spun around, then flew away.

Then. A Pokemon similar to a Lion appeared in Static's dream!

He was in a yellow shirt and red pants, black arm bands, gray paws, brown fur, yellow and gray neck, gray spikes, a smoky mane, a yellow, gray and red face and red eyes.

"Y-you're The Entei!" Static said.

"I am named Lion," The Entei said. "You thought the only test you should pass was winning a Battle with my sister. But then the next tests will be even grander. Realize that Evolution has stopped only because of The Legendary Pokemon. They were jealous of regular Pokemon Evolution and decided to stop it and choose that on their own. Legendaries are unable to Evolve. Besides. They were only able to Evolve to place Evolution from others. As a spell. And my brother, Tiger, The Raikou, is their leader. But I am trapped in this dream world, and Leopard, I convinced to stay out if it."

"Isn't it stealing?" Static asked. "The Legendaries stole The Moves!"

"Actually, The Whiscash from The Whiscash Pond presented the Legendaries permission to accomplish it," said Lion.

"That's terrible!" said Static.

"Agreed," said Lion.

"Your sister told my friend and myself that she wants to help you, as well," said Static.

Lion appeared to be in thought. "Defeat the other Legendaries involved, first. If you may accomplish this you may turn Human. Until then."

Then there was blackness, once more.

Legendaries are unable to Evolve. Besides. They were only able to Evolve to place Evolution from others. As a spell. And my brother, Tiger, The Raikou, is their leader. But I am trapped in this dream world, and Leopard, I convinced to stay out if it."

"Isn't it stealing?" Static asked. "The Legendaries stole The Moves!"

"Actually, The Whiscash from The Whiscash Pond presented the Legendaries permission to accomplish it," said Lion.

"That's terrible!" said Static.

"Agreed," said Lion. "You should also know we put The Max Soup in The Dungeon for you two to find."

"So that''s the reason for the soup! But your sister told my friend and myself that she wants to help you, as well," said Static.

Lion appeared to be in thought. "Defeat the other Legendaries involved, first. If you may accomplish this you may turn Human. Until then."

Static awoke in the morning.

"Sleep well?" asked Sparky.

"A bit," said Static. "I have news you MUST hear."

So began Sparky and Static's mission to return Evolution to most other Pokemon.
