"Welcome to the Fluffy Cat Cafe!" Ralsei gleefully greeted the customer who recently just entered. They proceed to the usual corner of the cafe.
The customer that goes by the name Kris was ordering here in this humble cafe since two weeks ago, although mostly they just drank milkshake and never bothering the cats in solitude.
Ralsei will try to possibly change that— possibly. He thinks that maybe they are shy interacting with the cats. Ralsei gently carries Snowy, the cuddliest and fluffiest cat in the cafe and brings her to Kris.
"Hm..?" Kris was surprised when Ralsei walks towards them with a cat in his hands.
“Heya there!” Ralsei greeted them. “You seem lonely ordering a drink and sat at a corner without interacting these cute cats, so I’ll introduce one to you! Here, her name is Snowy.”
“Um... Okay, if you say so.” Kris awkwardly reached out their hand towards the cat , Kris then awkwardly pets the cat. “There, there. Such a nice cat.”
“Um...” Ralsei speaks up, blushed on his face. “...That is not Snowy you’re touching...” Kris looks down and realized that they are petting Ralsei’s hands instead of the cat’s!
Kris panicked. “Umm, I’m sorry I—“ “No no, it’s okay! Here, here.” Ralsei carries Snowy to Kris’s lap. “If you don’t mind?”
Kris answered. “Ah, it’s fine thank you.” With Snowy on their lap, now Kris pets Snowy. “She is very gentle.” They said, smiling.
“Right? The café is full of stray and abandoned cats, so she is no different. Her... owners sadly passed away to their old age so she was brought here— no one else to take her.”
“I-I see.” Kris answered “Good for you Snowy, the shop owner here is very nice to keep you here.”
Snowy meowed, very comfortable that she loafed on their lap.
“Thank you for coming, We hope to see you again!” Ralsei bowed as Kris left the cafe.
As soon as they got out from the cafe, they stalled for a while and looked at their right hand.
… They have no interest with the cats— honestly… they are more of a dog person.
Kris often orders at the cafe… because Ralsei is there.
They enrolled in the same school, but they are in different classes, so mostly Kris know Ralsei's presence than vice versa.
They have a bit of a crush on him on first sight, but have no idea how to approach him.
So, after they found out that Ralsei works part-time at the Fluffy Cat Cafe two weeks ago, Kris seized every opportunity to order and show their presence to make Ralsei notice them.
—And it kinda work. (Probably because the cafe is usually empty with no customers except them when they ordered.)

The milkshake tasted fine, they guess…
…
They forgot the name or how fluffy the cat was earlier— but they remembered exactly how fluffy Ralsei's hand was.
