A stack of papers is presented to the Senior Mourn Watch Council, the Council of Thirteen, along with the council of the Mortalitasi, the Royal Council and the King's Council by one Magister Neve Gallus of the newly elected Archon's Senate.

After careful and thorough consideration of all the evidence presented, the King and all the worthies so addressed hereby revoke the unjust and gross miscarriage of power of the exile of one Watcher Rowan Hazel Juniper Ingellvar, Leader of the Veilguard, Champion of Thedas, Slayer of the Sixth Blight, Defender of the Realm, Hero of Treviso and Minrathous and Viscountess of Kirkwall, is reinstated in full to the Mourn Watch with all the honours due her and her sacrifice for the Realm.
May she walk forever in the Maker's Light.
