“I just really hate your face.” Venus started, in front of Mercury. Mercury blinks, a bored expression on his dumb, metallic face. “Though, I know that won’t surprise you.” Venus continued. “But, to me your crust is one big crater, and your laugh’s one big snort, and you STINK, so in short I despise you.”
Mercury slowly nods with whatever Venus was saying, honestly not really paying that much attention. “You disgrace the solar system, because you’re more of an asteroid-”
“Wh- HEY!” Mercury shouts at the last part as he finally starts to pay attention. Venus always knew that Mercury’s tick was talking about his size, and Venus ALWAYS took advantage of that, and then continued on, practically enjoying- no, bathing in how offended and upset Mercury was becoming.
“I would rather have the sun and a flare, then this pipsqueak near me, and if you were a bill I WOULD VETO!” Venus shouts, jaws snapping. Mercury snapped his teeth right back at Venus. Venus only grins, Mercury was feisty today, wasn’t he? Only made things more fun for Venus’s whole name-calling routine.
“And if the galaxy was perfect you would be gone without a trace.” Venus states, blank-face, hovering around Mercury who was honestly done with arguing back. “But since this dumb galaxy could never be that great, I’ll just hate your stupid face."
