Chapter Text
Deku’s body screamed in in absolute pain as he launched the second holder of One for All toward Tenko, striking right toward All for One at the core. The battle ground at the base of Mt. Fuji was now nothing but dirt and ash. What remained of Deku’s arms was nothing but mangled flesh and protruding bones, his left eye now missing. Sheer grit, spite, and determination was the only thing keeping the young hero standing. Yet all that paled in comparison to the damage internally, a lung had collapsed, blood pooling around his back, and he’s sure his stomach ruptured. Infront of him stood All for One in Tenko’s body with its own signs of damage, cracks were forming all over the body. The self-proclaimed demon king did not seem to notice that his host body was now falling apart due to Deku launching the vestiges toward his core.
Yoichi was now the last vestige within One for All looking out through ninth’s remaining eye. He began to condense himself to be thrown toward his brother to hopefully finish this fight. However, as he started, he felt ninth’s pain, he knew that the boy (still a child) was beyond hurt. Yet this felt deeper, more then what they had expected when they concocted this plan. He reached out through One for All and saw the full extent of what was happening. Launching the vestiges at All for One was tearing Deku apart.
‘NINTH!’ he shouted through the connection. There was the brief sensation of calm that came back through the bond. He knew. At some point Deku knew this was happening to him. They had thought the worst this would do is return the boy to being quirkless, but not this. Just then he felt himself being forcefully being condensed by Deku. He should be fighting this, stopping this kid from sacrificing himself on this haymaker of a plan. Doing so would not ensure the boy’s survival; at worst it would leave him at his brother’s mercy. So, he didn’t do anything to stop it, he allowed himself to be condensed.
Izuku felt the first wielder of One for All fully condensed now all that remained was to land one final blow onto Tenko’s body and into All for One’s core. One last strike, and yet Tenko’s body still appeared strong. Yes, cracks had formed, but it didn’t look to be enough. There was a chance that even if striking with the first wielder may not finish the fight. The plan may not be what finish’s All for One off, but he would be at his absolute weakest. He had to believe in his friends and remaining hero’s that they could finish what remained. It scared him, it scared him to his core that he was about to leave the worst monster in the Quirk era to people who were at their own limits.
His mind in a fog between his pain and fear brought forth the memory of the day of the sludge villain. His feet began to move on their own his body low to ground as he put everything he had left into his last attack. Ahead Tenko’s body began to move slowly, it stepped forward only to stumble to a knee form the cracks that continued to grow. Now aware of his failing body All for One tried to make space between them but found him self moving slower then ever. Izuku closed the distance and wound up a kick that All for One made to block. Only for Izuku to slam his head to Tenko’s own head making a sickening crack sound, as he shot Yoichi with all that he had left into All for One’s core.
There as Izuku saw Yoichi smash into the core creating a supernova like explosion within the core. His body began to grow cold as the last embers of One for All faded away. Memory of all his friends, family, and all those he had met on his journey began to pass by in his mind. Through his dimming vision he could see the exact moment All for One realized what they had done, the villain’s face turning to the most expressive form of rage.
Everyone, you’re next, he thought to himself.
Raising his face to meet All for One’s giving him the biggest smile he could at that point.
By the time All for One fist came careening into Izuku’s face, the was already dead.

Izuku was not expecting anything in death. Most faiths had turned to preaching about Quirks being divine gifts, so not having one was an afront to most. Those faiths that didn’t had people that did. So, when he felt a liquid warmth around him and a steady beating noise he was surprised. Now after some time within the confines it became the worst place for his mind to be. Thoughts of ‘Did it work? Did everyone die? Did I leave them with no hope?’ all became a deep spiral the longer he spent here.
Eventually his confinement ended with the liquid receding followed with being pushed out of his confine. Noise exploded around him, mostly people speaking English and a loud cry of a baby. He went to ask what was happing ‘Is everyone okay? Did we win?’ only for the sound of a second baby to sound off. He felt something soft wrap around him, a blanket if he had to guess.
“Uhg, take them away,” said a women’s voice, “return them when their quiet.” He heard two ‘yes’ one from above him and one to the left. It was this action that led to Izuku realizing that one of the two infants crying was him. As he was moved out of the from and placed into what he believed to be a medical crib, his own crying continued along with the other infant.
4 years later
In the following years of Izuku second birth he had learnt three things. First and most important is that he still had One for All somehow, he’d learnt that when he had been forgotten to be fed. The nanny his new parents had heired was more focused on his brother, he would have waited but she had forgotten ‘more than likely on purpose,’ and so he had waddled his to the counter. To be fair he didn’t mean to use Black Whip, he was just hungry and had some what forgotten that he was a baby. Still, he was surprised when the fifth’s quirk activated garbed the bottle on the counter and into his hands. He looked over to see the nanny not even looking his way, her back still turned. His brother however was looking right at him with the widest eye’s he had seen from him. Izuku was sure he wouldn’t remember.
Second is that he still had his old hair color. While he was glad to still have his old color, ‘It made him think of his first mom, his best mom’ His new parents did not like it. In fact, they had talked about selling him when his hair started turning green at the end. It was a sign that he was a meta and that he could be dangerous to them. It had been scary to hear that, the fact they would even be thinking of selling a baby, ‘It made him think of Eri, of the fact that parents can be that cruel’ WAS SHE OKAY? ALL FOR ONE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HER POWER! Eventually his ‘father’ talked his ‘mother’ to keeping him.
“Think about it Janet, Timmothy would have his very own guard dog,” the man had reasoned. And she had agreed. They’d keep an eye on him to see what meta powers he had. If they were weak, they’d sell him, if they were strong, they’d have him trained.
Lastly from his first year he had been able to confirmed that this was not his world. At first, he had seen old phones and old computers around the house making think he had gone back in time. ‘Could he find All for One and Yoichi, could he do what needed to be done and give Yoichi a good life?’ The other information came through, and lack of information. Meta’s had been around for age’s even before the modern era. There had been no shiny baby in Chiana, and meta had fought during WWII. Izuku was so thankful for that one nanny had been a big believer have baby’s having educational videos play in the back round. She got fired for that as well though.
Now at four years to this date he stood off to the side as his parents celebrated his twin’s birthday. They hadn’t looked his way since they’d learnt he was a meta. He wanted to be mad at them. Not for his sake, his birthday’s back with his mom ‘Inko will always be mom, Janet would stay mother, even if that made her uncomfortable,’ Had always been just the two of them. ‘He remembers his class throwing his first birthday party outside of him and his mom in years, they had to move the party outside since he nearly flooded the common room,’ ARE THEY OKAY!
They had given his twin a note book and a pen. Izuku knew his new parents where rich, they lived in a mansion for All Might sake. However, his twin looked happy, and maybe he was happy because they were spending the whole day with him for once. Then in his excitement turned to tears when he opened another pen present and he dropped it. The pen proceeded to roll underneath couch in the common room. Timmothy began to cry and Jackson and Janet began to get annoyed by it quickly. They always off loaded the more emotional stuff to the nanny, then fire them for making Timmothy too emotional.
Izuku understood why Timmothy was crying. Despite the fact it was just a pen, it was p pen given to him by his parents. Even with the fact that they weren’t the best parents, Timmothy still loved them. That’s what made the pen important, that’s what made it worth crying over to his twin. So Izuku did what he was hesitant on doing for the last couple of years. He walked up to the couch, which he was sure that was way heavier than the average couch, and lifted the couch up and grabbed the pen.
He set the couch down and looked at his twin. His brothers face matched the same expression from when he saw Izuku us Black Whip, but with a smile on his face, looking toward Izuku instead of the recovered pen. Izuku went to hand the pen back, but a stabbing pain to the brain had him pause, it was followed quickly by a smack across the face. Jackson had moved up while he was looking at Timmothy and struck Izuku across the face, hard.
“No Meta! Bad!” the man had shouted, “You are to only use your power when told, understand,” Izuku let out a meek ‘Yes sir,’ while trying to keep out the image of one of his old middle school teachers. He hated how feeble he felt right now, all that growth done within the last year of his last life disappearing.
“Go to your room now Meta,” Janet ordered while giving him a look of absolute scorn. Izuku could only nod and make his way to his room. He received no dinner that night. There he remained in his little room, that he was sure it was a storage closet meant for the house keeper’s. There he focused on keeping the memories of his time at UA.
Knock…Knock
The sudden knocking at the door brought him out of his musing. No one knocked, not Jackson and Janet, and not the nannies. They just entered, so to hear knocking when normally one wouldn’t meant that it must be Timmothy. Getting off his lumpy mattress he made his way to the door and used Black Whip to open it. They’re stood Timmothy in his night attire looking nervous. Izuku bowed as Jackson had told him to do anytime he’s in Timmothy presence. The child brought out a note pad and pen, the two looked like they were from last years birthday.
“Happy birthday brother,” Timmothy whispered nervously. Izuku look at the presented note book and pen. He smiled and took them, then was enveloped in a hug from him. As he hugged back, he remembers why he was staying here. Izuku could just use One for All and leave. Sure, it would be harder now due him being a child compared to the time he left UA. However, that would leave this sweet and kind child that no matter how many time the boy’s parents said they could be cruel to Izuku he wasn’t.
Timmothy gave him kindest and so Izuku gave him kindest back. He hugged Timmothy when his parents wouldn’t, he let the boy cry when he was sad, and he played with him despite their parents only expecting him to be some sort of guard dog. Izuku would endure it all to keep his twin happy. That night after Timmothy left back for his bed, despite him wanting to sleep with Izuku, Izuku opened up his new note book and began to write down his old life down. As a way to remember, and a way to move on.
