Who Are You To Say That?

Summary:

Michael hates the stranger, and why his sister isn't listening to him...

Work Text:

He had no idea where his sister had run off with the girl, but he did find the brother. A good looking guy, a bit shorter than what Michael expected. Still, this is the guy who managed to change his sister's mind.

Did she feel guilty simply because of them? That made Michael want nothing more than to gut him. He held a knife and found him right away, shoving him against the nearest wall. He fought against him, and Michael can feel the rage coming off of him.

"Your dad is dead." He had said it as if he knew his father, and that angered MIchael to no end. A stranger telling him that his dad had died, had been there when it happened. And not only that, but his sister who was so loyal to the family, to their father, had cultivated the death their father was given.

"Who are you to say that?" Michael asked, lost in thought as he stabbed the knife and inch away from his head, barely grazing his ear.

He struggled against Michael's grasp, but he kept him in place, forcing him to stay where he was.

"Tell me! Who are you?" Michael yelled out, kicking the man hard and hearing the sound of anguish pass his lips. "She wouldn't have done that, she wouldn't have…not after everything!"

"She did!" he said, wincing, and glaring at Michael. "She made sure that he'd die."

Michael sneered. "What did you do to her? Or…what did she do to you? Did she kiss you?" He wasn't thinking, the last time he had seen his father, he gave a flippant wave at Michael about what he was intended to do. He had plans for Vanessa, and would update Michael with the necessary information later.

Later didn't come, and Michael had kissed this stranger on the mouth. He was angry at him, at his sister, and that was all that mattered until the stranger kicked him back and he was shoved a few feet.

He lost him in the dark, grasping for the knife on the floor, and chasing after him.
