“Surit, what is this?” Tennal stares at the notification as he walks out of the room only to bump into Surit as he was walking in.
“Sorry. Did you just send me a meeting invite? From the other room?”
“Yes, I wasn’t sure if you were busy and I wanted to talk.”
“Oh, well I’ve got nothing going on. What’s up boss?” Tennal follows Surit to the living room and they take a seat on the couch.
“I wanted to have a conversation about sex and see how you feel about experimenting in the bedroom.”
Tennal laughs, not having expected that. “What, is our sex too vanilla for you? Is this an intervention?” He meant to keep it joking and lighthearted but surprised himself to hear a bit of defensiveness in his voice.
Surit takes Tennal’s hand and rubs his thumb over the back in soothing motions. “No, there’s nothing wrong with the sex we’re having now.” He gives his hand a light squeeze. “I just wanted to run a few ideas by you so we have a clear idea of each other’s comfort levels with certain acts and where we might have overlapping interests in trying new things.”
“That sounds reasonable. Ask away.” Tennal gets comfortable on the couch, expecting a few questions but his eyes grow wide as Surit pulls up an actual list. A long one by the looks of it.
“So to make this simple I’ve compiled a list of activities and all you have to do is say whether or not you’ve tried it, and if you would try it again. Afterwards I’ll give you my answers and compare. Then we’ll have a basic idea and can have a conversation about any specifics later.”
‘Well fuck me, this is a whole assignment.’ Tennal thinks. But he can’t deny the fondness in his heart for the way Surit gives his everything to tackle what he sees as a pressing matter.
“Can’t wait to enact some dirty fantasy with me? What is it, do you want to tie me up? Want me to step on you?” Tennal can’t help but tease, but the idea of learning what sorts of things Surit would want to try in bed makes him excited.
“We will get to those eventually, but we are going to go down the list. If any of these make you uncomfortable please feel free not to answer. The first one is roleplay.”
“Ooh, starting with an easy one. I’ve done it before and wasn’t a fan but it’s not something I’m opposed to.”
“Alright. Bondage.”
“Haven’t done it. Would try it.”
“Anything with feet?”
“Never tried it. I think I could give it but I don’t think I want to receive it.”
“What about aid devices such as toys, arousal stimulants, special furniture, etc.?”
Tennol flounders a bit “Wha- special furniture?” He was having a hard time brushing off the absurdity of the situation. A laundry list of sex acts? It all felt so silly he wanted to laugh. But Surit was waiting for his answer and he didn’t think this was funny. He was serious. He wanted to know what Tennal liked, and he wanted Tennal to know what he liked, so they could continue to have great sex and what would Tennal know he’s never had a serious, healthy talk about sex in his life.
He gives a breathy chuckle and pushes through his discomfort.
“Yes, tried most of those and would try again.”
“Dominant/submissive dynamics.”
“Lights help me.”
