OKAY SO.
This is the first time we heard that Harry's name is Harry!! Voldemort always refered to him as H
and boy does he refer to his boo a lot
He ALWAYS mentions H, like you would NOT find a vod where Voldemort didn't mention "his best friend" at least once. Like once he picked up a green gun in CSGO and he just totally unprompted said "this is my best friend's favorite color. And the color of his eyes" LIKE HUH. There are whole compilations and oh god, he is so smitten no one will convince me otheriwse
and their friendship is so sweet!!! Voldemort sometimes drops these little nuggets of info and when you put it all together, we actually know a lot
like they're both orphans, but Voldemort was in the system while H grew up with some relatives and they met when they were kids and kept in touch even when Voldemort was put into different foster families
he literally used the word penpals!!!!!!!!! could they be any cuter i dont think so 😭😭😭

and now that they're both adults, Voldemort moved to live in the same town as H and they hang out a lot and are besties
and you know, what happened today on the stream sort of isn't that surprising if you're keeping up with all the lore. Voldemort once let it slip that "H is too forgiving and reckless" and there's a clip where he looked at his phone and he acted slightly off for the rest of the stream, he was clearly annoyed at somethign and then as he was on a call with his usual crew, Lucius complained jokingly about his son disregarding his advice and VOLDEMORT SAID YEAH I KNOW THAT FEELING, and he looked so frustrated
there were a few different moments like that and so there was some speculation going on already, about H being in some situation that wasn't ideal

i mean, when you;re watching a compilation it totally sounds like a bit but remember that these are all tiny fragments taken from many hours-long streams. He just sometimes mentions him and people collect it like maniacs (me included, im a maniac)

Romilda closes the Twitter tab, goes into her downloads folder and opens up the downloaded clip.
The video is a screen recording, capturing both the stream and its chat on the side. The footage shows a conventionally attractive, dark-haired young man sitting in a black gaming chair in front of the camera. He is wearing a black t-shirt that hugs his form just the right amount to show off his fit physique. With the way he's propping up his left elbow on the armrest, a tattoo of a snake crawling out of a skull is visible on his forearm.
The gray wall behind him is decorated with two framed sci-fi posters, and below the posters, three shelves full of expensive collectibles and figurines. A tall and healthy-looking monstera plant stands closer to the door that is just visible on the right side of the frame. A strip of RGB LED lighting stretching above the top shelf casts a soft green glow on the clean and orderly decor.
"Chat, how about we take a little break and watch something? I don't feel like playing another round," the streamer known as Voldemort says.
The chat passes by quickly, with most of the viewers agreeing with the streamer's proposal.
Suddenly, a harsh noise of a phone vibrating too close to the microphone interrupts whatever the man was about to say. He snatches the phone from his desk.
"Shit, that must've been loud," he mutters, staring at his still vibrating phone. His eyebrows furrow in a mix of confusion and subtle concern. "Give me a second… H is calling." He puts the phone to his ear, other arm reaching somewhere below the view of the camera. The visible microphone sways a little. "—ming right now. What's up?" His voice cuts off for a split second before coming back, as if he muted and unmuted himself in quick succession.
He spins in his chair slightly to the side, perhaps to prevent people reading his mouth. Unbeknownst to him, they can hear both him and the voice on the other side of the call.

"Don't apologize, just tell me what's going on," Voldemort interrupts him.

Voldemort stands up so abruptly his chair slides away from him and remains partly out of the frame of the camera. "I'll fucking kill him," he bits out. In response, his friend's speaks even faster and with more urgency:
"He locked me in a room upstairs. I don't know what he did but I can't pick the lock and I don't want to involve the police but I don't think I could jump out the window without breaking anything, it's not on the side of the garden, it'd be a hard landing—"
"Harry! Don't fucking jump. Don't ram the door, don't provoke him. Just breathe, I'm coming to get you." He turns towards the camera, grabbing some items from his desk. He does it hurriedly, not even glancing at his monitors, unaware of the chat going wild, rolling so quickly it's nearly impossible to catch all the messages. "Grab a chair and be ready to hit him in case he comes in, yeah?"
