Hello there! As stated in the description, this will be a collection of shorts and drabbles, all featuring Mikes x Reader content. I'm normally not really into x Reader stuff, so this will be my first time writing it as well. This is mostly for myself, and thus very self indulgent, but maybe someone else might like these as well. I don't actively take requests cause it makes me too nervous (hurray for fear of disappointment lol), but i may write something based on comments that might come in. Depends on my mood and motivation.
Before we begin, here are some things i wanna mention real quick:
- the Mikes are always in a polycule, even if i only write about Reader and Pluey for instance
- the relationship between Reader and the Mikes can be read as romantic or queerplatonic, whatever you like better
- Reader is nonbinary, gendered terms will be avoided as much as i can. Others will refer to Reader with they/them exclusively
- Reader is a Shadowguy and mute. I kinda don't feel comfortable writing dialogue for a reader insert since i will never know how accurate it might be for others (it's the They Would Not Say That thing for me here lol)
- i don't know if that ever comes up since i try to avoid descriptors for Reader but i imagine them with rat features. feel free to interpret them with different features (or none at all!) if you want to though!
- Similar to Battat, Reader is touch starved, but not as much touch averse as him
- the fics will take place in TV World mostly. i may also write post canon stuff in Castle Town if i can think of anything
- i think this is obvious, but these will not take place within the same continuity as my other fics. some things will be very similar or the same though
- i will not write smut in here btw, strictly fluff
- updates will be very sporadic
