Work Text:
When Tweek first came to this sleepy town of South Park, he figured that he would have an easier life here. It was true, he really did! Everything was so much nicer compared to Denver! For better and for worse, everyone knew everyone here. It meant that people were far more relaxed. He never had to overthink his own actions as people were more willing to forgive his own awkwardness. Even more so considering the reason why he was in South Park anyway. His parents decided to move to the town in hopes of opening their own coffee shop. That was fine and all but it was also a way for Tweek to restart his life. After dealing with a few bullies in his life, he just wanted a fresh reset. Nobody in South Park really knew about how badly he was harassed and that was fine with him. The faster he put his past behind him, the faster he could continue on with his life.
That’s why when Tweek started his junior year at the local high school, he had hoped he could make a few friends here. To his surprise, he managed to befriend a girl by the name of Bebe. On the first day of school, she just immediately took a liking to him. He didn’t quite understand but that’s fine. As long as she could help him navigate this strange new place of South Park High, he could survive this school year. Pretty soon, he somehow managed to be a part of a new friend group. Along with Bebe, there were a few girls named Wendy and Nicole who wanted to help him out. Within the first three weeks, it seemed like he already knew which cliques to be aware of.
According to both girls, there were the goths that liked to hang back at the school. Nobody really knew what they were doing but they refused to ‘conform’ to the standards that society puts on them. Tweek can’t blame them considering he had to deal with working at his parent’s coffee shop. The other group were the jocks. That included both the football team and the basketball team. Both girls told him to stay away from those kinds of people as they were usually the bullies. Tweek had to write that down as he didn’t want to be involved. Another group were the theater kids who were fairly nice but tend to be overly dramatic. That was fine too. Tweek could handle that. As the list continued onward, it eventually boiled down to a certain group of people he had to keep an eye out for.
If the girls were correct, he had to be careful for Craig’s group. While they weren’t exactly people who caused trouble, they were the type that screamed “I will kill you with my eyes”. He didn’t need to be told twice. Just one look at the leader and the blonde immediately wants to go running to the nearest bathroom. From what he understood, the members of their little gang were Craig, Clyde, Tolkien, and Jimmy. They already had a reputation for causing trouble for the teachers and Tweek wanted nothing to do with them. He could already tell given the amount of times the raven haired boy flipped off the teacher whenever he had to do a project he didn’t want. Not to mention he heard rumors how the second in command, Clyde, was known for ripping apart the classroom. He didn’t hear anything about Tolkien and Jimmy but he didn’t need to. Tweek just wanted things to be quiet. He just wanted to make sure his life stayed as quiet as possible. He just had to stay under the radar, complete his SAT, and pass all his classes this year. He could handle that. As long as he had his two friends by his side, everything should be okay. Or at least, he liked to think it was okay.
Because lately, Tweek couldn’t help but notice something odd. He liked to think it was his imagination but he really couldn’t deny something was up. Was it just him or was Craig staring at him? During classes, he would occasionally see the boy looking at him with a blank stare. Tweek didn’t know why he was doing this but he kept ignoring him. After all, if he didn’t pay attention to this trouble making boy, it meant that he would leave him alone right? That was his plan at first but it didn’t stop. Eventually, he could see him looking at the blond between class periods. Again, nothing came out of it but it was freaking him out.
Was Craig looking at him because he was an easy target? He just got here, Tweek didn’t need to deal with a bunch of bullies ready to pick on him! Even now, he could feel his gaze right as he was closing his locker! Taking in a deep breath, he slammed the door before marching the other way. This was fine, he thought to himself, he could handle this. Bullies or not, he would do whatever it takes to manage this year! Tweek was going to have a good school life, with good grades, and with a good reputation.
Things were going to be fine, fine, fine!!
–
Another week into school, Tweek’s parents figured that it was time for him to start working at the coffee shop. Sighing to himself, he had no choice but to follow through. It didn’t do any wonders for his own anxiety but he could manage it. He had put on a customer service face back home, he could do it here.
Which is where he was now; in front of the counter with a smile on his face. Luckily, there weren’t that many people that came in considering this was a new shop. He didn’t have to worry about making a fool in front of anyone.
“Tweek, you got the coffee beans ready?” He heard his dad shout from the back.
“Yeah, I got it! I just need to brew them!” The blonde responded back. Picking up the bag of beans, he quickly placed them in the grinder before wiping the counter. At the same time, he could also keep track of the ingredients. There were some creamers that needed to be restocked, there was some sugar that needed to be put back into the containers, and some cookies that needed to be baked. As stressful as this all was, there was something relaxing about finding a routine in all of this. He could easily take his mind off of whatever his worries were.
Unfortunately, that didn’t seem to last long. Within 30 minutes of closing, there were two people that entered the cafe. Upon entering, Tweek momentarily froze. He should have expected them to show up at some point but he figured he would have some time. But with Craig and Tolkien before him, he just stared before taking a step back. Oh right, he had to put on his customer service face now. Forcing himself to smile, he waved at them.
“H-Hi! Welcome! What can I get for you two?” It hurt a lot to just even speak to them. He was terrified that the moment he spoke up, they would quickly twist his words and run him out of the cafe. He didn’t want any jerks to make him cry! However, this is what he has to do for now! Was this what they were planning all this time? Craig was waiting for the right moment to gang up on him so they could pick on him?!
Whatever feelings Tweek was feeling, he had to shove it down. Especially when Tolkien was whispering something in his leader’s ears. For a moment, he could see the taller boy raise an eyebrow or two before giving a sigh. They were definitely getting ready to do something and Tweek had to be prepared. If he had to scream in order to get his dad’s attention, he would. But the two of them weren’t doing anything yet. He had to stand his ground for now!
“I’ll get some black tea and he wants some coffee.” Craig pointed to his friend. “I’ll take my regular and he wants it with cream.”
“Okay! What size do you w-want them?” Keep breathing, Tweek. Just act natural and everything would be fine.
“Just medium would be fine.”
Giving a sigh of relief, they didn’t like they were doing anything at the moment. However, Tweek still had to keep his guard up! Going to the back table, he quickly got what they wanted. The faster he got them, the faster they would leave! Once he did so, he gave the two cups before looking at the cash register. “That would be $7.25. Anything else…?” He wanted them to say no. He just wanted them to pay and leave him be.
As Tolkien got out his wallet, Tweek prayed that he would go quickly. But that didn’t seem to be the case. He seemed like he was taking his sweet time because he was moving oddly slowly. Especially when he was looking at the leader with a raised eyebrow. As he elbowed Craig, the other man gave a mumble or two.
“Well…?”
“Fine.” Then there came a pause. “Are you a bank loan? Because you got my interest.”
At that moment, Tweek wasn’t sure what to think. Whatever he was thinking of, it came to a halt as he was trying to process everything. He was certain that time stopped. He could hear the clock ticking somewhere nearby. He could even hear Tolkien groans of frustration from trying to dig around in his wallet. Even worse, he could see just how apathetic Craig looked. Despite saying those words, he remained as neutral as ever. Looking at his face, Tweek was hoping for some kind of reaction out of him. But alas, he kept his cool and kept staring at the blonde.
Trying to open his mouth, Tweek wasn’t sure what he should say. Because all that came out was just a squeak before he immediately covered his mouth. “What?” The blonde mumbled out.
That was when the curly haired boy got his cash out in full. “Sorry that took so long, I was trying to find where the quarter went.” As soon as he placed it on the counter, Tweek just stared at Craig and then back at him.
Oh, that was how it was. They were going to harass and bully him by doing this? Well, he wasn’t going to go down without a fight! Whatever customer service face he had on now changed into a very menacing (...well as scary as he could) look. His face turned red before he leaned forward. Glaring at the both of them, he quickly grabbed the cash and placed it where it was supposed to be in an angry manner! “Then I certainly hope that this interest of yours will drop at some point!” Wait, wasn't it supposed to be the other way around? Wasn't it a good thing that interest rates drop? Whatever, he couldn't think about it. All he could do was mumble to himself before storming off to the kitchen.
However, if Tweek stayed a little longer, he would have been able to hear the conversation between the two friends. He could have sworn he heard Craig give a mutter or two.
“...I told you that was too strong.”
–
The next time Tweek saw Craig, it was in the middle of lunch. There he was just staring at him from across the room with his stupid gang. It sure sucked too because his two friends weren’t here today. Bebe had to work on a school project while Wendy had to ask her teachers about her assignments. Now that left a poor Tweek as he sat at the cafeteria table by himself. That was fine, he could defend himself. He had experience dealing with jerks back in Denver, this wasn’t going to be any problem. As he tried his best to ignore them, the blonde kept munching his sandwich and totally not paying attention to Craig or his stupid gang!
He only had 40 minutes to go and if he kept himself busy, time would pass by without him even knowing it! Which was why 20 minutes in, he could see his gang mumbling something to each other. Were they talking about him? They had to be. Not with the way they kept looking at him. Tweek was trying his best to pay attention to his textbook but he couldn’t. Looking at them from the corner of his eyes, he could see Clyde saying something to Craig. He didn’t know what but the blonde was fully prepared for it.
If they were planning on humiliating him in front of everyone, he wasn’t going to go down that easily. Tweek was known to get into fights himself back in Denver. If he had to fight then he would! So when he saw the both of them coming up, he immediately glared at them.
“What do you want?” He huffed up before frowning at them. “If you’re going to gang up on me and start a brawl, you got another thing coming!”
Then the brunette gave a loud gasp before placing both of his hands on Craig’s shoulders. “What? Why would we do that? We just want to talk!”
“Talk about what?” Tweek responded before looking back at the dark haired man. Just like before, his face remained calm. Just like before, Tweek couldn’t read his expression. Whatever Craig was thinking about, he didn’t know. However, Clyde was a different story. His face was full of emotions as he gave him a big smile.
Even more so when he gave a loud sigh and leaned his head against his friend’s shoulder. “I think we got off on the wrong foot! I don’t know what happened between you and my dearest friend but we promise we mean you no harm!”
Tweek didn’t buy it. His face was still as angry as ever. “Yeah? What do you mean by that?”
“I wasn’t trying to embarrass you.” That was when Craig finally spoke up. “I was trying to get to know you.”
“By telling me I was an ‘interest’?” The blonde scoffed. “You gotta try harder than that. Don’t think I’m falling for whatever bullshit you’re doing because it’s just making me think you’re a bunch of jerks!” Because he knew how it went. People like them were always trying to pick on the weaker person. They didn’t have anything else better to do than to harass someone who can’t even defend themselves. That was a lesson Tweek learned well.
Once again, Clyde gave a sigh. “We’re not doing anything. We really just want to get to know you.” He mumbled before pushing his friend forward. “I think what he has to say next might change your mind. C’mon, go and tell him!”
“...I don’t think it’s going to work…” For a moment, he could have heard some regret behind his words. After all, for as cool as Craig was, it was surprising to see some hesitation from him.
“You never know until you try!” The brunette chuckled.
As Tweek crossed his arms, he was waiting for whatever this speech of his was.
Rubbing the back of his head, it seemed like he really didn’t want to say it. Looking the other way, he was struggling to get his words out. However? “...Tweek, I think you dropped something.”
That wasn’t something the blonde was expecting. Taken by surprise, he looked down on the ground. “Really? What did I drop?”
Then there was silence. “My jaw.”
Just like before, Tweek found himself at a loss for words. Leaning back against his seat, he wasn’t even sure what he just heard. If being called an ‘interest’ wasn’t bad enough, he had to deal with this too? He could feel his face turning red again and his eyes twitching a bit. He wasn’t sure what this feeling he had inside but it sure wasn’t a happy one. Trying to say something, he couldn’t. Not knowing what else to do, Tweek just immediately got up and walked straight out of the cafeteria. Grabbing his textbook and his bookbag, he was certain he was never going to come back without Wendy or Bebe ever again! And when he has his two friends, he is definitely going to be prepared for a fight! But right now, he couldn’t do this. When all else fails, retreat was the next best thing. He could go back later and win this strange little battle of theirs! If his gang was thinking that they could humiliate him any further, they really do have another thing coming!
But for right now, he had to think of a plan to make them suffer for all of this!!
However, if Tweek stayed even longer, he would have been able to hear the conversation between the two friends. He could have been able to realize what they were trying to do.
“Really?! I thought that was obvious by now!” The brunette looked at his friend in horror. “Is he just that oblivious? Ugh, we need another plan of action…!”
—
In his bedroom, Tweek was drawing up a plan. If Craig and his gang were going to bully him by embarrassing him in front of everyone, he had to think of something and fast! He knew people were talking about it because Wendy had asked him before. Somehow, she heard from a friend who heard it from another friend who happened to be best friends with their cousin who saw the whole thing! His quiet life in South Park was going to be ruined all over this!!
Looking at the drawings he made in his notebook, he eventually figured something out! From what Bebe told him, who happened to hear it from another group of friends, it seemed like Tolkien liked his parent’s coffee shop. If he manages to be patient and wait for the right moment they come in, he could figure out a way to shit talk Craig and humiliate him in front of the customers! He already could see it now! The raven haired boy was going to tear up and cry somewhere in the corner! With everyone also gasping and cheering at the blonde for standing up against the evil Craig and his evil crew and his evil army of students who followed his every whim!
…Or something.
Regardless of whatever Tweek was thinking, he had his armor on and was ready for a full out attack! Especially now when he saw Craig with two of his friends. It seems this time he brought Jimmy with him too. Oh, that was how it was, huh? He was bringing in reinforcements? That’s fine, it just meant that the blonde could deliver a fatal blow to them! With a smile on his face, he waved at them. As prepared as Tweek was, he knew he had to deliver his family’s product to them. He had to go on the defensive.
“Hello, what can I get for you three?” He struggled to say in a cheerful tone. He had to dish his words carefully now.
Meanwhile, Craig looked at Tweek before tilting his head. Was he planning on doing something? Because it sure appeared that he was to say something. “Are you still mad at us?”
Well, shit. He had to get straight to the point. He really didn’t care what others would say about him, did he? “Of course I am! But I have to give you guys coffee here so I have to be neutral” He wasn’t lying. But he wasn’t going to give them the satisfaction of allowing him to be mad in his family’s territory! “So tell me, what would you guys like?”
“I guess I’ll have a large hot chocolate.” The taller boy quietly said. “Tolkien and Jimmy want a medium coffee with cream.”
Tweek just raised an eyebrow. “Really? You ordered tea and hot chocolate at a coffee shop.”
“He doesn’t l-l-like coffee.” The boy in crutches replied. “Which is weird.”
“You’re telling me.” The blonde didn’t mean to whisper out his words but it was already heard. He knew because the three people before them gave him a look. Damnit, this wasn’t how his battle plan was supposed to go! He didn’t intend for his allies to agree with him. Ugh, he had to think of another action plan. Shaking his head, he just ignored whatever he said and got what they wanted. Once he did so, he just gave a mumble or two. “That’ll be $9 dollars. Do you want anything else?”
This time, he hoped that the three of them would stay a little longer. He was ready. Leaning a little forward, he was prepared to give them the worst roast they have ever heard! He was going to talk about how all the rumors were true and that they were terrible people and that they deserve all the bad things that would happen to them! They were just a bunch of jerks who liked to bully other people and that they were going to learn that Tweek was not someone to be messed with. He was already planning it out that his smirk was apparent on his face.
However, Craig was the one who was paying. He didn’t waste his time in getting his cash out and paying it in full. What was even stranger was that he even gave a tip. It was odd because it was 4 dollars. That wasn’t some loose change. Quickly, Tweek’s face turned into surprise. That wasn’t what he was expecting either. If they were as truly as evil as his imagination was telling him, the boy wouldn’t go so far to help them out. Right? “Uh…”
So lost in his thoughts, he wasn’t aware that Jimmy glared at Craig. In return, the dark haired boy mumbled something. For a split second, Tweek could have thought he saw a hint of red brushed across his dark skin.
“...Are your parents bakers? Because you're a cutie pie.”
If Tweek didn’t think they weren’t evil before, he quickly changed his mind. Again, the look of anger was written across his face before he pointed straight at them. How dare they lower his guard and pull their move! They went on the full offensive and left Tweek all by himself! His face was turning red once more as he wanted to scream out in horror at everything he heard.
“No!” He said with a pause. “Well, since technically they are, yes! But still!! I hope that stupid pie of yours isn't sweet and will taste gross because I'll find a way to throw it on your face!” With that, the blond stormed off and went back to the kitchen. So much for trying to put on a customer service face! He knew he was going to hear his parents yelling at them for causing a scene a second time However, he couldn’t help it. Whatever Craig was going with his stupid face and his stupid crew was pissing him off!
However, if Tweek stayed just a tad bit longer, he would have been able to hear the conversation between the three friends. If he wasn’t so lost in his own thoughts, he would finally be able to understand everything.
“Seriously? D-D-D-Do we need to smack him across the face until he realizes this?!”
“Alright.” Tolkien got his phone out. “We need to go for plan B!”
—
It hasn’t even been two days since Tweek last saw Craig and his friends. He really, really, really didn’t want to see them but he didn’t have a choice. They were customers and his parents always told them that the customer was always right.
…Even if they were evil beings that liked to harass Tweek.
Ever since the commotion of his freak out, his parents decided to put him on cleaning duty. That was fine by him. It meant that he didn’t have to deal with customers head on and he could mind his own business. However, with certain people in the shop, it also meant that he was also spending a little bit more time with them. Growling to himself, he just tried his best to ignore them. But again, he just couldn’t. Not when they made it so damn obvious that they were looking at him. To make things even worse, they were chuckling and having fun with whatever they were doing. Were they trying to humiliate Tweek in his own battlefield? They already won the last time, couldn’t they just leave the poor boy in peace?
It seems that was not the case. Not when his parents told him to give the crew whatever it is they ordered. His damned parents couldn’t even bring up the energy to deliver the drinks themselves. Glaring at the drinks, Tweek swallowed whatever pride he had left before making his way toward them. He didn’t say anything as he tried to force himself to smile. Although, it didn’t seem to work as all four boys were raising an eyebrow or two at him. It seems his twitching was made all the more apparent before Jimmy spoke up.
“Tweek, are you okay?”
“Yeah, never better!” He didn’t intend for his voice to go a little higher but he couldn’t help it. He was just so mad at them that he couldn’t force himself to smile genuinely. “I hope you enjoy your drinks because this time, it’s my parents who made it!”
It seems like his words might have done something to them. Because they were quiet as soon as Tweek got the drinks out. Good, he thought to himself, let them know how angry he was. He already got to deal with the bullies back in Denver, he didn’t want to deal with them in South Park too.
As he continued to pass it out in silence, that’s when Craig spoke up. “...You know, I wasn’t intending to get you upset.”
Tweek didn’t respond back. He kept looking at the table as he read the receipt. Hm, that was strange. There was an order for four coffees this time around.
“I really did want to get to know you.” He continued onward.
“Yeah by humiliating me in front of the school and in front of the customers?” The blonde growled out. “I dealt with my fair share of jerks back in Denver. I don’t need it here.”
Then the brunette widened his eyes. Placing his fist on the palm of his hand, he realized something. “Ohhhh, so that’s what it was! You think we’re bullying you!” With that, his words started to sink in. Upon realizing it, his face quickly turned into horror. “Oh my gosh! We’re so sorry, we didn’t mean to make you think that! We just wanted to let you know that Cra-” Before he could finish his words, his mouth was immediately covered by the dark-haired boy's hands. Again, Tweek could have sworn there was a hint of red on his face. But he didn’t think anything of it. He was just too upset at them.
“...Let you know what?” Tweek wasn’t sure why he was continuing on with this conversation. He just wanted them to leave.
With that, Tolkien and Clyde looked at each other before looking at Jimmy. At the same time, Craig gave a sigh. “...That I'm happy you got our drinks. Thank you.” He said before taking a small sip from his coffee. Although, whatever calm attitude he had now was quickly erased as he was now coughing. Wincing from whatever he tasted, he quickly wiped his mouth.
Looking at the order again, Tweek stared at Craig before looking back at the paper. He was right then. There was an order for four coffees. “...I’ll go and get you some hot chocolate. My parents messed up.” Because as angry as he was, he knew his parents would yell at him for making a customer upset. Just as he was about to grab it, he heard Clyde speak up.
“Soooooo, Craig. I heard you like coffee like you like women right?”
Where was he getting at? Tweek didn’t know but he knew one thing.
“...I thought you didn’t even like coffee.” He said before standing back up. Was it a mistake that Craig ordered it or was it his parents? If he ordered it, why go through the trouble when he didn’t like it?
Then there was a moment of silence.
“...Exactly.” Craig whispered under his breath.
Oh.
....Oh.
................................Oooooooohhhhhhhh.
That was when Tweek felt his heart drop. As his eyes gazed upon his friends, that’s when realized that he fucked up. Big time. He couldn't turn back now. Not when he could definitely see the red that was everywhere on Craig’s face. Not when he could see how Tolkien and Jimmy were looking at their leader as if they were waiting to hear what he had to say. Not when Clyde was leaning forward and staring at Tweek as if he was waiting for what he had to say.
His mouth opened but he couldn’t. His face was turning red and this time? It wasn’t from anger. It was from knowing what was going on. He gave a small squeak as he took a few steps back. All this time, he thought that they were trying their best to embarrass the poor boy in front of everyone. Oh no. No, no, no, no. That was not the case at all.
How could Tweek be so stupid? How could he let his own rage and frustrations get the better of him? Because now he was standing like an idiot as if he couldn’t even get his brain to function! After all this time, the blonde finally understood what was going on.
Craig liked him. That’s why he kept staring at him in class. That’s why he was looking at him during lunch time. That’s why he was trying to get Tweek to get the hint by flirting with him. That’s why his friends were always with him as they were trying to help him out.
And the worst part? He must have really liked him if he was going so far to order something he didn’t like either to prove a point! What was Tweek supposed to do here?! Not knowing what else to do, he did the next best thing. He retreated back to the kitchen. However, instead of storming off in anger, he just ran straight to the back without looking at the people behind him.
However, if Tweek had the courage to stay, he would have been able to hear the conversation between Craig’s gang. So lost in his own thoughts, he couldn’t see just how red Craig was. The once calm demeanor he had was gone as he looked downward. At the same time, Clyde gave a small hiss.
“....Did we go too far this time around?”
—-
In the kitchen, Tweek found himself rocking back and forth against the fridge. Never in his sixteen years of life would he deal with someone like this. He was so caught up in his own feelings, he never thought what his supposedly bully would ever like him. Placing both of his hands on his face, he could feel himself burning up. He didn’t need to look at a mirror, he was turning red. Whimpering to himself, he didn’t know what he should or what he should do. Should he apologize profusely for thinking that they were trying to harass him all this time? Should he even beg and crawl on his knees for walking out when Craig just told him his feelings in a roundabout way? There were so many emotions running through his head that he didn’t even know what to do.
He didn’t want to tell his parents this. He was supposed to be working and he couldn’t leave the job because of something like this!! He had to keep doing his job and pretend that all of this never happened! He knew because his parents were asking him what was wrong. Apparently, he made the same group of people upset again. It didn’t create a scene but it made them wonder why Tweek was bothering them all the time. Not knowing what else to do, he just got up and walked out into the alleyway. He flat out told them that he was stressed and he didn’t need all of this. He just wanted to go home.
Whatever he just did, it must have made them realize they might have pushed their son too far. With a sigh, his mother gave him the house key as he walked back home. He really needed some time to process all of this.
—
A week has passed since the incident and some things had changed in Tweek’s quiet life. Craig was still looking at him as if he was trying to say something. At the same time, the blonde was looking back but he dared not respond. He didn’t know what to say as he didn’t want to hurt the other’s feelings. Tweek liked how mundane his life was, he didn’t want to add anymore stressors to his life. His experience in Denver was enough to leave a lasting impression and create scars that he never wanted to show to the world. He didn’t want to think what would happen if he ever showed them in South Park.
It wasn’t as if Tweek hadn’t thought about the possibility of dating Craig. Ever since that confession of his, the blonde had toyed with that idea. To make things better, it wasn’t as if two boys dating was anything strange. Not when he saw that Stan kid holding hands with that red head boyfriend of his. Nobody really batted an eye against that. It wasn’t as if they were doing anything different here.
Sighing to himself, he just stared at the board as he continued to drift off into space. He could hear his teacher speaking about calculus and something about finding the x. But Tweek didn’t care. He just wanted to figure out his feelings as he knew he couldn’t wait for long. Craig wanted an answer and he had to give it fast. It’s been 84 years (...well, technically 7 days) and it wasn’t fair to him. Once the bell rang, the blonde got up and made his way to a certain locker number.
He didn’t really know it before but he managed to find Craig’s locker based on what Bebe said. She said it was based on a friend who was friends with another friend who just so happened to be a cousin who was a classmate in Craig’s English class. How does Wendy or her keep track of everything? He didn’t know. High school was stressful enough, he didn’t need to keep track of who was who and who was what.
He didn’t have to wait for long. He was eventually face to face with the mysterious boy himself. As they stared at each other, neither of them said a word. Craig being the cool-headed person that he was simply tilted his head to the side. He might not have said anything, but his actions said enough. His gaze was on Tweek, but his eyes also looked at the floor. Tweek couldn’t really read his expression, but he knew just enough on what he was saying. He was scared. It was almost as if he was ready to be rejected by the blonde. Closing his eyes, the blonde just took a step closer to him.
He might be shorter than him but he was just tall enough where he could meet his gaze on eye level. Smiling to himself, he was ready to face his opponent in this battle of theirs. It was time for Craig to get a taste of his own medicine!
“Hey, you want to hear this? If I could rearrange the alphabet, I'd put U and I together!” Tweek chuckled. In return, the other just stared at him in awe. “So how about it? Want to go outside and get some fresh air with me? Because you just took my breath away!”
Whatever quiet life Tweek wanted in South Park was gone. That was fine with him. Maybe a change in his life would be nice. He didn’t know what scars he would show Craig but if he was willing to do all of this for him? Maybe this relationship of theirs would be worth it.
