Dynamics

So, Izuku is a fighter, just not a good one. He uses his quirk to keep up with and outsmart his enemies. Yes, he has a quirk.

Izuku's quirk lets Izuku process information exponentially faster than normal, but it doesn't speed him up. Against someone who is more skilled in combat, this can only partially bridge the gap.

Samus is going to be a driving force behind Izuku growing in skill. She will hunt Izuku throughout the story relentlessly and nearly kill him each time.

Izuku's quirk lets him speed up his ability to process information. It doesn't make him smarter and it doesn't slow down time, it just lets him experience time at a seemingly slower rate. Keep in mind, only Izuku's brain and eyes are affected, meaning he can't see anything outside of that range. However, Izuku is able to input timed commands to his body, allowing him quick reactions to whatever is happening. Think Vats from Fallout 4.

Kirby's the one that curb stomps enemies when Izuku gets overwhelmed. She is overpowered, but not overused.

Kirby’s backstory is the one from Kirby: Right Back At Ya. She was a monster that was created by Nightmare, but couldn’t be controlled.

Ed’s the hacker. She does super computer calculations in nanoseconds. I might let her go after the first game.

Cowboy Bebop will also hunt Izuku down relentlessly. Whether it's because it's their job or because Izuku has Ed, I'm still working that out.

The four knights from Kirby are OoC. They're a band of Star Warriors that dedicated their lives to erasing any remnant of Nightmare Enterprise from the universe, especially Kirby. They'll be the driving force behind Izuku and Kirby's relationship.

Captain Quantum sacrificed himself in an alternate timeline of A Rift Apart, dragging Emperor Nefarious with him to another dimension. He's going to slowly restore Izuku's admiration for heroes.

Katsuki and Izumi don't hate Izuku in this timeline. This is because they grew up with Ratchet, thinking he was Izuku. So, when Izuku meets them in this timeline, they'll be surprised, but not have any hostility. Izuku, on the other hand, will not be so forgiving.

Deep down, Izuku still has a lot of respect for Doctor Nefarious. He's still the personal hero that replaced All Might. He's also the one that gave Izuku his own quirk. And, not just that, it's a quirk that Izuku can't say belongs to someone else like he could with OFA or whatever All for One could give him. It's something Izuku was always meant to have, but couldn't get. That's why Izuku was so crushed when Doctor Nefarious turned into a villain.

The Separatists  will be after Izuku's bounty to support the war efforts.
