the son's name was jason. patrick's new boyfriend is called jason grace. and let's be honest he kinda looks similar to beryl grace

yup
first off his scars. like he has so so many of them all over his body

he's in my athletics club. i saw him change
and i'm telling you his scars are crazy. he has a lot of smaller ones, which would be fine but he also has huge ones across his chest and back. not to mention the lightning like scars all over his body

Maybe he was just badly abused. Sadly that happens to a lot of people. Nothing we should gossip about
Amber:
Yeah, maybe we shouldn't be theorizing about that strange part of Jason. I'm sure those scars come with trauma
Raffa:

but he's also weirdly good at latin??? and by good i mean if latin wasn't a dead language i'd say it was his mother tongue kind of good

i doubt it. he says he's from the bay area and tbh he also doesn't look mediterranean to me

Jason has such a scar?
Jimmy:
Yep. Said he got it from trying to eat a stapler as a toddler. I couldn't find out how the missing Jason got it tho

We really need a way to distinguish between the two of them

Did Jason talk about his family?
Jimmy:
Not with us. He only said he grew up in the Bay Area with his dad and stepmom
Raffa:
yeah, dad and stepmom. because they took him from his mom when he was two
Chris:
Why would Jason's father kidnap him from his own mother? That doesn't make sense
Amber:
Maybe because his mom was abusing him? I mean, Beryl Grace was alcoholic and erratic and Thalia wasn't taken like Jason, she ran away. Would explain some of the scars too
Chris:
So Jason's father kidnaps his son from his abusive mother instead of reporting it to the police? And he leaves his daughter behind?
Jimmy:
Thalia and Jason don't have the same father. But why wasn't the police able to find Jason's dad? If they lived in the Bay Area??
Raffa:
because he's in a cult

Raffa:
i wasn't finished with my list of weird things. jason also has this tattoo on his right forearm. it's of some kind of bird, then below that the letters spqr and below that a lot of stripes. i couldn't count how many but it's at least 10
Amber:
He's got a tattoo?!? I'm so jealous (Pensive Face )
Chris:
Yeah, that doesn't strike me as something too out of the ordinary. But it probably means that his parents give him a lot of freedom.
Raffa:
maybe not, but jimmy told me that their new pe substitute has the same tattoo
Amber:

Yeah, so we have this new pe substitute Mr Harriss. He has a similar tattoo to Jason, it also has the SPQR and the stripes, but he has fewer of them, maybe 6 or 7. On the top he doesn't have a bird, but a weird staff with two snakes, like the one on medical buildings?
Also on his first day something really weird happened. Mr Harriss was doing roll call and when he got to Jason he did a full on double take, locked eyes with Jason and kind of raised his arm with the tattoo?
Before the next lesson Harriss and Jason were talking and I may have tried to eavesdrop and heard Harriss call Jason the saving grace?
Amber:
So Mr Harriss recognized Jason?

the important thing is that the tattoo definitely means something. harriss wanted jason to see it

I'm still not sold on this whole cult idea. Maybe they're just fans of the same stuff and met at a convention or concert.

Wait, why is Jason in @Jimmy's pe class and @Raffa's athletics club? Do you guys need two sports credits?
Jimmy:
No, Jason's just really into sports. He's also in the tennis club

He seemed more like a nerd to me than a jock.

he most definitely is a nerd. i mean ap latin, calc and physics???
but can we go back to the part where harriss called jason the saving grace??? because if that doesn't scream cult to you then idk
Amber:
Maybe his dad is the leader of the cult and kidnapped him for a specific reason, so now he's like destined to save them all
Raffa:
so his cult has a religious theme and jason's like their messiah or smth
Chris:
But why would Jason suddenly be allowed to go to a somewhat public boarding school? It just doesn't make sense at all.

it's so weird!!!

also there's something written on his t-shirt, but i can't read it because of his jacket. -mp half something
but jason's just being jason. he's teasing him the entire time and nico looks like he wants to murder him
