“What?”
Wille looks at Simon over the dinner table, failing to hide a smile.
“What is it?”
“Nothing,” says Wille casually. He lets himself look at Simon. If someone told him a few years ago that he would be here today, he would have thought they were crazy. He would have never let himself think that life could feel this way, filled with warmth and unconditional love. But this is his now. And he wants it to be his forever.
He gently places his hand on his jeans’ pocket, feeling a small box with a golden ring inside.
He's sure.
